5. Operations
Temperature Setting
It is recommended that you install the wine cooler in a place where the ambient
temperature is between (60- 80°F). If the ambient temperature is above or below
recommended temperatures, the performance of the unit may be affected. For example,
placing in extreme cold or hot conditions may cause interior temperature to fluctuate
thus the set temperature may not be achievable.
You can set the wine cooler temperature by pressing the “ ” and “ ” buttons on the
control panel.
Temperature settings for upper zone: 44ºF-66ºF (Left side control panel)
Temperature settings for lower zone: 50ºF-66ºF (Right side control panel)
Generally for red wines, the temperature range should be between 57ºF – 61ºF and for
white wines, the temperature range should be 50ºF - 54ºF. This is based on an ambient
room temperature of 77ºF.

You can turn on and off the interior light by pressing the “Light” button. The “Light”
button on the left side controls the upper zone light and the “Light” button on the right

cooler is not designed to operate without the leveling legs
Wine Racks
The individual wine racks have a slight difference between the top and a bottom of the
racking. If you are having trouble fitting the maximum number of bottles of wine in the
wine cooler, try flipping the wine racks over to accommodate the shape of the bottle.

Your wine cooler has a washable air filter over the air intake in the back. Periodically,
this air filter should be cleaned. Remove the air filter and gently wash it in a solution of
