Surge Suppressor, (220V - 240V, 50/60 Hz)

Safety
• Install your surge suppressor indoors, away from excess moisture,
heat and dust.
• Permanent Installation: install user-supplied screws in wall or
other rigid surface. Mount the surge suppressor over the screw
heads and slide down into place.
• Connect your surge suppressor to a grounded AC power outlet.
Do not modify or defeat (through ungrounded adapters) the
grounding pin of the surge suppressor’s plug. Do not connect
extension cords to the surge suppressor’s outlets.

Installation*
1. Plug your surge suppressor into a grounded electrical wall outlet
providing 220V - 240V; 50 or 60 Hz power.
Note: “Protected” LED will illuminate to indicate protection cir-
cuitry is functioning properly.
The warranties of all TRIPP LITE surge suppressors are null and void if they
have been connected to the output of any UPS system.
2. Plug your electrical equipment into your surge suppressor’s out-
lets. Do not connect more than 15 amps total load to the surge
suppressor or you will trip the circuit breaker. If the circuit break-
er trips, remove overload, wait one minute and press illuminated
power-switch/circuit-breaker to RESET.
EXCEPT AS PROVIDED HEREIN, TRIPP LITE MAKES NO WAR-
RANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MER-
CHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Some
states do not permit limitation or exclusion of implied warranties; therefore, the
aforesaid limitation(s) or exclusion(s) may not apply to the purchaser.
EXCEPT AS PROVIDED ABOVE, IN NO EVENT WILL TRIPP LITE BE
LIABLE FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSE-
QUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THIS PRODUCT,
EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
Specifically, TRIPP LITE is not liable for any costs, such as lost profits or rev-
enue, loss of equipment, loss of use of equipment, loss of software, loss of data,
costs of substitutes, claims by third parties, or otherwise.The policy of TRIPP
LITE is one of continuous improvement. Specifications are subject to change
without notice.
3. Press illuminated power-switch/circuit-breaker to RESET to turn
the surge suppressor on.
*OPTIONAL INSTALLATION
• Telephone Line Installation: using phone cords, directly connect
the surge suppressor’s “IN” jack to the wall jack and the surge
suppressor’s “OUT” jack to the device to be protected. The surge
suppressor must be directly connected to the wall jack and must

Autorizado de TRIPP LITE con servicios de transportación pre-pagados.
Además deberán ser acompañados de una breve descripción del problema que
presente con la prueba de compra, fecha y lugar. Esta garantía no aplica al
equipo que haya sido dañado por accidente, negligencia o la mala aplicación, o
el que haya sido alterado o modificado de cualquier manera.
Las garantías de todos los Supresores de Picos de TRIPP LITE serán anulados
y cancelados si han sido conectados a cualquier sistema de No Break.
EXCEPTO LO AQUÍ EXPRESADO, TRIPP LITE NO HACE VALIDAS
GARANTIAS, EXPRESAS O IMPLICADAS, INCLUYENDO GARANTIAS
DE MERCADEO Y DE ARREGLO CON UN PROPOSITO PARTICULAR.

Instalación*
1.Conecte su Supresor de Picos a un enchufe conectado a tierra que
provea 220V - 240V; 50 o 60 Hz de poder.
Nota: El LED “Protegido” se iluminará para indicar que los cir-
cuitos de protección están funcionando apropiadamente.
2.Conecte su equipo electrónico a los enchufes de su Supresor de
Picos. No conecte más de 15 amperes de carga total al Supresor
de Picos o activará el breaker. Si se activa el breaker, remueva la
sobrecarga, espere un minuto y presione el Swich iluminado de
encendido o el breaker de circuito a RESET(RESETEAR).

*INSTALACIÓN OPCIONAL
• Línea Instalación Telefónica: usando cables telefónicos, conecte
directamente el enchufe “IN” del Supresor de Picos al enchufe de
pared y el enchufe de “OUT” del Supresor de Picos al aparato que
se quiera proteger. El Supresor de Picos debe de estar directa-
mente conectado al enchufe de la pared y debe conectarse a un
enchufe de CA con tierra para que el la supresión de picos tele-
fónica funcione.
La política de TRIPP LITE es de constante mejoría. Las especificaciones
pueden cambiar sin notificación.
