7. Remove, if present, the rubber protection band
which can be found at the edge of the hole.
(Don‘t throw this rubber away, but keep it)
8. Remove the fastening braces.
(Don‘t throw these braces away, but keep them)
9. Moisten a cloth with an alcohol solution or an other
degreasing solution and clean the edge on the roof all
around. Don‘t spray, in case you damage the interior
10. Place the TopCooling on the roof of the cab and
guide it through the hole in the roof.
Note: Do this always with two persons to avoid
any damage

13. If necessary, make the holes of the panel bigger.

14. Make sure that the parts line up prior to fixing
anything permanently.
15. Place the fixing strips on the left and right side
and turn the nuts carefully without moving the system.
16. Fix the nuts by means of the deep socket
spanner. This has to be done evenly.
Don`t tighten too much this to avoid breaking the
system!
17. Screw the panel in using the pre-drilled holes.
18. Check that the rubber seal prevents water
ingress.
19. Lead the water supply hose and wire over the
back of the cab.

21. Fix the water supply hose and the wire with the
enclosed fixing materials on the back of the cab.
22. Fix the external tank according to the
additional manual.
23. Cut off the water supply hose at the correct length
(Don‘t cut the wire!!!)
24. If possible, lift up the cab according to the manual.
Take care that there are no loose objects in the cabin.
25. Lead the wire at the bottom of the cab to the
turning point (front side) and then over the cable bar
to the battery hood
Fix the wire with the enclosed ties.

Note: If the vehicle is supplied with an extra accessory
connecting point in the fuse box, the wire should be
connected on one of the free connecting points. These are
already supplied with fuse holders. A fuse must probably
be placed. The specifications of the fuse box can be found
in the description of the vehicle.

29. Connect the red wire on the +terminal of the
battery and the black wire on the – terminal of the
battery. Lay the cables neatly and close battery hood.
Return the cab to its original position.
