Important: Avoid prolonged jamming of the fan blade. This model is equipped with
an “overheat protector” which is designed to stop the motor if the fan blade is jammed
for a long period time. Under extreme conditions damage can occur to the blade at
the point where it attaches to the shaft. If damaged, the blade will not be secure on
the shaft and will have to be replaced with a new blade.
