the.XLC3.1,.you.must.register.it.to.a.XLC3.4.telephone.

•. Verify.the.AC.Adapter.is.securely.plugged.into.AC.outlet,.the.

. base.and.the.telephone.

•. Make.sure.the.battery.has.been.placed.in.the.battery..
