10. Use the right Dust Collector for the job. Do not attempt to force a small
Dust Collector to adapt to a larger industrial Dust Collector. There are certain
applications for which this Dust Collector was designed. Do not modify this
Dust Collector and do not use this Dust Collector for a purpose for which it
was not intended.
11. Stay alert. Watch what you are doing; use common sense. Do not use Dust
Collector when you are tired.
12. Check for damaged parts. Before using Dust Colector, any part that
appears damaged should be carefully checked to determine that it will
operate properly and perform its intended function. Any part that is damaged
should be properly repaired or replaced by a qualified technician.
13. Replacement parts and accessories. When servicing, use only identical
replacement parts. Use of any other parts will void the warranty.
14. Do not operate Dust Collector if under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Read warning labels on prescriptions to determine if your judgment or
reflexes are impaired while taking drugs. If there is any doubt, do not use the
Dust Colector.
15. Take caution as some woods contain preservatives such as copper
chromium arsenate (CCA) which can be toxic. When using these
materials extra care should be taken to avoid inhalation and minimize skin
contact.
16. Maintenance. For your safety, maintenance should be performed regularly
by a qualified technician.
Warning: The warnings, cautions, and instructions discussed in this instruc-
tion manual cannot cover all possible conditions and situations that may oc-
cur. It must be understood by the operator that common sense and caution
are factors which cannot be built into this product, but must be supplied by
the operator.

Assembly
Note: This Dust Collector fits perfectly on Harbor Freight Tool’s Universal Tool
Stand, Sku# 7769. It may fit on other 10” Table Saw or Scroll Saw metal stands.
1. To fit onto tool stand, line up the snaps on the collector bag with base of your
tool stand. Make a mark for each driled hole directly above each snap, all the
way around the stand. If you wish, you can measure the distance between the
snaps and lay out the marks accordingly.
2. Match a drill bit to the end of the snap receptor with the phillips head, to deter-
mine the correct hole size.
Note: Before you drill the holes into the tool stand base, it is recommended that
you drill into a piece of scrap or practice material to test the size of the drill hole.
3. Screw the 12 phillips head screws (attached to the snap receptacles) into the
drilled holes. The philips head end should snug into the inside base of the stand
firmly enough for continual snapping and unsnapping as you empty the bag.
Make sure the snap receptacle end faces outside and the philips end inside.
4. Snap on bag by hand. Never hammer on snaps, they will break.
Operation
1. Before operation check to see that all of the snaps are firmly fastened.
2. Begin operation and work while periodically checking the bag. Do not let the
bag become more than two thirds full. A full bag causes too much stress on the
snaps.
3. Put on goggles and dust mask to empty bag.
Maintenance
1. Check snap receptacles and make sure they are firmly in place.
2. Check bag for tears.
Note: No replacement parts are available for the Dust Collectior System.
