Features of the Energy Station
The Energy Station ERA-210P1 (referred to as the “station” hereafter) is an
AIBO ERS-210-dedicated charging station that provides the following
functions:
• Charges AIBO’s internal battery pack whenever you place AIBO on the
station.
• Charges a spare battery pack at the same time it charges AIBO’s internal
battery pack.
• Provides a display panel that allows you to make various AIBO settings
without removing AIBO’s extremities.
• Provides a backlight for the display panel that allows the battery charging
level or the current time to be viewed under dark conditions.
Notes
• The Energy Station ERA-210P1 is the battery charger designed exclusively for
the lithium ion battery pack ERA-201B1. Do not use this station for charging
any other battery packs. (Refer to the operating instructions supplied with the
lithium ion battery pack.)
• ERA-210P1 Energy Station is only for use with the ERS-210 Series System and
should be powered only by the ERA-201P1 AC Adapter to charge the ERS-210
Aibo Robot and/or ERA-201B1 Battery Pack. (Refer to the operating
instructions supplied with the AC Adapter.)

Charging AIBO’s internal battery
pack
You can charge AIBO’s internal battery pack by placing AIBO on top of the
station. It is recommended that you recharge the battery pack at room
temperature (10° C to 30° C (50° F to 86° F)).
Preparing the station
Connect the AC adapter (supplied with AIBO or optional) to the station. Insert
the cord into the groove on the bottom of the station. The cord can come out
from either the front side or the back side of the station. Plug the cord into a
wall outlet.

About charging conditions of AIBO
Charging automatically starts when AIBO is in either of the following
conditions:
• AIBO is in pause mode.
• AIBO is sleeping, etc.

The second condition depends on the AIBO-ware being used.

Note
If all the charging level bars flash simultaneously, it means the battery pack is not
charging properly. If this occurs, check that the battery pack is inserted correctly.
If the flashing continues, the battery pack may be defective. Stop charging the
battery pack immediately and contact the dealer from whom you purchased the
battery pack or AIBO Customer Link.

Charging a spare battery pack
You can charge a spare battery pack by inserting it into the station.
Open the cover of the station. Then insert the battery pack into the
spare battery pack insertion slot with the labeled side facing toward
you, and then close the cover.

The SUB BATT indicator appears in the display.

• Do not keep the charged battery pack in the station, as this may damage the
battery pack and the station.

Checking AIBO’s settings
While AIBO is on top of the station, use the mode button to check its settings.

Notes
• The display is blank when AIBO is not on the station. If AIBO is not on the
station and you attempt to change the displayed information by pressing the
MODE button, the AIBO icon will flash for several seconds.
• When the cover of the station is closed, the display panel lights up for about 10
seconds each time you press the MODE button. When the cover of the station is
open, the display panel lights up for about a minute each time you press the
MODE button.

Making various settings
When AIBO is on top of the station, you can set various items, such as the
clock and volume level of the musical tone.
Setting the time zone
By setting the time zone, you specify the difference in hours from the time at
the current location and the UTC (Universal Time Coordinated) time. The
difference is expressed as a whole number from –12 to +12. For example, the
time zone for Hawaii is –10. For details on the time zones of the world, see
“Time zone table” on pages 32 and 33.
1 Place AIBO on top of the station and open the cover of the station.

appears.
3 Press the SET button to select the time zone.
The time zone indication starts to flash.
4 Use the +/– buttons to change the time zone. Then press the
MODE button.
The setting is entered and the time zone indication resumes.

The time zone function does not support daylight savings.

1 Place AIBO on top of the station and open the cover of the station

2 Press the MODE button repeatedly until the date and time
indication appears.
3 Press the SET button to set the date and time.
The year indication starts to flash.
4 Use the +/– buttons to set the year. Then press the MODE button.
The month indication starts to flash.
5 Use the +/- buttons to set the month. Then press the MODE
button.
The day indication starts to flash.

The hour indication starts to flash.
7 Use the +/– buttons to set the hour. Then press the MODE button.

Setting the date and time display format
Do the procedure below to specify the format in which the date and time is
displayed.
1 Place AIBO on top of the station and open the cover of the station
(page 21).
2 Press the MODE button repeatedly to display the current display
format.

3 Press the SET button to set the date display format.
The date display format starts to flash.
The different formats are “YYMMDD” (year, month, day), “MMDDYY”
(month, day, year) and “DDMMYY” (day, month, year).

4 Use the +/– buttons to select the display format. Then press the
MODE button to set the time display format.
The time display format starts to flash.
5 Use the +/– buttons to select a 12-hour clock or a 24-hour clock.
Then press the MODE button.

Notes
• The date and time formats return to their default settings when the station is
disconnected from the wall outlet. Set the formats again when you connect the
station to a wall outlet again.
• The default setting for the date format is year, month, day. The default setting
for the time format is 12-hour clock.
Setting the volume level of AIBO’s musical
tone
1 Place AIBO on top of the station and open the cover of the station
(page 21).
2 Press the MODE button repeatedly until the volume level
indication appears.
3 Press the SET button to set the volume level.
The current volume level setting starts to flash.

4 Use the +/– buttons to change the volume level. Then press the
MODE button.
The setting is entered and the volume level indication resumes. The volume
level can be set to four levels. If you select “0,” AIBO’s musical tone is
muted.
Notes
• To cancel the setting, press the SET button. The current settings are displayed
again.
• Settings cannot be made while AIBO is not on the station. If you attempt to
make a setting at this time, the AIBO icon will flash for several seconds.
• When the cover of the station is open, the display’s backlight will go on for
about a minute each time you press a button.
• If you close the cover of the station while making a setting, the setting will be
canceled and the current date and time or the volume level indication will appear
again.

On handling the Energy Station
• While AIBO is on top of the station, do not place any object near it that
might interfere with its movements.
• Do not touch the charging terminal directly with your hand. Doing so may
soil the terminal and cause poor contact.
• Do not insert anything other than the battery pack specified for use with
AIBO into the spare battery pack insertion slot.
• Do not press down hard on the station with your hand or elbow.
• Do not drop or shake the station as this may damage it.
• Do not leave the station in very hot places, such as a car parked in the sun, as
this may deform or damage it.
• Do not allow the station to get wet.
• For details on the battery pack or the AC adapter supplied with AIBO, refer
to the operating instructions supplied with AIBO.
On cleaning
• Clean the station with a dry, soft cloth.
• Do not use volatile solvents that may damage the station’s surface finish.

Limited warranty
SONY ELECTRONICS INC. (“SONY”) warrants this Product and its accessories
against defects in material or workmanship as follows:
1. PRODUCTS: For a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, SONY will, at
its option, either repair or replace the defective parts and/or the Product (i.e., Energy
Station) with new or rebuilt replacements. After this one (1) year period, you must pay
all parts and labor charges.
2. ACCESSORIES: For a period of thirty (30) days from the date of purchase, SONY
will, at its option, either repair or replace defective parts and/or accessories (i.e., AC
adapter and battery pack) with new or rebuilt replacements. After this thirty (30) day
period, you must pay all parts and labor charges.
3. REPAIRS: For a period equal to the longer of (a) the remainder of the original
limited warranty period on the original Product or accessory, or (b) for 90 days after the
date of repair/replacement of Products or for 30 days after the date of repair/
replacement of accessories, SONY will repair or replace defective parts, accessories
and/or Products used in the repair or replacement of Products or accessories under this
Limited Warranty with new or rebuilt replacements.

To obtain warranty service, you must first obtain an event number from AIBO Customer
Link (page 6). You will need to return the Product and all accessories to SONY in the
original carton, using the original packaging materials. All supplied accessories must be
returned with the Product. SONY is not responsible for any damage during shipment
arising from the failure to properly pack the Product or accessory being returned to
SONY. For information on returning your Product or accessories for warranty repair,
please contact the AIBO Customer Link.
This warranty does not cover customer instruction, installation or set up adjustments.
This warranty does not cover the cost of removal or reinstallation, cosmetic damage or
damage due to acts of God, accident, misuse, abuse, negligence of, or to any part of the
Product. This warranty does not cover lost profits, lost sales, loss of use of the Product,
or other consequential loss or damage due to improper operation or maintenance,
installation, connection to improper voltage supply, or attempted repair by anyone other
than a facility authorized by SONY to service the Product. This warranty does not
cover Products sold AS IS or WITH ALL FAULTS, or consumables (such as fuses).
This warranty does not apply when the malfunction results from use of the Product in
conjunction with accessories, products or ancillary or peripheral equipment not
manufactured by SONY, and where it is determined by SONY that there is no fault with
the Product itself.
SONY will pay shipping charges for all in-warranty service. However, if no trouble is
found with the Product or accessory, if the trouble is from a non-covered charge or if it
is determined that the warranty period has expired, you will be billed for the cost of
shipping and handling.
This warranty is valid only in the United States.
Proof of purchase in the form of a bill of sale or receipted invoice which is evidence that
the unit is within the Warranty period must be presented to obtain warranty service.

This warranty is invalid if the factory applied serial number has been altered or removed
from the Product.
REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT AS PROVIDED UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS THE
EXCLUSIVE REMEDY OF THE CONSUMER. SONY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE
FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF
ANY EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON THIS PRODUCT. EXCEPT TO
THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY
OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ON THIS
PRODUCT IS LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS
WARRANTY.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential
damages, or allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above
limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal
rights, and you may have other rights which vary from state to state.

Service procedure
1. Contact the AIBO Customer Link. Its E-mail address is
[email protected] and its toll free number is 1-800-427-2988.
2. If the AIBO Customer Link determines that your unit needs repair, follow the
procedure described below.
a. The AIBO Customer Link will give you the event number, which is valid for ten
days.
b. Following the procedure described on the label attached to the box, put AIBO or
the designated accessories into the original box. If you did not keep the original
box, the AIBO Customer Link will send a new box to you free of charge within the
warranty period. The actual shipping and material cost will be charged to you after
the warranty period.
c. Mark your event number on the top of the box and send it to the designated
address. The AIBO Customer Link will designate the shipping method and pay the
shipping charges within the warranty period; after the warranty period, you must
pre-pay the shipping charges.
d. As soon as the repair is completed, your AIBO or the accessories will be sent back
to you. After the warranty period has expired, the actual shipping cost will be
charged to you together with the repair cost.
3. Please understand that the AIBO Customer Link only accepts credit cards for all the
charges of repair, shipping and material after the warranty period has expired.
User registration
All users are registered based on information from the purchaser.
If a different person takes over this unit, please inform the “AIBO Customer Link”
of the change.

Troubleshooting
If you experience any of the following difficulties, use this troubleshooting
guide to remedy the problem. Should the problem persist, contact the AIBO
Customer Link (page 6).

Caractéristiques de la station
La station de charge ERA-210P1 (appelée “station” dans la suite de ce
document) est destinée au AIBO ERS-210. Elle possède les fonctions
suivantes:
• Charge de la batterie interne d’AIBO dès que vous le placez sur la station.
• Charge une batterie de rechange en même temps qu’une batterie interne.
• Panneau d’affichage vous permettant d’effectuer différents réglages AIBO
sans retirer les extrémités d’AIBO.
• Le panneau d’affichage est équipé d’un éclairage du fond, permettant de
visualiser le niveau de charge de la batterie ou l’heure, dans la pénombre.
Remarques
• La station ERA-210P1 est le chargeur de batterie destiné exclusivement à la
batterie ion lithium ERA-201B1. N’utilisez pas cette station pour charger
d’autres batteries. (Reportez-vous au mode d’emploi fourni avec la batterie ion
lithium.)
• La station d’alimentation ERA-210P1 ne peut être utilisée qu’avec le système en
série ERS-210 et doit être alimentée uniquement par l’adaptateur secteur ERA-
201P1 afin de recharger le robot Aibo ERS-210 et/ou la batterie ERA-201B1.

Mise en charge de la batterie
interne d’AIBO
Il suffit de placer AIBO sur la station pour charger sa batterie interne. Il est
recommandé de recharger la batterie à température ambiante (10° C à 30° C
(50° F à 86° F)).
Préparation de la station
Branchez l’adaptateur secteur (fourni avec AIBO ou en option) à la station.
Insérez le cordon dans l’encoche située sous la station. Le cordon sort à l’avant
ou à l’arrière de la station. Branchez le cordon sur la prise murale.

Vous pouvez charger une batterie de rechange en l’insérant dans la station.
Ouvrez le couvercle de la station. Puis insérez la batterie dans
l’emplacement réservée à la batterie de rechange avec la partie
torunee vers le panneau d’affichage, puis fermez le couvercle.

Le témoin SUB BATT s’affiche. Les barres du
témoin SUB BATT indiquent le niveau de charge
de la batterie de rechange, comme suit :

appuyant sur la touche MODE, l’icône AIBO clignote pendant plusieurs
secondes.
• Lorsque le couvercle de la station est fermé, le panneau d’affichage s’allume
pendant environ 10 secondes à chaque fois que vous appuyez sur la touche
MODE. Lorsque le couvercle de la station est ouvert, le panneau d’affichage
s’allume pendant environ une minute à chaque fois que vous appuyez sur la
touche MODE.

Effectuer différents réglages
Lorsqu’AIBO est sur la station, vous pouvez définir différents éléments
comme l’heure et le volume de la tonalité musicale.
Réglage du fuseau horaire
En réglant le fuseau horaire, vous spécifiez la différence en heures, entre
l’heure locale et l’heure UTC (Universal Time Coordinated). Cette différence
est exprimée en nombre entier compris entre–12 et +12. Par exemple, le fuseau
horaire de Hawaï est –10. Pour plus d’informations sur les fuseaux horaires du
monde, consultez le “Tableau des fuseaux horaires”, pages 26 et 27.

et de l’heure.
1 Placez AIBO sur la station et ouvrez le couvercle de la station
(page 16).
2 Appuyez à plusieurs reprises sur la touche MODE, afin d’afficher
le format d’affichage actuel.

Remarques
• Les formats de la date et de l’heure reprennent leur format par défaut lorsque la
station est débranchée de la prise murale. Réglez à nouveau les formats lorsque
vous branchez la station à une prise murale.
• Le paramétrage par défaut du format de la date est l’année, le mois, le jour. Le
paramétrage par défaut pour le format horaire est basé sur 12 heures.
Réglage du niveau sonore des tonalités
musicales d’AIBO
1 Placez AIBO sur la station et ouvrez le couvercle de la station
(page 16).
2 Appuyez à plusieurs reprises sur la touche MODE, jusqu’à ce que
l’indication du niveau sonore s’affiche.
3 Appuyez sur la touche SET pour définir le niveau du volume.
Le réglage du niveau sonore actuel se met à clignoter.

4 Modifiez le niveau sonore à l’aide des touches +/–. Appuyez ensuite
sur la touche MODE.
La configuration est enregistrée et l’indication du niveau de volume réapparaît.
Vous disposez de quatre niveaux de réglage pour le niveau sonore. Si vous
sélectionnez “0,” les tonalités musicales d’AIBO sont inaudibles.
Remarques
• Appuyez sur la touche SET pour annuler le réglage. Les réglages actuels sont de
nouveau affichés.
• Il est impossible d’effectuer les réglages lorsqu’AIBO ne se trouve pas sur la
station. Si vous tentez d’effectuer un réglage dans cette situation, l’icône AIBO
clignote pendant plusieurs secondes.
• Lorsque le couvercle est ouvert, l’éclairage de l’affichage s’allume pendant une
minute, chaque fois que vous appuyez sur une touche.
• Si vous fermez le couvercle de la station pendant que vous effectuez un réglage,
celui-ci est annulé et la date ainsi que l’heure actuelles ou l’indication du niveau
sonore s’affichent à nouveau.

Manipulation de la station de charge
• Lorsqu’AIBO se trouve sur la station, ne placez aucun objet susceptible
d’entraver ses mouvements à proximité de celle-ci.
• Ne touchez pas la borne de charge directement avec vos mains. Ceci pourrait
souiller la borne et entraîner des faux contacts.
• Insérez uniquement une batterie spécifiée pour AIBO dans le logement pour
la batterie de rechange.
• N’appuyez pas sur la station avec vos mains ou vos coudes.
• Ne faites pas tomber la station et ne la secouez pas. Ceci pourrait
l’endommager.
• Ne laissez pas la station dans des endroits très chauds comme une voiture
garée au soleil. Ceci pourrait la déformer ou l’endommager.
• Faites en sorte que la station ne soit pas mouillée.

avec AIBO, référez-vous au mode d’emploi fourni avec AIBO.
A propos du nettoyage
• Nettoyez la station avec un chiffon doux sec.
• N’utilisez pas de solvants volatils susceptibles d’endommager le revêtement
de surface de la station.

Funktionen und Merkmale der
Energiestation
Die Energiestation ERA-210P1 (im Folgenden einfach “Station” genannt) ist
eine dedizierte Ladestation für AIBO ERS-210. Mit der Energiestation können
Sie:
• Den Akku in AIBO laden, während AIBO auf der Station sitzt.
• Einen Ersatzakku laden, während gleichzeitig der Akku in AIBO geladen
wird.
• Über das Display eine Reihe von Einstellungen an AIBO vornehmen, ohne
dass Sie dazu AIBOs Körperteile abnehmen müssen.
• Dank einer Hintergrundbeleuchtung im Display auch bei Dunkelheit den
Ladezustand des Akkus oder die aktuelle Zeit ablesen.
Hinweise
• Die Energiestation ERA-210P1 ist ein spezielles Akkuladegerät für den Lithium-
Ionen-Akku ERA-201B1. Verwenden Sie diese Station nicht zum Laden anderer
Akkus. Schlagen Sie dazu bitte in den mit dem Lithium-Ionen-Akku gelieferten
Anweisungen nach.
• Die Energiestation ERA-210P1 kann ausschließlich mit Systemen der Serie
ERS-210 verwendet werden. Sie darf nur über das Netzteil ERA-201P1 mit
Strom versorgt werden und nur zum Laden von AIBO ERS-210 und/oder dem

Laden des Akkus in AIBO
Um den Akku in AIBOs Innerem aufzuladen, setzen Sie AIBO einfach auf
die Station. Es empfiehlt sich, den Akku bei Zimmertemperatur (10 °C bis
30 °C) aufzuladen.
Vorbereiten der Station
Verbinden Sie das Netzteil (mit AIBO geliefert oder zusätzlich erhältlich)
mit der Station. Setzen Sie das Kabel in die Kerbe an der Unterseite der
Station ein. Sie können das Kabel zur Vorderseite oder zur Rückseite der
Station führen. Stecken Sie das Netzkabel in eine Netzsteckdose.

Hinweis
Wenn alle Balken zur Anzeige des Ladezustands gleichzeitig blinken, so wird der
Akku nicht ordnungsgemäß geladen. Überprüfen Sie in diesem Fall, ob der Akku
korrekt eingesetzt ist. Wenn die Balken noch immer blinken, ist möglicherweise
der Akku defekt. Beenden Sie sofort den Ladevorgang und wenden Sie sich an den
Händler, bei dem Sie den Akku erworben haben, oder an die AIBO-Kundendienst-
Hotline.

Laden eines Ersatzakkus
Sie können einen Ersatzakku laden, indem Sie diesen in die Station
einsetzen.
Öffnen Sie die Abdeckung der Station. Setzen Sie dann den Akku in
den Einschub für den Ersatzakku ein, und zwar so, dass die Seite mit
der Beschriftung auf Sie weist, und schließen Sie die Abdeckung.

Hinweise
• Lassen Sie den geladenen Akku nicht in der Station. Andernfalls können der
Akku und die Station beschädigt werden.
• Wenn alle Balken zur Anzeige des Ladezustands gleichzeitig blinken, so wird
der Akku nicht ordnungsgemäß geladen. Überprüfen Sie in diesem Fall, ob der
Akku korrekt eingesetzt ist. Wenn die Balken noch immer blinken, ist
möglicherweise der Akku defekt. Beenden Sie sofort den Ladevorgang und
wenden Sie sich an den Händler, bei dem Sie den Akku erworben haben, oder an

Taste MODE seine Einstellungen anzeigen lassen.

• Im Display erscheint keine Anzeige, wenn AIBO nicht auf der Station sitzt.
Wenn Sie in diesem Fall versuchen, mit der Taste MODE zwischen den
angezeigten Informationen zu wechseln, blinkt das AIBO-Symbol mehrere
Sekunden lang.
• Wenn die Abdeckung der Station geschlossen ist, leuchtet das Display jedes Mal
etwa 10 Sekunden lang auf, wenn Sie die Taste MODE drücken. Wenn die
Abdeckung der Station offen ist, leuchtet das Display jedes Mal etwa eine
Minute lang auf, wenn Sie die Taste MODE drücken.

Vornehmen verschiedener
Einstellungen
Wenn AIBO auf der Station sitzt, können Sie verschiedene Einstellungen
vornehmen, zum Beispiel die Uhrzeit oder den Lautstärkepegel von AIBOs
Lautäußerungen.
Einstellen der Zeitzone
Durch die Einstellung der Zeitzone geben Sie den Zeitunterschied (in Stunden)
zwischen Ihrem aktuellen Aufenthaltsort und der Weltzeit (Greenwich-Zeit,
Universal Time Coordinated = UTC) an. Dieser Unterschied wird als ganze
Zahl zwischen –12 und +12 ausgedrückt. Die Zeitzone für Hawaii wird zum
Beispiel als –10 angegeben. Eine Auflistung der Zeitzonen der Welt finden Sie
unter “Tabelle der Zeitzonen” auf Seite 26 und Seite 27.

Bei der Zeitzonenfunktion wird die Sommerzeit nicht berücksichtigt.
Einstellen von Datum und Uhrzeit
1 Setzen Sie AIBO auf die Station und öffnen Sie die Abdeckung der
Station (Seite 16).

Einstellen des Anzeigeformats von Datum
und Uhrzeit
Mit den unten angegebenen Schritten können Sie einstellen, in welchem
Format Datum und Uhrzeit angezeigt werden sollen.

Hinweise
• Datum- und Uhrzeitformate werden auf die Standardeinstellungen
zurückgesetzt, wenn Sie die Station von der Netzsteckdose trennen. Sie müssen
diese Formate also erneut einstellen, wenn Sie die Station wieder mit einer
Netzsteckdose verbinden.
• Die Standardeinstellung für das Datumsformat lautet “Jahr, Monat, Tag”. Die
Standardeinstellung für das Uhrzeitformat ist das 12-Stunden-Format.

4 Ändern Sie mit den Tasten +/– den Lautstärkepegel. Drücken Sie
dann die Taste MODE.
Damit haben Sie die Einstellung vorgenommen und der Lautstärkepegel wird
wieder angezeigt.
Hinweise
• Um eine Einstellung zu verwerfen, drücken Sie die Taste SET. Die aktuellen
Einstellungen werden daraufhin wieder angezeigt.
• Sie können die Einstellungen nur vornehmen, wenn AIBO auf der Station sitzt.
Wenn AIBO nicht auf der Station sitzt und Sie etwas einzustellen versuchen,
blinkt das AIBO-Symbol mehrere Sekunden lang.
• Wenn die Abdeckung der Station offen ist, schaltet sich die
Hintergrundbeleuchtung des Displays jedes Mal für etwa eine Minute ein, wenn
Sie eine Taste drücken.
• Wenn Sie die Abdeckung der Station schließen, während Sie eine Einstellung
vornehmen, wird die Einstellung nicht gespeichert. Statt dessen gilt weiterhin
die aktuelle Einstellung für Datum, Uhrzeit oder Lautstärkepegel.

Umgang mit der Energiestation
• Wenn AIBO auf der Station sitzt, achten Sie darauf, dass keine Gegenstände
in seiner Nähe ihn in seinen Bewegungen behindern.
• Berühren Sie den Ladekontakt nicht mit der Hand. Andernfalls könnte der
Kontakt verschmutzt werden, was zu einer Beeinträchtigung der Verbindung
führt.
• Setzen Sie ausschließlich einen Akku, der für AIBO gedacht ist, in den
Einschub für den Ersatzakku ein.
• Drücken Sie mit der Hand oder dem Ellenbogen nicht zu fest auf die Station.
• Lassen Sie die Station nicht fallen und schütteln Sie sie nicht. Andernfalls
könnte sie beschädigt werden.
• Setzen Sie die Station keinen sehr hohen Temperaturen aus, wie sie zum
Beispiel in einem in der Sonne geparkten Auto entstehen können.
Andernfalls könnte sie sich verformen oder anderweitig beschädigt werden.
• Schützen Sie die Station vor Feuchtigkeit.
• Erläuterungen zu dem Akku und dem Netzteil, die mit AIBO geliefert
werden, finden Sie in der Bedienungsanleitung zu AIBO.
Reinigung
• Reinigen Sie die Station mit einem trockenen, weichen Tuch.
• Verwenden Sie keine flüchtigen Lösungsmittel. Diese könnten die
Oberfläche der Station angreifen.

Sollte eine der folgenden Störungen auftreten, versuchen Sie, diese anhand
der folgenden Checkliste zu beheben. Sollte sich das Problem auf diese
Weise nicht lösen lassen, wenden Sie sich bitte an die AIBO-
Kundendienst-Hotline (Seite 4).
