Introducing Tempo’s Newest Gas Walker Fueler / Defueler Line!

The ultimate for safely handling explosive fuels and hazardous solvents.

For over 30 years, Tempo portable fuel / solvent transfer systems have set the quality standard for safe,

efficient handling of fuels and certain shop solvents. Our tankers are designed to minimize the risks associated

with repair operations on fuel tanks, fuel gauges and a variety of other fuel system procedures. They offer safer

storage by reducing fumes, plus several grounding devices safely dissipate electrical static discharge.

Tempo tankers meet or exceed all current OSHA safety regulations that apply to these fuels and solvents,

and are fully approved by Factory Mutual, as well as accepted by major automotive manufacturers and their

insurance carriers.

There is a Tempo tanker to fit your needs, with 30 gallon and 100 gallon capacities available. And, you can

choose between economical hand operated tankers that pump at a rate of 7 gallons per minute, or the

efficient air operated systems that pump a higher volume at 10 gallons per minute. The air operated models

effectively reduce operator fatigue and time required to do the job… which means reduced labor costs and a

better bottom line for you.

When it comes to fuel and solvent handling, don’t settle for less than the finest.

Tempo portable fuel / solvent transfer systems offer maximum safety and convenience features:

• Directional fuel flow system- A single 4-way valve controls all functions without the need for

separate check and shut-off valves.

• Filtration protection- Spin-on filter removes 98.8% of emulsified water & foreign particles.

The filter is an integral component of our directional control valve filtering fuel when

pumping from a vehicle into a tanker.

• Factory Mutual Approved- Fully complies with all OSHA requirements

Air Conversion Units

Tempo air conversion units transfer fuel / solvents

at a higher 10 gallon per minute pumping rate

than conventional hand pumps. They run on shop

air, and will adapt to any of Tempo’s 30 or 100

gallon tankers. These units feature air regulators

and gauge for precise pressure, and can easily be

installed in approximately 30 minutes.

Ultra tanks have improved with 90° fuel withdrawal gauge assembly that

rotates 360° to reduce fuel line kinks and a direct sight fuel gauge with

glass lens for years of clear viewing. Seamless, one-piece polyethylene

construction, manually vented fill cap, and advanced styling make

these perfect tanks for storage in transom well or in other small

areas. When the gauge registers empty, simply tilt the tank and

the reserve fuel supply becomes available. The large 3/8" I.D.

Each fuel tank is equipped with our state-of-the-art electrical

sending unit that is compatible with 35-240 ohm industry

standard dash mounted gauges. Vent boss is barbed to provide

a secure hose fit. A female, 1/4" NPT 90° withdrawal rotates

360° to aid during installation of fuel hose. It is recommended

that 3% to 5% expansion areas be allotted in all directions when

installing tank.

Tempo’s three way valves are made of forged brass,

Tempo’s teflon tape is ideal for all male threaded fittings. It seals any

difference on thread surfaces, protecting against leaks. It acts as a

lubricator during tightening of the fitting. Safe on

Motor Color Lacquers

Tempo motor colors are made from the finest acrylic lacquer resin

for a brilliant, long-lasting finish. Easy to use motor color aerosols are

the industry standard and deliver professional results every time.

Popular domestic and import outboard and I/O colors, accurately

matched to the original manufacturers’ standards. The most complete

selection of factory matched colors offered.

Tempo’s clear depth coat lacquer will enhance the

color and depth of all lacquer painted surfaces. Many

original equipment manufacturers are now using a

clear coat as the “final touch” to their factory finishes.

Tempo’s clear depth coat has been specifically

formulated with U.V. inhibitors. It will increase luster

and depth plus protect against harsh marine

elements. A fresh application of clear depth coat will

renew older finishes. Reapplication any time will

return it to its original luster.

Easy to use Tempo engine enamel quickly dries to an extremely

rugged, high heat-resistant finish. Repeated exposure to engine

heat, up to 500° F., will fuse the enamel to the surface to increase

bonding strength. Fully resistant to oil and gasoline, it will not weak-

en, crack, lift or peel and can be recoated at any time. Color choices

are exact matches to original enamel manufacturer’s standards.
