No sound is produced or sound is distorted when Connection cables are not firmly plugged in or not contacted well.
connected to a TV, an amplifier, etc
Connection plugs or jacks are dirty.
Audio cables are not properly connected.
Audio digital output is connected to a non-compatible AV amplifier, etc.
Incorrect DTS setting.
Bad play quality
The temperature of the player can hoist a little
when the player plays back
The player is set to AV OUT but there are other AV signal inputs from AV jack.
This is normal.
Note:
The player may stop operation properly due to static electricity or other external influences. In this case, usually solve the problem by unplugging the power
cord and then plugging it in again. If still can not solve it, consult with the nearest service centre.
Liquid crystal display
A few picture elements may be black or a particular color displayed on the LCD screen. This is normal.
