WHAT TO DO WHEN SERVICE IS NEEDED  
STEP 1. Package the product and relevant accessories carefully, using ample padding materials and a sturdy  
mailing container to prevent damage in transit.  
STEP 2. Include in package:  
a) Evidence of date and place of original purchase (for example, a copy of your sales receipt).  
b) Detailed description of your problem.  
c) When possible, a sample evidencing the problem.

Mounting and Dismounting  
1. Mount the TELE CONVERTER onto the back of the lens ꢀrst. To mount the TELE CONVERTER,  
align the red mark on the front side of the TELE CONVERTER with the lens’s red dot, then turn the  
TELE CONVERTER clockwise or counterclockwise (NIKON) until it stops.  
2. To mount the TELE CONVERTER with the lens onto the camera, align the red mark on the rear  
side of the TELE CONVERTER with the camera’s red dot and turn the TELE CONVERTER clockwise  
or counterclockwise (NIKON) until it stops.  
3. To dismount the TELE CONVERTER with lens from the camera, turn the TELE CONVERTER  
clockwise (NIKON) or counterclockwise while pushing down the lens release button on the  
camera.  
4. To dismount the lens from the TELE CONVERTER, turn the lens clockwise (NIKON) or counter-  
clockwise while pushing down the lens release button of the TELE CONVERTER.

AF Compatibility  
Check the maximum aperture (F Value) of your prime lens to ensure that the TELE CONVERTER  
will operate in AF mode. If the lens is slower than the required F value (as speciꢀed below), the  
lens/ TELE CONVERTER combination will operate in the MF mode.  
For Nikon:  
This converter can be used with AF lens and AF-S lens both.  
For Canon:  
This converter can not be attached to FF-S lens of CANON EOS.  
For SONY-Alpha:  
For SSM lens (built in motor lens) of SONY-a, use in MF mode.  
For PENTAX:  
For SDM lens (built in motor lens) of PENTAX, use in MF mode.
