Overview
™
myPower FM—the FM transmitter designed specifically for use with
myPower for iPod—lets you play your iPod music on any FM radio.
Designed for life on the go, myPower FM can be used at home, in your
office, or in your car.
myPower FM simply snaps on to myPower for iPod. Once myPower FM is
connected, just tune to any of the seven pre-set channels to listen to music
from iPod directly on your FM radio or stereo.
myPower FM must be attached to myPower for iPod, which is made for
iPod (3rd, 4th, 5th generation), iPod mini, and iPod photo.
Connecting myPower FM
myPower FM simply snaps on to the bottom of myPower for iPod. As myPower FM draws minimal
power from myPower for iPod, there is no need to charge myPower FM. However, the connected
myPower for iPod must be charged.
To connect myPower FM:

myPower FM will play your iPod music on an FM radio or stereo within 15 feet of the iPod. You must
first select the channel on myPower FM, and then select the same channel on your FM radio. The seven
pre-set channels available on myPower FM are CH1, CH2, 88.1, 88.3, 88.5, 88.7, and 88.9. CH1 and CH2
are market-dependent channels. The default channels for these two selections are 87.7 (CH1) and 87.9
(CH2). The last channel in the bottom row is not used.
To play iPod music on your FM radio:
1. When myPower FM is first connected to myPower for iPod, the
unit will be set to CH1 (87.7), the default FM channel.
