Congratulations on purchasing your Tasco Red Dot illuminated optical sight. Designed with a unique rheostat that
features 11 positive detents for a full range of light intensities, this is a state-of-the-art scope designed for hunting,
plinking and target shooting with pistols, rifles, shotguns and bows.
Engineered for greater speed and accuracy, this scope allows you to unconsciously concentrate on the reticle, thus
increasing accuracy. Tasco’s Red Dot illuminated reticle has been pre-focused so the aiming point always appears
against the target. By comparison, open sights force you to focus on the rear sight, front sight and target at the same
time. Also standard rifle or pistol scopes bring the target into focus only on the internal reticle.
Its aiming system is engineered to be the brightest of its kind. All in all, this scope is proof positive that Tasco is
positioned squarely on the leading edge of advanced technology.

MOUNTING YOUR RED DOT SCOPE
1. The base or bases should be manufactured specifically for your pistol, rifle or shotgun and should create a uniform
horizontal and vertical mounting platform. Be sure they are properly installed and securely fastened according to the
manufacturer’s instructions for your safety. There is no set eye relief for this sight, therefore, you should provide at
least three inches of clearance between the eyebell and your eye when in the shooting position.
2. Set the clamps onto the base or bases so that they align with the crosscut grooves. Work each clampscrew into the base
until the crossbolt seats into the groove. Securely tighten each locking nut with a coin or screwdriver. For additional
holding power, add a drop of thread-locking compound to the center of each locking nut.
INSTAllING BATTERIES
Your new Tasco Red Dot is powered by one 3V “coin-style” lithium battery, Type 2032. Should your reticle
grow dim or not light at all, you will need to replace the batteries. To install new batteries, unscrew the battery
compartment and insert “+” side up. Replace battery cover.
ZEROING YOUR RED DOT SIGhT
NOTE: THE FOLLOWING SHOULD BE DONE AT AN APPROVED RANGE OR OTHER SAFE AREA. EYE AND
EAR PROTECTION IS RECOMMENDED.
1. Activate the illuminated reticle by turning the rheostat knob clockwise to brighten and counterclockwise to dim. The
“1” represents the dimmest and the “11” the brightest illuminations.
2. Remove the windage and elevation adjustment caps.
3. With the scope mounted, rest the gun on a solid support. Sight along the barrel and aim at a target 50 to 100 yards
away. Sight through your Red Dot and use the windage and elevation adjustments to align the lighted reticle with the
target as seen along the barrel. Each click of adjustment moves the point of impact by 1/2” at 100 yards, 1/4” at 50
yards, and 1/8” at 25 yards.

SOlAR POWERED TASCO RED DOT (not available on all models)
If your Tasco sight has a solar panel, no batteries are required during regular daylight hours. However you may
wish to install them as a backup for times when the sun is not bright enough to power the red dot to the intensity you
might like. For example, at dusk and dawn, you probably will want to use the battery backup to power the red dot.
To switch from solar power to auxiliary power, just switch the power source button from the solar position (
) to
the battery ( ) position. When you want to turn the unit off, just switch the power source button to solar and set
the rheostat at “0”.

INSTRUCTIONS POUR lA lUNETTE TASCO RED DOT
Nous vous félicitons pour l'achat du Tasco Red Dot à lunette optique illuminée. Conçu avec un rhéostat unique
permettant 11 détentes différentes pour une large portée lumineuse, il s'agit d'un appareil ultramoderne destiné à la
chasse, la chasse aux canards et le tir à la cible au pistolet, à la carabine, au fusil de chasse et à l'arc.
Désignée pour une vitesse et une précision plus élevées, cette lunette vous permet de vous concentrer
inconsciemment sur le réticule, ce qui augmente la précision. Le réticule illuminé du Red Dot de Tasco a été
préalablement mis au point de sorte que la mire apparaît toujours en face de la cible. Le réticule illuminé ProPoint a
été pré-focalisé, ainsi le point de mire apparaît toujours contre la cible. A titre de comparaison: une lunette ouverte
vous oblige de procéder au réglage par rapport à l'arrière, à l'avant et à la cible en même temps. De plus, les mires
pour fusils ou pistolets standard ne laissent entrer la cible qu'à l'intérieur du champ du réticule interne.

MONTAGE DE VOTRE lUNETTE RED DOT
1. La(les) base(s) doit (doivent) être fabriquée(s) tout spécialement pour votre pistolet ou fusil, formant une plate-forme
de montage horizontale et verticale uniforme. Assurez-vous qu'elles sont bien serrées conformément aux instructions
de sécurité du fabricant. Il n'y a pas de compensateur de profondeur, prévoyez dès lors trois pouces entre la mire
conique et votre œil lorsque vous êtes en position de tir.
2. Montez les anneaux sur la (les) base(s) de sorte à ce qu'ils soient bien alignés par rapport aux entailles. Insérez chaque
anneau dans la base jusqu'à ce que le boulon se cale bien dans la rainure. Serrez bien chaque écrou à l'aide d'une pièce
de monnaie ou d'un tournevis.
INSTAllATION DES PIlES
Votre nouveau Tasco Red Dot est alimenté par une pile lithium ronde de 3V, de type 2032. Lorsque la vue à travers
votre appareil devient floue ou qu'il n'y a plus d'éclairage, il vous suffit de remplacer la pile. Pour installer une
nouvelle pile, dévissez le compartiment pour pile et insérez une nouvelle pile, le pôle "+" tourné vers le haut.
Remettez le couvercle en place.
MISE A ZERO DE VOTRE lUNETTE RED DOT
NOTE: CE QUI SUIT DOIT ETRE FAIT DANS UNE ZONE AUTORISEE OU SURE. IL EST RECOMMANDE DE SE
PROTEGER LES YEUX ET LES OREILLES.
1. Activez le réticule illuminé en faisant tourner le bouton du rhéostat dans le sens des aiguilles d'une montre pour
augmenter l'éclairage et dans le sens contraire pour le réduire. Le "1" représente l'éclairage le plus faible et le "11" le
plus élevé.
2. Enlevez les coiffes de réglage latéral et vertical.
3. La lunette montée, faites reposer l'arme sur une assise solide. Regardez le long du barillet et visez une cible éloignée
de 50 à 100 mètres. Regardez à travers votre Red Dot et réglez les capuchons latéraux et verticaux afin d'aligner le
réticule éclairé par rapport à la cible telle que vous l'avez observée le long du barillet. Chaque clic déplace le point
d'impact de 1/2" à 100 mètres, de 1/4" à 50 mètres et de 1/8" à 25 mètres.

Si votre lunette Tasco est munie d’un panneau solaire, des piles ne sont pas nécessaires en plein jour Toutefois, vous
pouvez les installer en secours pour les utiliser lorsque le soleil n’est pas suffisamment puissant pour activer le point
rouge et lui donner l’intensité voulue. Par exemple, à l’aube et au crépuscule, vous souhaiterez probablement utiliser
la pile de secours pour activer le point rouge.
Pour passer de l’alimentation solaire à l’alimentation auxiliaire, il suffit de déplacer le bouton d’alimentation de la
position « solaire » (
) à la position « pile » (
). Lorsque vous désirez éteindre l’appareil, il vous suffit de
mettre le bouton d’alimentation sur la position « solaire » et de régler le rhéostat sur « 0 ».

INSTRUCCIONES PARA El VISOR DE PUNTO ROJO DE TASCO
Enhorabuena con la compra de su visor óptico iluminado de Punto Rojo de Tasco. Diseñado con un reostato único
con 11 seguros positivos para una gama completa de intensidades luminosas, se trata de un dispositivo ultramoderno
diseñado para la caza, el disparo a blancos con pistolas, rifles, escopetas y arcos.
Estudiado para una mayor velocidad y precisión, este modelo le permite concentrarse en el retículo sin darse
cuenta, de esta manera aumentando la precisión. El retículo iluminado de Punto Rojo de Tasco ha sido preenfocado
de tal manera que el punto de puntería aparece siempre contra el blanco. Para hacer una comparación, los visores
abiertos le obligan a concentrarse al mismo tiempo en la vista trasera, la vista delantera y el blanco. Los rifles o los
telescópicos Para las pistolas estándar solamente enfocan el blanco en el retículo interno.
Su sistema de puntería ha sido estudiado para ser el más claro de su clase. En suma, este modelo es la prueba

COMO MONTAR SU MIRA DE PUNTO ROJO
1. La base o las bases deberían ser fabricadas específicamente para su pistola, rifle o escopeta y debería crear una
plataforma de montaje horizontal y vertical uniforme. Asegúrense de que hayan sido instaladas correctamente y fijadas
de manera segura en conformidad con las instrucciones del fabricante, para su seguridad. No hay ningún soporte
ocular para este visor. Por consiguiente, debería dejar un juego libre de tres pulgadas como mínimo cuando está en
posición de tiro.
2. Ajustar las abrazaderas en la base o las bases de tal manera que van alineadas con las ranuras transversales. Introducir
cada perno de fijación en la base hasta que el perno transversal encaje en la ranura. Fijen cada tuerca de fijación
correctamente con la ayuda de una moneda o un destornillador. Para conseguir una potencia de soporte adicional,
añadan una gota de un compuesto para roscas al centro de cada tuerca de fijación.
COMO INSTAlAR lAS PIlAS
Su nuevo Tasco Punto Rojo dispone de una pila de litio de 3 V "estilo moneda", tipo 2032. En el caso de que su
retículo no sea preciso o no se encienda en absoluto, tendrá que cambiar las pilas. Para instalar pilas nuevas se debe
destornillar el compartimento de la pila e insertar con el "+" dirigido hacia arriba. Volver a colocar la tapa de la pila.
PARA ENFOCAR SU VISOR DE PUNTO ROJO
OBSERVACION: LOS SIGUIENTES PASOS DEBEN EFECTUARSE EN UNA ZONA AUTORIZADA O EN OTRA
AREA SEGURA. SE RECOMIENDA EL USO DE PROTECCIONES PARA LOS OJOS Y PARA EL OIDO.
1. Activar el retículo iluminado girando el botón del reostato en sentido de las agujas del reloj para aumentar la claridad
y en sentido contrario al de las agujas del reloj para disminuir la claridad. El "1" representa las iluminaciones más
oscuras y el "11" las más claras.
2. Quitar las capas para la protección contra el efecto del viento y de la elevación.
3. Con el telescópico montado, apoyar el arma en un soporte sólido Apuntar a un blanco situado a una distancia de 50
hasta 100 yardas. Mirar por su Punto Rojo y utilizar los ajustes para la protección contra el efecto del viento y de la
elevación para alinear el retículo iluminado con el blanco, como se puede ver a lo largo del cañón. Cada clic de ajuste
desplazca el punto del impacto con 1/2'' a una distancia de 100 yardas, 1/4'' a una distancia de 50 yardas, y 1/8'' a una
distancia de 25 yardas.

TASCO REDDOT AlIMENTADO POR ENERGíA SOlAR (no disponible en todos los modelos)
Si su visor Tasco dispone de un panel solar, no se requieren pilas durante las horas de luz solar normales. Sin embargo,
podría instalarlas como reserva en los casos en que el sol no brille lo suficiente para alimentar el visor red dot con la
intensidad deseable. Por ejemplo, es probable que al atardecer y al amanecer necesite usar las pilas de reserva para
alimentar el visor red dot.
Para pasar de alimentación solar a alimentación auxiliar solo tiene que cambiar el botón de fuente de alimentación
desde la posición solar (
) a la posición de pila (
). Cuando quiera apagar la unidad sólo tiene que cambiar el
botón de fuente de alimentación a la posición solar y poner el reostato en “0”.

ISTRUZIONI PER l'USO DEl VOSTRO TASCO CON MIRINO AD OTTICA IllUMINATA
Le nostre congratulazioni per avere acquistato un Tasco Red Dot con mirino ad ottica illuminata. Progettato con
un reostato unico che dispone di 11 fermi per operare in una gamma completa di intensità di luce, il vostro Red
Dot è una ottica a regola d'arte appositamente concepita per cacciare, tirare colpi e sparare al bersaglio con pistole,
carabine, fucili da caccia ed archi.
Ideata per la più grande rapidità e precisione, la sua ottica vi consente di concentrarvi, senza pensarci, sul reticolo,
aumentando così la precisione di tiro. Il suo reticolo illuminato è stato in precedenza messo a fuoco in modo tale che
il punto di mira appare sempre contro il bersaglio. Per comparazione, i mirini aperti vi spingono a mettere a fuoco
contemporaneamente la vista posteriore, quella anteriore e il bersaglio. Anche le ottiche standard per carabine o fucili
mettono il bersaglio a fuoco solamente sul reticolo interno.
Il suo sistema di puntamento è concepito per essere il più brillante nel suo genere. Nell'insieme questa ottica
costituisce la prova evidente che la Tasco occupa uno dei primi posti nel settore della tecnologia più avanzata.

MONTAGGIO DEl VOSTRO RED DOT SCOPE
1. La base o le basi devono essere quelle predisposte specificamente per la vostra pistola , carabina o fucile da caccia
e devono fornire una piattaforma uniforme di montaggio in senso verticale e orizzontale. Assicuratevi che siano
installate come dovuto e bloccatele in modo sicuro secondo le istruzioni fornite dal produttore per la vostra sicurezza.
Non c'è alcun dispositivo di riposo dell'occhio nell'apparecchio, e perciò dovete rispettare almeno 3 pollici di distanza
fra il mirino e il vostro occhio nella posizione di sparo.
2. Posizionate i morsetti nella base delle basi in modo tale che risultino allineati con le scanalature dei bulloni a croce.
Operate ogni morsetto a vite nella base finché il bullone a croce vada convenientemente nella sede. Stringete
saldamente ogni dado di bloccaggio adoperando una moneta o un giravite. Per aumentare il potere di presa,
aggiungete una goccia di preparato per il blocco della filettatura al centro di ogni dado di bloccaggio.
INSTAllAZIONE DEllE BATTERIE
Il vostro nuovo Tasco Red Dot è alimentato da una batteria a litio "formato moneta" 3V , tipo 2032. Quando il vostro
reticolo diventa scuro o non chiaro per nulla, dovete sostituire la batteria. Per installare una batteria nuova, svitate
l'alloggiamento della batteria e inserite la nuova con il lato "+" sopra. Rimettete a posto il copribatteria.
AZZERAMENTO DEl VOSTRO TASCO RED DOT
NOTA: QUANTO SEGUE DEVE ESSERE ESEGUITO IN UNO SPAZIO DI PORTATA APPROVATO O IN
UN'ALTRA AREA SICURA. SI RACCOMANDA DI PROTEGGERE OCCHI E ORECCHI.
1. Attivate il reticolo illuminato girando la manopola del reostato in senso orario per rendere più chiaro e in senso
antiorario per oscurare il reticolo stesso. La gradazione "1" rappresenta l'illuminazione minore e la gradazione "11"
l'illuminazione maggiore.
2. Togliete i dispositivi di regolazione derivazione e altezza.
3. A ottica montata, appoggiate l'arma su un supporto solido. Guardate attraverso l'oculare e mirate al bersaglio da 50
a 100 yarde avanti. Guardate attraverso il vostro Red Dot e usate i dispositivi regolazione derivazione e altezza per
allineare il reticolo illuminato con il bersaglio come visto attraverso l'oculare. Ogni click di regolazione muove il
punto di impatto a 100 yarde di 1/2", a 50 yarde di 1/4" e a 25 yarde di 1/8".

PUNTO ROSSO TASCO AD AlIMENTAZIONE SOlARE (non disponibile su tutti i modelli)
Se il vostro cannocchiale da puntamento Tasco ha un pannello solare, durante le ore del giorno le pile non sono
necessarie. Tuttavia, potreste decidere di installarle come riserva per quando la luce del sole non è forte abbastanza
da alimentare il punto rosso all’intensità desiderata. Per esempio, al tramonto e all’alba, può darsi che vorrete usare
la riserva a pila per alimentare il punto rosso.
Per passare dall’alimentazione solare a quella ausiliaria, spostate il pulsante della fonte di alimentazione dalla
posizione solare (
) a quella della pila (
). Quando volete spegnere l’unità, spostate il pulsante della fonte di
alimentazione su solare e impostate il reostato su “0”.

Herzlichen Glückwunsch zum Kauf Ihres Tasco Red Dot Zielfernrohres mit beleuchteter Zielvorrichtung. Entworfen
mit einem einzigartigen elektrischen Widerstand (Rheostaten), der 11 positive Arretierungen für einen vollständigen
Bereich von Lichtintensitäten aufweist, handelt es sich um ein Zielfernrohr, das für die Jagd, das Dosenschießen und
das Zielschießen mit Pistolen, Gewehren, Schrotflinten und Bögen bestimmt ist.
Für größere Geschwindigkeit und Genauigkeit entwickelt, ermöglicht Ihnen dieses Zielfernrohr die unbewußte
Konzentration auf das Absehen und damit eine höhere Genauigkeit. Die beleuchtete Red Dot-Zielvorrichtung von
Tasco ist vorfokussiert, so dass der Zielpunkt immer gegen das Ziel erscheint. Im Vergleich dazu zwingen Sie
offene Zielvorrichtungen, sich gleichzeitig auf die hintere Visiereinrichtung, das vordere Visier und das Ziel zu
konzentrieren. Auch normale Zielfernrohre für Gewehre oder Pistolen bringen das Ziel nur auf dem inneren Absehen
in den Brennpunkt. Sein Zielsystem ist als das hellste seiner Art ausgelegt.

BEFESTIGUNG IhRES RED DOT ZIElFERNROhRES
1. Die Basis oder die Basen sollten spezifisch für Ihre Pistole, Ihr Gewehr oder Ihre Schrotflinte hergestellt sein und
sollten eine gleichmäßige waagerechte und senkrechte Befestigungsplattform schaffen. Bitte achten Sie darauf, dass
sie korrekt montiert und sicher befestigt sind, gemäß den Anweisungen des Herstellers für Ihre Sicherheit. Dieses
Visier weist keinen eingestellten Abstand zur Augenlinse auf. Daher sollten Sie mindestens drei Zoll, also 7,62 cm,
Abstand zwischen der Augenmuschel und Ihrem Auge vorsehen, wenn Sie sich in Schussposition befinden.
2. Setzen Sie die Klemmen auf die Basis bzw. die Basen, so dass sie mit den quer geschnittenen Vertiefungen
fluchten. Drehen Sie jede Klemmenschraube in die Basis, bis der Querbolzen in der Vertiefung sitzt. Ziehen Sie jede
Gegenmutter mit einer Münze oder einem Schraubenzieher gut fest. Zur besseren Festigkeit geben Sie einen Tropfen
Gewindekleber in die Mitte jeder Gegenmutter.
EINBAU DER BATTERIEN
Ihr neues Tasco Red Dot wird von einer 3V Lithiumbatterie im "Münzstil" vom Typ 2032 gespeist. Sollte Ihr
Absehen schwach oder überhaupt nicht mehr beleuchtet sein, müssen Sie die Batterien ersetzen. Zum Einsetzen
neuer Batterien öffnen Sie die Schrauben des Batteriefachs und setzen Sie mit der "+" Seite nach oben ein. Setzen
Sie die Batterieabdeckung wieder ein.
JUSTIERUNG (NUllEINSTEllUNG) IhRES RED DOT ZIElFERNROhRS
ANMERKUNG: DAS FOLGENDE SOLLTE AUF EINEM ZUGELASSENEN SCHIESSPLATZ ODER IN EINEM
ANDEREN SICHEREN BEREICH ERFOLGEN. AUGEN- UND OHRENSCHUTZ WERDEN EMPFOHLEN.
1. Aktivieren Sie das beleuchtete Absehen, indem Sie den Knopf des elektrischen Widerstandes im Uhrzeigersinn
drehen, um es heller, und entgegen dem Uhrzeigersinn drehen, um es dunkler zu stellen. Die "1" stellt die dunkelste
und die "11" die hellsten Beleuchtungen ein.
2. Nehmen Sie die Seiten- und Höheneinstellkappen ab.
3. Legen Sie die Waffe mit befestigtem Zielfernrohr auf eine feste Unterlage. Zielen Sie entlang dem Rohr und visieren

entlang dem Rohr zu sehen ist. Jedes Klicken der Einstellung bewegt den Einschlagpunkt um 12,70 mm (1/2 Zoll)
bei 91,44 m (100 Yard), 6,35 mm (1/4 Zoll) bei 45,72 m (50 Yard) und 3,175 mm (1/8 Zoll) bei 22,86 m (25 Yard).

MIT SONNENENERGIE VERSORGTER TASCO RED DOT (nicht für alle Modelle erhältlich)
Wenn das Tasco Visier einen Sonnenkollektor hat, sind bei normalem Tageslicht keine Batterien erforderlich. Sie
können jedoch als Sicherung für Zeiten eingelegt werden, wenn die Sonne nicht hell genug scheint, um den Red Dot
für die gewünschte Lichtstärke zu versorgen. Zum Beispiel kann es sein, dass bei Morgen- und Abenddämmerung
die Batterien den Red Dot unterstützen müssen.
Für die Umschaltung von Sonnenenergie auf Hilfsleistung nur den Stromknopf von der Sonnenposition (
) auf
die Batterieposition ( ) umschalten. Wenn das Gerät abgeschaltet werden soll, einfach den Stromknopf auf
Sonnenenergie und das Rheostat auf „0“ setzen.

Felicitações pela aquisição da sua mira óptica iluminada Tasco Red Dot. Concebida com um reóstato único que
apresenta 11 posições de encravamento positivas, para obtenção de uma gama completa de intensidades luminosas,
ela é a mira mais desenvolvida da actualidade, concebida para a caça, tiro e tiro ao alvo com pistolas, carabinas,
caçadeiras e arcos.
Construída para uma maior velocidade e precisão, esta mira permite-lhe a concentração inconsciente no retículo,

MONTAGEM DA SUA MIRA RED DOT
1. A base ou bases deverão ser fabricadas especificamente para a sua pistola, carabina ou caçadeira e deverão criar
uma plataforma de montagem uniforme na horizontal e na vertical. Para sua segurança, certifique-se que elas são
correctamente instaladas e firmemente apertadas de acordo com as instruções do fabricante. Não existe qualquer
protecção ocular para esta mira, portanto, deverá prever uma distância de pelo menos três polegadas entre a objectiva
e o seu olho quando em posição de tiro.
2. Coloque os grampos na base ou bases de forma que eles fiquem alinhados com as ranhuras. Aperte cada parafuso
dos grampos na base até que o parafuso entre na ranhura. Aperte firmemente cada porca com uma moeda ou com
uma chave de parafusos. Para obter uma força de sujeição adicional, adicione uma gota de compound para sujeição
de roscas ao centro de cada porca.
INSTAlAçÃO DAS BATERIAS
A sua nova Tasco Red Dot é alimentada por uma bateria de lítio de 3V "estilo-moeda", Tipo 2032. Se o seu retículo
ficar obscurecido ou não iluminado de todo, terá de substituir as baterias. Para instalar baterias novas, desaparafuse o
compartimento da bateria e insira uma nova, com o terminal "+" para cima. Recoloque a tampa do compartimento da
bateria.
AFERIçÃO DO ZERO DA SUA MIRA RED DOT
NOTA: O SEGUINTE, DEVERÁ SER FEITO NUMA CARREIRA DE TIRO APROVADA OU OUTRA ÁREA
SEGURA. PROTECÇÃO OCULAR E AUDITIVA É RECOMENDÁVEL.
1. Active o retículo iluminado rodando o botão do reóstato no sentido directo para aumentar a luminosidade e no
sentido indirecto para a diminuir. A posição "1" representa a menor iluminação e a posição 11" a mais brilhante
iluminação.
2. Remova as tampas de ajustamento de compensação de vento e de elevação.
3. Com a mira montada, repouse a arma num suporte sólido. Mirar ao longo do cano e apontar a um alvo distanciado de
50 a 100 jardas. Mirar através da Red dot e usar os ajustamentos de compensação de vento e de elevação para alinhar
o retículo iluminado com o alvo, como visto ao longo do cano. Cada click de ajustamento move o ponto de impacto
de 1/2" a 100 jardas, 1/4" a 50 jardas, e 1/8" a 25 jardas.

Se a sua mira Tasco possuir um painel solar, nenhuma pilha será necessária durante as horas normais do dia.
Entretanto, você pode instalá-las como reserva para aqueles momentos em que o sol não está brilhando o suficiente
para energizar o ponto vermelho na intensidade desejada. Por exemplo, os períodos do amanhecer e entardecer
podem ser bons exemplos para se usar as pilhas como reserva.
Para passar de energia solar para a energia auxiliar, basta mudar a posição do botão da fonte de energia de solar (
) para pilhas (
). Para desligar a unidade, mude o botão da fonte de energia para a posição solar e coloque o
reostato na posição “0”.
