9. Installyourservohornsothatitisprotrudingthe  
holeoftheplateandinstalltheservohornscrew.  
10. Useapieceofmusicwireorwoodendowelto  
helpfeedtheservowiresthroughthewing.You  
willneedtoaddextensionstotheaileronservo  
wirestoreachintothefuselage.  
13. Installa(4)arm servowheelontheservo  
temporarily,makingsureitisparalleltothe  
wing.Locatethehardpointsintheailerons,and  
piercethecoveringwithasharphobbyblade.  
Installthe(2)aileroncontrolhornscrewsfrom  
thetopofthewing,downthroughtheaileron.  
Securetheboltwiththemachinednut,and  
threadlock.Installthe(2)couplersonthe  
controlhornboltsuntilthethreadsjustshow  
from thetops.Hookthelinkstotheaileron  
couplersandlaytherodsacrosstheservoarm.  
14. Installthetwoclevisontheendsofthe4-40rod.  
Aligntheailerononthewingandholdin  
positionwithasm allpieceoftape.Adjustthe  
clevistotheproperlength,theninstallonthe  
servoandcoupler.Useredthreadlockwhen  
adjusted,theninstallthecleviskeeper.  
11. Fastentheservoplatetothehardwoodplaterails

anyexcessgluewithalcoholandapapertowel.  
Letsetuntilcured.  
28. Spreadsom eepoxyonthespacerblockand  
insertintherearofthefuse.Proceedtothe  
nextstepbeforetheepoxycures.  
26. Temporarilyinstalltheverticalstabilizerinthe  
horizontalslotattherearofthefuse.Markthe  
jointwithafelttipmarker.Makesurethe  
stabilizerisalignedat90° tothehorizontal

alcohol.Donotinstallthesurfacesonthe  
stabilizersuntiltheepoxyhascured.  
34. M arktheplyplatepositionswithamarker,then  
removethecoveringwithasharpknife.  
35. Gluetheplyplatesinplacewith30minute  
epoxy,andclampinplaceuntilcured.  
31. Installthesurfacesontherearofthefuselage  
using30minuteepoxy.Pressinplaceandleave  
a1/32gap.Wipeoffanyexcessgluewith  
alcoholandapapertowel.Letsetuntilcured.  
36. Locateyourtailservosandinstall24extension  
wiresontheleads(securethem togetherwith  
tape).Installtheservoswiththehardware  
included,thencenterthem withyourradio.
