• Innovative GelSprinter™ technology eliminates smudging and curling,
delivering color quality comparable to color laser output. To do this, the printer
uses quick-drying viscous-ink, belt-driven paper feeding, and a long-lasting
printhead design.

On plain paper, the GX7000 prints at 1200 x 1200 dpi, 2-bit (equivalent to
3600 x 1200 dpi).
• To maximize image quality, the GX7000 uses smaller 2 picoliter dots that
minimize spreading, sharpen images and prevent bleed-through. The pigment-
based ink is sun-resistant and waterproof, so it can be highlighted without
smearing — a real advantage for scaled-down blueprints, drawings and
architectural plans.
