Choose a mounting location suitable to support
the full weight of the system when operating
Replace CG5-20 Carbon Block cartridge
whenever its capacity is reached (12,000 gal.) or
when it becomes excessively dirty (observed
visually or by flow restriction)
For commercial steam applications
For use with foodservice steamer and combi-oven
applications
Use minimum 1/2" O.D. Tubing, or equivalent,
from the outlet of the filtration unit to the
steamer/combi-oven
Change SS-10 Scalestick Cartridge before
HydroblendTM Compound is completely used
up
Use the water form the SC Series unit only on
steamer/combi-oven feed and make-up water.
Always flush filter cartridge at time of installation
and cartridge change
Do not use to treat condensate cooling water
Install vertically with cartridges hanging down
Prior to connecting the SC series system outlet to
the steamer, run water through the unit and water
lines to purge air, particles and debris.
