IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
• Please read all instructions carefully before using the appliances.
• This appliance is for HOUSEHOLD USE ONLY. Do not use for industrial purposes
• Before using the appliance for the first time, make sure that the voltage found on the
rating label corresponds to the voltage in your home.

• During first usage you may notice a slight smell, this is normal and will not affect your
health. This smell will disappear after a couple of uses.
• Do not rotate the steam tube or use the steam tube as a handle. Doing so may cause
damage to the unit, leakage or other hazards.
• Do not move the coffee machine while in use.
• Pyrex glass is designed only for the coffee machine, do not use it on other heating
devices.
• Waste electrical products should not be disposed of with household waste. Please
recycle where facilities exist. Check with your local authority or retailer for recycling
advice.
• In case of damage to the wire, it has to be replaced only by the manufacturer,
distributor or by an expert, to avoid risks.
• This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physi-

INSTRUCTIONS ON MAKING
ESPRESSO COFFEE
The preparation of espresso coffee involves hot water being forced through
finely grounded coffee under high pressure. This gives the espresso coffee its
aromatic and strong taste. It is essential to use a high quality roasted bean
with the correct grinding.
• Make sure control knob if set to OFF
• Fill the detachable permanent filter with coffee grounds to the required level
and pack down firmly. Donotover-fillthefilterconeasthismaycauseunittoworkincorrectly.
• Place filter cone in the filter holder
• Pull the buckle backwards and open it, align the coffee box underneath of
the symbol ”
“, then hold it upwards and turn right towards position
“
Lock”, the coffee box will be locked there, the buckle shall also be tightened.
Never install the coffee box in any other position.
• Open the lid for the water tank
• Fill the coffee pot with required amount of water and pour the water into
the water tank
• Close the lid of the water tank
• Check that the steam control regulator is closed
• Place the coffee pot under the filter holder
• Set the function knob to the “
” position, the indictor light should then
light up and the espresso maker will start to work
• When all the water has run through the filter into the coffee pot, set the
function knob to the “OFF” position and unplug the unit from the power supply
CAUTION:
While the water is passing through the coffee grains,
DO NOT remove the filter nor open the lid.This is a pressured device, DO NOT
open the top cover while unit is working or has not cooled completely. Only
after the steam comes out, then can the cover can be opened safely.
Scalding may occur if the lid is removed during the brewing cycles.

INSTRUCTIONS ON CAPPUCCINO COFFEE
A cappuccino is an espresso coffee with a frothed topping
made with heating milk.
• Fill a jug with desired amount of milk. The jug should be large
enough to allow the milk to expand to about twice its volume
• Follow the same steps for making Espresso Coffee
• Allow the remaining coffee to drip through the filter holder into
the coffee pot
• Place the steam nozzle in the milk and set the function knob
to “ ” position
• When sufficient milk froth has been produced, set the function
knob to the “OFF” position and unplug the unit from the
power supply
• Pour the coffee into the cups and place the milk froth on the
surface
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
• Do not forget to unplug the appliance from the power supply
before cleaning
• Allow the appliance to cool down, and then wipe the outside
with a soft dry cloth. Do not use detergents or abrasive materials
• The detachable filter and plate, steam nozzle and coffee tank
should be washed in hot soapy water and rinsed well
• Store the appliance in a cool, dry place

INSTRUCCIONES PARA HACER
CAFÉ ESPRESSO
La preparación de café espresso se hace cuando el agua caliente pasa a
alta presión a través del café finamente molido. Esto le da al café espresso
su sabor aromático fuerte. Es fundamental el uso de granos tostados de alta
calidad con el molido correcto.No sobrellene pues esto puede hacer trabajar mal la unidad .
• Fije la perilla de control a OFF
• Llene el filtro desmontable permanente con café molido hasta el nivel
requerido y comprímalo firmemente.
• Coloque el filtro cónico en el recipiente del filtro
• Tire la hebilla al revés y ábrala, alinee la caja del café debajo del símbolo
“
”, muévalo hacia el símbolo “Lock”.La caja del café será cerradi, la

hebilla también será apretada. Nunca instale la caja del café en cualquier
otra posición.
• Abra la tapa del recipiente de agua
• Llene la cafetera con la cantidad de agua requerida y vierta el agua en el
recipiente de agua.
• Cierre la tapa del recipiente de agua
• Verifique que el regulador de control de vapor esté cerrado
• Coloque la cafetera debajo del recipiente del filtro
• Coloque la perilla de función en la posición “
”; la luz
indicadora ya debe estar encendida y la cafetera espresso empezará a
funcionar
• Cunado toda el agua haya pasado a través del filtro hacia la cafetera,
coloque la perilla de función en la posición “OFF” y desenchufe la unidad
de la fuente de corriente
PRECAUCIÓN:
Cuando el agua está pasando a través del café molido,
NO retire el filtro ni abra la tapa. Éste es un dispositivo ejercido de presión.
NO ABRE la cubierta superior mientras que la unidad está trabajando.
Solamente después que sale el vapor que la cubierta puede ser abierto con
seguridad. El escaldar puede ocurrir si la cubierta se quita durante los ciclos.

INSTRUCCIONES PARA HACER
CAFÉ CAPPUCCINO
Un cappuccino es un café espresso con una cubierta espumosa
hecha con leche caliente.
• Llene la jarra con la cantidad deseada de leche. La jara tiene
que ser lo suficientemente grande para permitir la lecha
expanda hasta el doble de su volumen
• Siga los mismos pasos para hacer café espresso
• Deje que el café restante gotee del soporte del filtro a la
cafetera
• Coloque la boquilla del vapor en la leche y ponga la perilla
de función en la posición “

• Cuando se ha producido suficiente espuma de leche, ponga
la perilla de función en la posición “OFF” y desenchufe la
unidad de la fuente de corriente
LIMPIEZA Y MANTENIMIENTO
• No olvide desenchufar el aparato del la fuente de corriente
antes de limpiarlo
• Deje que el aparato se enfríe, luego pase un paño suave y
seco por la parte externa. No use detergentes o materiales
abrasivos.
• El filtro y la paca desmontable, la boquilla de vapor y el recipiente
del café deben ser lavados en agua caliente jabonosa y
enjuagados bien
• Guarde el aparato en un lugar fresco y seco.
