4. Fo llo w d ire c tio ns fo r Pre ssure Co o king , filling the Pre ssure  
Co o ke r Pa n up to the MAX Fill Line with wa te r. Pre ssure c o o k  
fo r 15 m inute s a t MAX/ BROWNING p re ssure . This will e nsure  
c o rre c t fitting o f the Ga ske t.  
5. Turn the Va ria b le Te m p e ra ture / Pre ssure Co ntro l to WARMING  
a nd re m o ve the p lug fro m the wa ll o utle t to re le a se the  
p re ssure na tura lly. Whe n the Pre ssure Lift Pin d ro p s a nd a ll  
p re ssure is re le a se d , o p e n the Lid . Ca re fully p o ur o ut the  
wa te r a nd a llo w to c o o l. Dry a ll p a rts. The Pre ssure Co o ke r is  
no w re a d y to use .

c lo c kwise until the two Ha nd le s a re to g e the r a nd fa c ing yo u. The  
Lid Lo c k Butto n lo c ks the Lid in p la c e . Ma ke sure the Lid fa lls  
b e lo w the rim o f the Pre ssure Co o ke r Pa n a nd is se c ure ly  
a tta c he d o nto the Pa n.
