Our hoods come in two heights to accommodate any kitchen design.

s The Epicure® 54" Wall Hood comes in 18” height only.

Our dual inlet blower draws air from two large inlet areas for optimum air movement.
s 42”, 36”, 30” models, blower is rated at 600 CFM
s 54” and 48” are rated at 1200 CFM (uses 2 blowers)

Once the ambient temperature reaches 140 the blower will automatically turn
on to the lowest speed. As the temperature climbs it will increase speed, when it
o
reaches 160 it will automatically increase to level 2 speed and when the
o
temperature rises to 180 , the fan speed will jump to level 4 speed.
Auto-ON Temperature Sensor
s It self-regulates and reduces fan speed as the temperature cools.
s If the fan is manually turned off, the temperature sensor will override this function
and continue to run until it is cool enough to ensure the protection of the unit’s
electronics.
s Higher cleanability! Higher durability!
s Our new filter design has a latch release for easier removal. The new anodized
finish and mesh design makes for easier clean-up and a more durable construction.

New Filter Construction
With the touch of a button the delay timer turns hood lights and fan off after
10 minutes. The fan will stay until temperature sensor is reading a temperature

Delay Timer
of 130 or lower. The lights will go out but the fan will keep working until it
reaches a lower temperature.
A red LED will illuminate after 50 hours of accumulated blower ON time. Indicator
will remain on until manually turned off.
