Open and Unpack Box
Your EyeTV 200 box should contain the

3. EyeTV 200 can be connected to a cable box
or satellite receiver in two ways:
•
•
If your cable box/satellite receiver has audio
and video output connectors, attach a stereo
audio cable (usually colored red & white) from
your equipment's audio outputs to the audio
inputs on the EyeTV 200 (labeled L AUDIO R).
Connect a yellow composite video cable
between the cable box/satellite receiver's
video output and the video input on the EyeTV
200. For improved picture quality, use an
S-Video cable instead of the composite cable.
If your cable box/satellite receiver has a RF
output, connect a coaxial cable from the cable
box/satellite receiver's output to the ANT.IN
port on the EyeTV 200. EyeTV will pick up the
signal, usually on channel 3 or 4.
