and sticking strips.
• put food into refrigerator after the cabinet temperature being lowered. For initial operation, it is about
3 hours for the cabinet temperature lowering to the lowest point.
• Wipe the cabinet casually because it has been cleaned. It doesn’t matter that there is some plastic
smell when open the door. It will disappear after cooling.
PLACEMENT
• It should not be placed under the sunlight or close to heat sources such as oven ,heating radiator. It
also should not be placed in such a place as moisture or easy to be splashed.
• Place it on a firm flat surface. Unlevelled floor will cause vibration and noise.
• Good ventilation around the refrigerator can let the heat out smoothly, improving the cooling
efficiency and saving energy. Do not lie anything on the top of the refrigerator in order to keep a
good efficiency of refrigerating.
TEMPERATURE ADJUSTMENT
• The cabinet temperature is controlled by the thermostat on the inner right cabinet wall. Rotate it to
adjust the cabinet temperature.
• The right position of the thermostat is in depends on the temperature you choose. The cabinet
temperature has something with the outside temperature, door opening frequency, the amount of
storing food and the refrigerator’s placement. You can adjust the thermostat according to the current
condition.
The thermostat knob generally is in the medium grade. When the room temperature is lower, it should
be between the medium grade and strong grade and it is closer to the latter with the room temperature
becoming lower. Conversely, the thermostat should be between the medium grade and the weak
grade. And it is closer to the weak grade with the room temperature becoming higher and higher.
DEFROSTING
• The refrigerator should be defrosted when thick frost or ice (about 3-4mm) appeared on the
evaporator surface, or it will effect the refrigerating and have more power consumption. Put the
water tray under the evaporator to draw the melted water as defrosting. Cut off the power or turn the
thermostat knob to “off” to stop the refrigerator. Then take out the food and open the door. The ice
will melt in a while. When it is over, pour down the water in the tray, wipe the evaporator and the
refrigerator can operate again.
NOTICE: Do not defrost the ice with sharp metal instrument in order to prevent the evaporator from
damaging.

ICE-MAKING
Put water into the ice tray to the 3/4 heights and then place it to the bottom of evaporator. Rotate the
thermostat knob to the continue operation. As the ice-making finished, the thermostat should be turn
back in place to prevent storing food from freezing. Twist lightly the ice tray, the cube ice can be taken
out.
CAUTION
Before operating
Check that if the voltage range of refrigerator includes your power voltage before connecting it to the
power. The voltage range is220-240V.
The refrigerator must have a reliable grounding. If not, let the qualified personnel do it according to the
safety rules.
Do not put the inflammable and explosive materials such as petrol, alcohol, adhesive, cigarette lighter,
gas cylinder into the refrigerator in case it explodes.
Caution during operation
The refrigerator must not operate in the inflammable air. Do not use inflammable spray lacquer near the
refrigerator.
To avoid injury, do not touch the inner wall of freezer compartment especially for the children.
Do not spay the refrigerator with water in order not to damage the insulation of the parts and speed up
the corrosion.
FOOD STORAGE
Hot food should not be stored until it has completely cooled. It is suitable for food to be frozen after pre-
cooling it in refrigerating compartment then freeze it.
Do not freeze the glass-bottle liquid in case the bottle is broken for cold. Volatile liquids should not be
stored in the refrigerator.
In order to allow air circulation, when placing foodstuffs, proper space should be kept between food .To
prevent from drying and mixing smells, food should be packed well.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Pull down the plug first to cut off the electricity supplying for safety when clean the refrigerator.
Take out the cabinet parts and clean and dry them.
Clean the gaskets with a piece of soft cloth dampened in warm water or moderate detergent.
Dust on compressor will influence heat diffusing. Please clean it periodically with soft brush or dust
cleaner.
If the refrigerator will be out of use for a long time, disconnect the main power first, then remove all the
stored food and defrost and clean the cabinet. Leave the door open for one or two days to dry the
cabinet.
NOT ABNORMAL
It is a normal phenomenon that the both side panels and the top are warm because of the built-in
condenser.

There is condensation on some part of the surface when the refrigerator is placed in a high humidity
area of rainy seasons. It looks like the vapor condensing on the cooled cup. Dry it with a piece of soft
cloth.
Sometimes, the sound of gurgling water can be heard. It’s the refrigerant flowing through the tubes.
When the refrigerator stops working, the sound also can be heard.
