TDS 600C Features
Most TDS 600B information in the TDS 500D, TDS 600B, & TDS 700D
Digitizing Oscilloscopes User manual is valid for the TDS 654C, TDS 680C,
and TDS 684C oscilloscope models. This supplement lists the differences
between the TDS 600C and the TDS 600B models.
Key Features
Except for the differences outlined in this manual, the TDS 600C is identical to a
TDS 600B. Most of the information in your user manual (and other TDS
documentation) that applies to the TDS 600B also applies to the TDS 600C.
Table 1 lists the key features of the oscilloscope models. The pages that follow
list the new TDS 600C features.

Two plus Two channel operation allows two of four channels to be displayed simultaneously. Channels not displayed can
be used to couple a triggering signal to the oscilloscope.

Display Histograms
Select an Application
The TDS 600C can display histograms as described in the TDS 500D, TDS 600B
& TDS 700D Digitizing Oscilloscopes User Manual.
The TDS 600C can select and load Java-based applications in the APPLICA-
TION menu as described in the TDS 500D, TDS 600B & TDS 700D Digitizing
Oscilloscopes User Manual. Then you can control the application using the
APPLICATION menus.

TDS 600C Features
Option HD
If your TDS 600C contains the optional hard disk, you can use it to save and
recall waveforms, setups, and hard copies as described in the TDS 500D,
TDS 600B & TDS 700D Digitizing Oscilloscopes User Manual. With this
option, you can also run Java-based application programs.
Iomega Zip Drive Support
The TDS 600C is compatible with Iomega 100 Mbyte Zip drives as described in
the TDS 500D, TDS 600B & TDS 700D Digitizing Oscilloscopes User Manual.
Display Measurement
Statistics
The TDS 600C can display statistics about a measurement as described in the
TDS 500D, TDS 600B & TDS 700D Digitizing Oscilloscopes User Manual.
Take Optical
Measurements
The TDS 600C can take Extinction Ratio, Extinction Percent, Extinction dB, and
Mean dBm measurements as described in the TDS 500D, TDS 600B &
TDS 700D Digitizing Oscilloscopes User Manual.
The TDS 600C can set External Attenuation as described in the TDS 500D,
TDS 600B & TDS 700D Digitizing Oscilloscopes User Manual.

Le TDS 600C permet la sélection et le chargement d’applications Java dans le

Option HD (disque dur)
Si votre TDS 600C est équipé du disque dur disponible en option, vous pouvez

Lecteur de disquettes Zip
Iomega
Le TDS 600C est compatible avec le lecteur de disquettes Zip Iomega de

Die meisten Informationen zum Modell TDS 600B im Benutzerhandbuch TDS 500D,
TDS 600B, & TDS 700D Digitaloszilloskope gelten auch für die Oszilloskopmodelle
TDS 654C, TDS 680C und TDS 684C. In diesem Zusatz werden die Unterschiede
zwischen den Modellen TDS 600C und TDS 600B beschrieben.
Wichtige Funktionen
Außer den hier beschriebenen Unterschieden entspricht das Oszilloskop TDS 600C dem
Modell TDS 600B. Die meisten Informationen Ihres Benutzerhandbuchs (und anderer
TDS-Dokumentationen), die auf das Modell TDS 600B zutreffen, gelten auch für das
Modell TDS 600C.

Tastkopfkalibrierung
Verwenden Sie beim Modell TDS 600C dieselbe Vorgehensweise zur Kalibrier-

TDS 500 D/ TDS 600B/ TDS700 D シリーズ デジタル・オシロスコープのユーザ･マ
ニュアルに記載されている TDS 600B シリーズに関する説明は、TDS 654C 型、TDS
680C 型、および TDS 684C 型にも適用できます。この補足資料では、TDS 600C シ
リーズと TDS 600B シリーズの相違点について説明します。
主要機能
TDS 600C シリーズと TDS 600B シリーズの機能の違いは、この補足資料に記されて
います。その他の機能はまったく同じですので、お手持ちのユーザ･マニュアル（そ
の他のマニュアル類）で説明されている内容のほとんどは、TDS 600C シリーズに
も適用できます。
オシロスコープの機種ごとの主要機能を表 1 に示します。表に引き続いて、TDS
