Your Maxx Air fan is shipped fully assembled. Enjoy the power-
ful, cooling breeze that the fan will provide for virtually any in-
door application. There are no additional spare parts shipped
with this item.
Specifications
Totally enclosed motor meets NEC 547-7 (2008) requirements
for use in Agricultural Areas. 110-120 Volt A/C polarized
grounded plug. Do not remove grounding conductor from lug or
use with an extension cord.
Warning
To reduce the risk of fire or electric shock, do not use with any
solid state speed control device. This fan motor is equipped with
an automatic reset overload device. The fan may start unexpect-
edly. Do not put any object through the grills into the blade
or motor. This fan is designed for indoor use only. Do not ex-
pose to the elements or allow to become wet. Do not use to
exhaust hazardous chemicals or vapors. Unplug unit for storage,
when not in use or moving locations.
Operating Instructions
1. Plug cord into a properly grounded receptacle.
2. Pull the chain to cycle the fan through the 3 speeds, until the
desired speed is reached.
Installation
Minimum Attachment Requirements: 2x4 studding capable of
supporting at least 50 lbs.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Warning: Unplug the fan from electrical supply before
cleaning.
Use a 3/8” diameter x 2” long Lag Screw with flat washer (Not
Included). Attach the fan to the wall using the centermost hole in
the wall bracket with the above mentioned lag screw. Additional
screws can be used to stabilize the wall mount if needed, how-
ever, they are not required.
1. Use soft, damp cloth to clean fan. Remove any moisture
with a clean, dry cloth.
2. Do Not use any cleaning solution that is harmful to paint or
plastic.
3. Do Not bend blade when cleaning fan.
