Control Unit
The Jay Dermafloat LAL 1100 is designed to work hard for you
and your patients in all types of settings. A deluxe comforter and
high-output control unit provide therapeutic benefit to patients
suffering from or at risk of developing pressure ulcers. The LAL
1100 is one of the lightest, most durable and easiest to use gen-
uine low air loss systems on the market.
• Easy-to-use dial adjusts pressure level from soft to
firm.
• Compact, lightweight and durable case.
• Quiet operation allows patient to sleep more soundly.
• Blower-driven system provides “genuine low air loss”
with all the benefits of significant air movement.
• CPR quick-disconnect for rapid deflation.
Standard Low Air Loss Mattress
• Max inflates within seconds.
• To reduce skin maceration, “genuine low air loss” is
provided throughout all twenty air cells of support.
• Air cushions are constructed of high quality, low shear
nylon to reduce skin breakdown.
• Convoluted foam base provides additional safety and
comfort.
• Low-friction, vapor-permeable comforter provides a
barrier to liquids, air and bacteria.
• Rolls into its own carrying case for convenience and

• Orthoderm Elite Homecare Mattress is compatible
with the LAL 1000 Series control unit with adapter.
