Basic Operation
Indicator Lights
All Indicator Light descriptions apply when the Line Conditioner is plugged into a wall
outlet and turned on. (Available on select models only.)
A green "NORM" ligh t will tu rn ON wh en ever you r Lin e Con dition er is plu gged
in an d receivin g n om in al AC lin e voltage.
Yellow ligh ts labelled "LOW" (or "BOOST") an d "HIGH" (or "TRIM") will tu rn ON
wh en in com in g voltage is above or below n om in al AC lin e voltage.
Red ligh ts labelled "VERY HIGH" or "VERY LOW" will tu rn ON wh en in com in g
voltage is su bstan tially above or below n om in al AC lin e voltage.
A green "LINE OK" ligh t will tu rn ON wh en AC power is presen t an d n o wirin g
fau lts are detected. Wh en th is ligh t is illu m in ated, AC power is acceptable for
con n ected equ ipm en t.
A red "LINE FAULT" ligh t will tu rn ON to in dicate a wirin g fau lt h as been
detected. Th e con dition sh ou ld be in vestigated an d repaired by a qu alified
tech n ician as soon as possible. A loose wall ou tlet m ay cau se th is ligh t to com e
ON. You r Lin e Con dition er will iden tify m ost com m on wirin g fau lts (bu t n ot
n ecessarily every possible type of fau lt).

AC Receptacles
Th e receptacles provide you r con n ected equ ipm en t with AC lin e
power du rin g n orm al operation . Th ey adju st in com in g voltage to
provide equ ipm en t with con sisten t 120V power. Th e receptacles
also protect you r equ ipm en t again st dam agin g su rges an d lin e
n oise, elim in atin g th e n eed for extern al su rge su ppression .

Circuit Breaker (Available on select models)
If th e rated capacity of th e Lin e Con dition er is exceeded at an y
tim e, th e circu it breaker will open (trip). Rem ove th e overload
an d let th e circu it breaker cool for on e m in u te. Reset th e circu it
breaker by pu sh in g in th e plu n ger.

to TRIPP LITE or an au th orized TRIPP LITE service cen ter with tran sportation ch arges prepaid an d m u st be accom pan ied
by a brief description of th e problem en cou n tered an d proof of date an d place of pu rch ase. Th is warran ty does n ot apply
to equ ipm en t wh ich h as been dam aged by acciden t, n egligen ce or m isapplication or h as been altered or m odified in an y
way. Th is warran ty applies on ly to th e origin al pu rch aser wh o m u st h ave properly registered th e produ ct with in 10 days
of pu rch ase.
