HOW TO USE WHISKS AND HOOKS  
Check that the control switch (b) is in the (0) setting  
According to the type of mixture to be prepared:  
1. Insert the whisks (C1 or C2) into the inlets of the appliance.  
2. Use identical pairs of whisks.  
3. If using the dough hooks, insert one dough hook (D1) into the right hole, and  
another (D2) into the left hole (only for bowl). Note the mark in the unit for the  
correct hook installation.  
4. Never mix the whisk and dough hook together.  
5. Select the specific setting in the control switch.  
6. Plug in the power and then operate the mixer.  
7. The control switch must turn back the (0) setting when pressing the eject button  
(B) to remove the whisks or hooks.

HELPFUL HINTS  
1. In order to avoid splashing, the speed setting shall be in the lower setting and  
then gradually turn to a higher setting.

2. When the mixing speed setting is increased, the mixing power is increased  
simultaneously. So turn to a higher speed setting when unit is mixing a tougher  
mixture.

1. Unplug the appliance.  
2. Clean the body of the appliance with a damp sponge only, and dry carefully.  
3. The accessories should be washed safely.

HOW TO USE BOWL  
1. Press the button (I) on the bowl shelf to keep mixer upwards on the stand.  
2. Insert the whisks or hooks into the mixer ensuring that they are in the right  
position.

3. Push the mixer downwards to the level position.  
4. Connect the power supply and turn the switch to the setting that you need.  
5. When you operate the mixer, the bowl will not be turning.
