Object of the Game
Be t he player wit h t he most money at t he end of t he game.
Set up
• Place one of each coin (t ot aling 41¢ ) on "Money Bags" pict ured
at t he t op of t he board. This is t he pot .
• Each player chooses a game marker and places it on "St art ."
How to Play
• Roll t he die t o det ermine which player goes first .
• The first player rolls t he die and moves t hat number of spaces.
The amount shown on t he space indicat es t he amount of money
t he player "earns" for t hat t urn.
• Next , t he player spins t he arrow on t he board t o see which coins
he or she is allowed t o use t o make up t he amount earned. For
example, if t he spinner indicat es "no quart ers," t he player can use
any coins except quart ers.
• The player t hen t akes t he coins from t he bank equaling t he
amount he or she earned and places it in front of him or her.
Spinner Spaces
• If t he player spins "Money Bags," he or she t akes t he amount
earned from t he bank using any coins. However, inst ead of keeping
t he money, he or she must put it in t he "Money Bags" pot on t he
board.
Special Spaces on the Board
• $ Space – When a player lands on a $ space, he or she t akes all
t he coins from t he "Money Bags" pot . Replenish t he pot wit h
anot her 41¢ from t he bank.

• Bank Exchange Space – When a player lands on a blue Bank
Exchange space, a player may exchange coins of lesser value for a
coin(s) of great er value (or dollar bill) from t he bank. For example, a
player can exchange 2 dimes and 1 nickel for 1 quart er. If a player can
make an exchange, he or she t akes 10¢ "int erest " from t he bank.
If a player cannot make an exchange, he or she does not t ake 10¢
int erest and it is t he next player's t urn. (Not e: if t he bank runs of a
part icular coin, ask all players t o make an exchange by t urning in t he
coin(s) needed. No “int erest ” is earned for t his exchange.)
How to Win
The game is over when one player reaches t he finish space. That player
t akes t he "Money Bags" pot and adds it t o his or her earnings. Each
player count s his or her money. The player wit h t he most money wins!
