For your safety and for the optimum performance of the i-X6
speaker system, please read all safety precautions and follow
the instructions carefully.
Precautions
Connections: Ensure that the i-X6 is switched 'off' before making any
connections. Connect the RCA outputs of your i-X6 to the
corresponding inputs on your computer sound card, portable music
player, or other audio device. We recommend that you use the
supplied cables (or cables of equal or higher quality) for all
connections.
Correct Power Operation: Since the i-X6 contains an amplifier, it
must be connected to a power outlet using the detachable AC cable
that is provided. Before connecting the power, please make sure that
the On/Off switch is in the 'OFF' position.
WARNING! Use of improper Voltage may result in hazardous
conditions and/or damage the speaker components not covered by
the products warranty.
Connecting the Speakers
Use the speaker wires (6.5mm jack audio cable) included with the i-X6
to connect the Left and Right speakers via the 6.5mm jacks on the
back of each speaker.
Connecting to a Computer Sound Card or Other Audio
Output Device
1. Before connecting the i-X6 Speaker System, make sure the power
from the computer or other output device has been turned off. The
power to the i-X6 must also be turned off before connecting.
2. Plug the RCA cable to the corresponding connectors on your
computer sound card, portable music player or audio device. You
can also use the 3.5mm mini stereo cable to connect a secondary
audio device to the ‘Aux in’ audio input.
