To use ‘Caller ID’ (display caller), this service has to be activated on your phone line.
Normally you need a separate subscription from your telephone company to activate this
function.
If you don’t have the Caller ID function on your phone line, the incoming telephone
numbers will NOT be shown on the display of your telephone.

Safety Instructions
•
Only use the charger plug supplied. Do not use other chargers, as
this may damage the battery cells.
•
Only insert rechargeable batteries of the same type. Never use
ordinary, non-rechargeable batteries. Insert rechargeable batteries
so they connect to the right poles (indicated in the battery compart-
ment of the handset).
•
Do not touch the charger and plug contacts with sharp or metal
objects.
•

The operation of some medical devices may be affected.
The handset may cause an unpleasant buzzing sound in hearing
aids.
•
Do not place the basic unit in a damp room or at a distance of less
than 1.5 m away from a water source. Keep water away from the
handset.
•

Do not use the telephone in environments where there is a risk of
explosions.
Dispose of the batteries and maintain the telephone in an environ-
ment-friendly manner.
As this telephone cannot be used in case of a power cut, you should
use a mains-independent telephone for emergency calls, e.g. a
mobile phone.
Cleaning
Clean the telephone with a slightly damp cloth or with an anti-static
cloth. Never use cleaning agents or abrasive solvents.

• Plug one end of the phone cable into the phone unit and the
other end into the telephone line wall socket.
• Connect the small plug of the AC adaptor to the phone and the
other end of the adapter cable to the electric socket.

4. BATTERY EMPTY INDICATION
When the battery is empty, the handset no longer carries out opera-
tions. When a battery is completely empty and you have put the
handset on the base unit for a short period of time, the Battery sym-
bol will appear to be fully charged but this is actually not the case.
The battery capacity will decrease rapidly. We advise you to put the
handset on the base unit for the entire night so that it can be rechar-
ged thoroughly.

When you are in the middle of a conversation and the battery
is almost empty, the handset will emit a warning signal. Place
the handset on the base unit to charge.

5.6 Mute function
It is possible to deactivate the microphone during a conversa-
tion. Now you can speak openly without being heard by your
correspondent.

Press the Mute button
during a conversation. The
microphone will be deactivated. The MUTE symbol
appears on the display.

again when you want to
continue the conversation.
5.7 Setting the volume
During a conversation you can set the volume by pressing the
Volume button . You can set the volume alternatively in
Hi, Medium and Low.
5.8 Paging
When you press the Paging button
on the base unit, the
handset emits a ringing signal for 30 seconds. This signal
helps you find a lost handset. Press any key to stop the ring-
ing on a handset.
5.9 Out of range warning
When the handset is out of the working range of the base
unit during a conversation, the unit will emit a warning signal
to warn the user that he has to move closer towards the base
unit.
5.10 Flash button (R)
When you press the R button, also called flash or recall, the
unit generates a line interruption (of 100 ms or 250 ms). It
gives you the possibility to use the special services of your tele-
phone provider and/or to transfer calls when you have a tele-
phone exchange.

5.10.1 Setting the Flash time
Set the switch on the bottom of the base in the desired posi-
tion!
5.11 Setting the ring volume
Press the volume button
a few times in standby until the
desired handset ring volume is heard.
Remark: The Base ring volume cannot be set!
6. CALLER-ID FUNCTION (CLIP)
The Butler 2700 displays the telephone numbers of incoming
calls. This function is only possible if you are subscribed to a
telephone operator that provides this service. Contact your
telephone provider for more information. When you receive a
call, the numbers are saved in a Call list. This list can hold
10 telephone numbers (each of max. 10 digits). If the num-
ber is longer then 10 digits, only the last 10 digits are shown
and stored!
6.1 New calls
When you’ve received a new unanswered call, the CLIP sym-
bol
appears on the display.
6.2 Consulting the Call list
When you consult the Call list, you will notice that the list
always starts with the last call received.

7.1. Call transfer during an external call

During an external call, press the INT key.
The other handset will start to ring for 30 s. If the other
handset doesn’t take the call, the external call will be
switched back.

When the other handset takes the line you can talk
internally.
If you hang up, the external line will be connected with
the other handset.

Or press the INT key again to return to the external call.

Press the Line button
to end the call.
7.2. Internal call (intercom)
•
In standby press the INT key.
•
The other handset will start to ring 30s. You can stop the
ringing by pressing the INT key again.

8. TOPCOM WARRANTY
8.1. Warranty period
The Topcom units have a 24-month warranty period. The warranty
period starts on the day the new unit is purchased by the
consumer.
The warranty has to be proven by presentation of the original bill
or receipt, on which the date of purchase and the model of unit
are indicated.
8.2. Warranty handling
A faulty unit needs to be returned to a Topcom service centre
including a valid purchase note.
If the unit develops a fault during the warranty period, Topcom or
its officially appointed service centre will repair any defects caused
by material or manufacturing faults free of charge.
Topcom will at its discretion fulfil its warranty obligations by either
repairing or exchanging the faulty units or parts of the faulty units.
The initial purchase date shall determine the start of the warranty
period. The warranty period is not extended if the unit is
exchanged or repaired by Topcom or its appointed service centres.
8.3. Warranty exclusions
Damage or defects caused by incorrect treatment or operation and
damage resulting from use of non-original parts or accessories not
recommended by Topcom are not covered by the warranty.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by outside factors,
such as lightning, water and fire, nor any damage caused during
transportation.
No warranty can be claimed if the serial number on the units has
been changed, removed or rendered illegible.
Any warranty claims will be invalid if the unit has been repaired,
altered or modified by the buyer or by unqualified, non-officially
appointed Topcom service centres.

Veiligheidsvoorschriften
• Gebruik enkel de meegeleverde adapter. Geen vreemde
adapters gebruiken, de accucellen kunnen hierdoor
beschadigd worden.
• Gebruik enkel oplaadbare batterijen van hetzelfde type.
Gebruik nooit gewone, niet oplaadbare batterijen. Let bij
het plaatsen van de oplaadbare batterijen op de polariteit
(aangeduid in de batterijruimte van de handset).
• Raak de laad- en stekkercontacten niet aan met scherpe en
metalen voorwerpen.
• De werking van medische toestellen kan worden beïnvloed.
• De handset kan een onaangenaam gezoem veroorzaken in
hoorapparaten.
• Het basisstation niet opstellen in vochtige ruimten en niet
op minder dan 1,5 m van een waterbron. De handset niet
in aanraking brengen met water.
• De telefoon niet gebruiken in explosieve omgevingen.
• Ontdoe u op een milieuvriendelijke wijze van de batterijen
en de telefoon.
• Daar bij stroomuitval met dit toestel niet kan getelefoneerd
worden, in geval van nood een telefoon gebruiken die geen
netstroom nodig heeft bvb. een GSM.
Reinigen
Veeg de telefoon met een licht vochtig doek of met een anti-
statische doek af. Gebruik nooit reinigingsmiddelen of agres-
sieve oplosmiddelen.

3 INSTALLATIE

• Sluit de connector van het telefoonsnoer aan op het tele-
foontoestel en steek het andere uiteinde in de wandcon-
tactdoos van het telefoonnet.
• Steek de kleine stekker van de AC-adapter in het toestel en
het andere uiteinde in het stopcontact.
• Steek de 2 oplaadbare batterijen (AAA) in de batterijruimte
onderaan de handset.
Leg de handset op het basisstation. De rode Laad-indicator
zal branden.
Laad de handset gedurende 24 uur op alvorens de handset
voor het eerst te gebruiken. Om de levensduur van de batter-
ijen te verlengen, dient men de batterijen regelmatig volledig
te ontladen.
Zodra de handset een waarschuwingstoon laat horen of het
batterijpictogram

4 LEGE BATTERIJ-INDICATIE
Als de batterij leeg is, voert de handset geen operaties meer
uit. Als een batterij volledig leeg is en u hebt deze even op
de basis gelegd om op te laden, geeft het Batterijsymbool
aan dat de batterij weer helemaal opgeladen is. Dit is echter
niet het geval. De capaciteit zal snel dalen.
Het is aan te raden de handset gedurende een hele nacht op
de basis te leggen om grondig te kunnen opladen.

Tijdens een gesprek kan u het volume regelen met de

Als u op de Paging-toets van het basisstation drukt, begint
de handset gedurende 30 seconden te rinkelen. Deze beltoon
helpt u een
verloren handset terug te vinden. Druk op een willekeurige
toets om het rinkelen te stoppen.
5.9 Buiten Bereik-waarschuwing
Als de handset zich, tijdens een gesprek, buiten het bereik van
de basis bevindt, weerklinkt een kort waarschuwingssignaal
om de gebruiker te waarschuwen dat hij zich dichter naar de
basis moet begeven.
5.10 Flashtoets (R)
Als u drukt op de R-toets, ook wel flash of recall genoemd,
dan genereert het toestel een lijnonderbreking (aan 100 ms of
250 ms). Deze laat u toe gebruik te maken van speciale dien-

sten die door uw telefoonmaatschappij worden aangeboden
en/of gesprekken door te verbinden op een binnenhuiscen-
trale.
5.10.1 Flash-tijd instellen
Zet de schakelaar onderaan het basistoestel in de gewenste posi-
tie.
5.11 Belvolume instellen
• Druk in de standbymodus enkele keren op de Volumeknop
tot de beltoon het gewenste belvolume heeft.
Opmerking: het belvolume van het basistoestel kan niet worden
ingesteld!
6 NUMMERWEERGAVE (CLIP-CALLER ID)
De Butler 2700/2701 geeft het telefoonnummer weer bij
inkomende oproepen. Deze functie is echter enkel mogelijk
als deze dienst door uw telefoonmaatschappij wordt aange-
boden en als u op deze dienst geabonneerd bent. Neem hier-
voor contact op met uw telefoonmaatschappij. Als u een
oproep hebt ontvangen, worden de nummers bewaard in
een oproeplijst. In deze lijst kunnen 10 nummers (van elk
max. 10 digits) bewaard worden. Als het nummer meer dan
10 cijfers bevat, worden enkel de laatste 10 cijfers getoond
en opgeslagen!
6.1 Nieuwe oproepen.
Als u een nieuwe onbeantwoorde oproep hebt ontvangen,
verschijnt het Clip-symbool
op de display.
6.2 Raadplegen van de Oproeplijst
Bij het raadplegen van de oproeplijst, begint de lijst steeds
met de laatst binnengekomen oproep.

7.1 Oproepdoorschakeling tijdens een externe
oproep
• Druk op de INT-toets tijdens een externe oproep.
• De andere handset laat gedurende 30 sec. een beltoon
horen. Als de andere handset de oproep niet beantwoordt,
wordt de externe oproep teruggeschakeld.
- Als de andere handset de oproep beantwoordt, kunt u
een intern gesprek voeren. Zodra u de interne oproep
beëindigt, wordt de externe lijn doorverbonden met de
andere handset.
- Of druk nogmaals op de INT-toets om terug te keren naar
de externe oproep.
• Druk op de Lijn-toets
om de oproep te beëindigen.

7.2 Interne oproep (intercom)

8 DE GARANTIE VAN TOPCOM
8.1. Garantietermijn
Voor de toestellen van Topcom geldt een garantieperiode van 24
maanden. De garantieperiode start op de dag waarop het nieuwe
toestel wordt aangekocht door de gebruiker.
De garantie moet worden aangetoond door voorlegging van de
originele factuur of het originele kasticket, waarop de datum van
aankoop en het toesteltype moet worden vermeld.
8.2. Garantieprocedure
Het defecte toestel moet naar een Topcom-servicedienst worden
gebracht, samen met een geldig aankoopbewijs.
Als het toestel defect raakt tijdens de garantieperiode, zullen
Topcom of een officieel aangestelde servicedienst van Topcom het
toestel kostenloos herstellen als het materiaaldefecten of
productiefouten betreft.
Topcom zal naar eigen goeddunken zijn garantieverplichtingen
nakomen door defecte toestellen te herstellen of te vervangen of
door onderdelen van het defecte toestel te herstellen of te
vervangen.
De eerste datum van aankoop bepaalt het tijdstip waarop de
garantie een aanvang neemt. De garantieperiode wordt niet
verlengd als het toestel wordt vervangen of hersteld door Topcom
of een door Topcom aangeduid servicecentrum.

8.3. Garantiebeperkingen
De garantie is niet van toepassing bij schade of defecten die
veroorzaakt worden door een onjuiste behandeling of verkeerde
handelingen of door het gebruik of schade als gevolg van het
gebruik van niet-originele onderdelen of accessoires die niet door
Topcom worden aangevolen.
De garantie geldt niet voor schade die door externe factoren wordt
veroorzaakt, zoals bliksem, water en vuur, en evenmin voor
transportschade.
De garantie vervalt wanneer het serienummer op het toestel werd
gewijzigd, verwijderd of onleesbaar gemaakt.
De garantie vervalt wanneer het toestel wordt hersteld, gewijzigd
of aangepast door de koper of door servicecentra die niet officieel
door Topcom zijn erkend.

Consignes de sécurité
• Utilisez uniquement l’adaptateur fourni à la livraison. Ne pas
utiliser des adaptateurs étrangers, les cellules de charge pourraient
être endommagées.
• Installez uniquement des batteries rechargeables du même type.
N'utilisez en aucun cas des batteries normales non rechargeables.
Placez correctement les pôles des batteries rechargeables (comme
indiqué dans le compartiment à batteries du combiné).
• Ne touchez pas les contacts des chargeurs et des prises à l'aide
d'objets contendants et métalliques.
• Le fonctionnement des appareils médicaux peut être perturbé.
• Le combiné peut provoquer des grésillements désagréables dans
des écouteurs.
• Ne pas placer le poste de base dans une pièce humide ou à moins
de 1,5 m d'un point d'eau. Le combiné ne peut être en contact
avec l'eau.
• N'utilisez pas le téléphone dans un endroit où une explosion est
susceptible de se produire.
• Respectez les directives relatives à la mise en décharge et au
retraitement des batteries et du téléphone.

Raccordez le connecteur du fil téléphonique au téléphone
et enfoncez l'autre bout dans la boîte de contact murale
du réseau téléphonique.

Introduisez la petite fiche de l'adaptateur AC dans l'ap
pareil et branchez l'autre bout sur une prise.
Introduisez les 2 batteries AAA rechargeables dans le
compartiment à batterie en bas du combiné.
Déposez le combiné sur le poste de base. L'indicateur de
charge rouge s'allume.
Lors de la première utilisation il est recommandé de charger le
combiné pendant 24 heures. Pour prolonger la durée de vie
des batteries, celles-ci doivent être régulièrement épuisées
complètement. Dès que le combiné émet un signal d'aver-
tissement ou lorsque l’icône de la batterie est vide, il faut
le replacer sur le chargeur.

4 INDICATION BATTERIE EPUISÉE
Lorsque la batterie est épuisée, le combiné n'exécute plus
d'opérations. Lorsqu'une batterie est complètement épuisée et
que vous avez déposé le combiné un moment sur le poste de
base pour le recharger, le symbole Batterie indique que la bat-
terie est de nouveau complètement chargée. Ceci n'est cepen-
dant pas le cas. La capacité baissera rapidement. Il est conseil-
lé de laisser le combiné toute une nuit sur le poste de base
pour que la batterie soit complètement rechargée.

recall, l’appareil génère une rupture calibrée de la ligne (de

Le Butler 2700/2701 montre les numéros de téléphone quand
il reçoit des appels entrants. Cette fonction ne fonctionne
cependant que lorsque ce service est offert par votre compag-
nie de téléphonie et lorsque vous êtes abonné à ce service.
Prenez contact avec votre compagnie téléphonique.
Quand vous avez reçu un appel, l’appareil garde le numéro
dans une liste d’appels. L’appareil peut garder 10 numéros
(de 10 chiffres au maximum) dans la liste d’appels. Si le
numéro est plus long que 10 chiffres, seuls les 10 derniers
chiffres sont affichés et mis en mémoire!
6.1 Nouveaux appels
Quand vous avez reçu un nouvel resté sans réponse, le symbole
CLIP
apparaît à l’écran.
6.2 Consulter la liste d’appels
Quand on consulte la liste d’appels, la liste commence toujours
avec l’appel on a reçu dernièrement.

- Lorsque l’autre combiné prend la ligne, vous pouvez
communiquer entre les deux combinés. Si vous raccrochez, la
ligne externe sera connectée à l’autre combiné.

7.2 Appel interne (intercom)
• En mode stand-by, appuyez sur le bouton INT.
• L’autre combiné commencera à sonner pendant 30s. Il est
possible d’arrêter la sonnerie en appuyant de nouveau sur le
bouton INT.
• Si l’autre combiné répond à l’appel en appuyant sur le bouton
line, vous pouvez communiquer entre les deux combinés.
• Appuyez sur le bouton line pour mettre un terme à l’appel.
8. GARANTIE DE TOPCOM
8.1. Période de garantie
Les unités de Topcom jouissent d’une période de garantie de 24
mois. La période de garantie débute le jour de l’achat de la
nouvelle unité par le consommateur.
La garantie doit être prouvée par la présentation de la facture ou
du reçu original, sur lequel sont mentionnés la date de l’achat et le
type de l’unité.
8.2. Traitement de la garantie
L’unité défectueuse doit être retournée à un centre de service de
Topcom, accompagnée d’une preuve d’achat valable.
Si l’unité présente un défaut pendant la période de garantie,
Topcom ou son centre de service officiel réparera gratuitement
toute panne causée par des défauts matériels ou de fabrication.
Topcom assurera, à sa propre discrétion, ses obligations de garantie
en réparant ou en échangeant les unités ou les pièces
défectueuses.
La date du premier achat déterminera le début de la période de
garantie. La période de garantie n’est pas prolongée si l’unité a été
échangée ou réparée par Topcom ou par ses centres de service.

Les dégâts ou pannes causés par un mauvais traitement ou une
utilisation incorrecte et les dégâts résultant de l’utilisation de pièces
ou accessoires non originaux non recommandés par Topcom ne
sont pas couverts par la garantie.
La garantie ne couvre pas les dégâts causés par des facteurs
extérieurs, tels que les éclairs, l’eau et le feu ni les dégâts causés
par le transport.
Aucune garantie ne peut être réclamée si le numéro de série sur
les unités a été modifié, enlevé ou rendu illisible.
Toute demande de garantie sera nulle si l’unité a été réparée,
changée ou modifiée par l’acheteur ou par des centres de service
non qualifiés et non-officiels de Topcom.

Sicherheitshinweise
• Verwenden Sie nur das mitgelieferte Steckernetzgerät. Keine
fremden Adapter verwenden, die Akkuzellen können sonst
beschädigt werden.
• Legen Sie nur, aufladbare Akkus des gleichen Typs ein.
Verwenden Sie auf keinen Fall normale nicht aufladbare
Batterien.Wiederaufladbare Akkus richtig gepolt einlegen
(Hinweisschild ist in den Akkufächern des Mobilteils
angebracht).
• Berühren Sie nicht die Lade- und Steckerkontakte mit spitzen
oder metallischen Gegenständen.
• Medizinische Geräte können in ihrer Funktion beeinflusst wer-
den.
• Das Mobilteil kann in Hörgeräten einen unangenehmen
Brummton verursachen.
• Die Basisstation nicht in feuchten Räumen und nicht weniger als
1,5 m entfernt von einer Wasserstelle aufstellen. Das Mobilteil
nicht mit Wasser in Berührung bringen.
• Nutzen Sie das Telefon nicht in explosionsgefährdeten
Umgebungen.
• Entsorgen Sie Akkus und Telefon umweltgerecht.
• Da bei Stromausfall das Telefonieren mit diesem Gerät nicht
möglich ist, verwenden Sie bitte im Falle eines Notrufes ein
Telefon, dass Netzstrom unabhängig ist, also z.B. ein Handy.
Reinigen
Wischen Sie das Telefon mit einem leicht feuchtigen Tuch oder mit
einem Antistatiktuch ab. Niemals Reinigungsmittel oder gar
aggressive Lösungsmittel verwenden.

3. INSTALLATION
Telefonkabel
Stromkabel
Unterseite der Basisstation
• Stecken Sie einen Stecker der Telefonschnur an der
Basisstation ein. Den anderen Stecker stecken Sie in die
Telefonanschlussdose.
• Stecken Sie den kleinen Stecker des Netzadapters AC an
der Basisstation ein. Das Netzteil stecken Sie in eine
Steckdose.
• Legen Sie die 2 aufladbaren Batterien (AAA) in das
Batteriefach an der Unterseite des Mobilteils.
Legen Sie das Mobilteil in die Basisstation. Die rote
Ladeanzeige leuchtet. Laden Sie das Mobilteil 24 Stunden
auf, bevor Sie es in Betrieb nehmen.
Die Batterien haben eine längere Lebensdauer, wenn Sie in
regelmäßigen Abständen vollständig entladen werden. Sobald
das Mobilteil einen Warnton abgibt oder wenn das Batterie
Symbol leer ist, müssen Sie es wieder in die Ladeschale
legen.

4. BATTERIE LEER-ANZEIGE
Wenn die Batterien leer sind, ist das Mobilteil nicht mehr
aktiv. Wenn die Batterien völlig leer sind und Sie das Mobilteil
nur kurz zum Laden auf die Basisstation legen, zeigt die
Ladezustandsanzeige wieder vollständig aufgeladene
Batterien an. Dies ist jedoch nicht der Fall. Die Kapazität wird
schnell sinken. Wir empfehlen, das Mobilteil eine Nacht auf
der Basisstation aufzuladen.

Eingaben liegen, verschwindet die bereits eingegebene
Nummer und das Mobilteil wechselt wieder in den Standby-
Modus.

lorenes Mobilteil schnell wieder. Drücken Sie eine Taste um
das Klingeln eines Handsets zu beenden.
5.9 Warnung “Außer Reichweite”
Wenn sich das Mobilteil während eines Gesprächs außerhalb
der Reichweite der Basisstation befindet, hört der Benutzer
einen kurzen Warnton, der ihn dazu auffordert, näher an die
Basisstation heranzugehen.

5.10 Flashtaste (R)
Die R-Taste, auch Flash- oder Recall-Taste genannt, erzeugt bei
Betätigung eine Verbindungsunterbrechung (von 100 oder
250 Ms), die es Ihnen ermöglicht, vom Netz-Betreiber bereit-
gestellte Dienste zu nutzen und/oder Gespräche in der hau-
seigenen Telefonanlage weiterzuschalten.
5.10.1 Die Flashzeit einstellen
Schalten Sie den Schalter an der Unterseite der Basisstation in die
gewünschte Position!
5.11 Klingellautstärke einstellen
Drücken Sie die Lautstärketaste
im Stand-by Betrieb, bis
die gewünschte Klingellautstärke des Handsets zu hören ist.
Anmerkung: Die Klingellautstärke der Basiseinheit kann nicht eingestellt
werden!
6. RUFNUMMERNÜBERMITTLUNG
(CLIP-CALLER ID)
Der Butler 2700/2701 zeigt die Rufnummer des anrufenden
Teilnehmers an. Die Rufnummernanzeige ist jedoch nur ver-
fügbar, wenn sie von Ihrem Netz-Betreiber unterstützt wird
und Sie diesen Dienst beauftragt haben. Weitere Informationen
zu diesem Dienst erhalten Sie von Ihrem Netzbetreiber. Wenn
Sie einen Anruf entgegengenommen haben, werden die
Rufnummern in einer Anrufliste gespeichert. In dieser Liste
können 10 Rufnummern (max. 10-stellig) gespeichert wer-
den.
Wenn die Nummer länger als 10 Ziffern ist, werden nur die
letzten 10 Ziffern angezeigt und gespeichert!
6.1 Neue Anrufe
Wenn Sie einen neuen nicht angenommenen Anruf empfan-
gen haben, wird das Clip-Symbol

gangene Rufnummer.

Wenn das andere Handset den Anruf nicht annimmt, wird der
externe Anruf zurückgeschaltet.

7.2 Interner Anruf (Wechselsprechanlage)
• Drücken Sie im Stand-by die INT-Taste.
• Das andere Handset beginnt 30 Sekunden lang zu klingeln. Sie
können das Klingeln beenden, indem Sie die INT-Taste erneut
betätigen.
• Wenn das andere Handset den Anruf durch Drücken der
Verbindungstaste
annimmt, können Sie intern sprechen.
• Drücken Sie die Verbindungstaste
um den Anruf zu beenden
8. TOPCOM GARANTIE
8.1. Garantiefrist
Die Topcom Geräte haben eine Garantiefrist von 24 Monaten. Die
Garantiefrist beginnt an dem Tag, an dem das Gerät vom Kunden
gekauft wurde. Die Garantie muss durch Vorlage der
Originalrechnung oder -quittung, auf der das Kaufdatum und das
Gerätemodell angegeben sind, nachgewiesen werden.
8.2. Handhabung der Garantie
Eine fehlerhafte Gerät muss mit einem gültigen Ankaufsnachweis
zur Topcom-Kundendienst zurückgeschickt werden.
Wenn bei dem Gerät während der Garantiefrist einen Fehler
auftritt, repariert Topcom oder sein offiziell benannter
Kundendienst kostenlos alle Defekte, die durch Material- oder
Herstellungsfehler aufgetreten sind.
Topcom wird nach seinem eigenen Ermessen seine
Garantieverpflichtungen entweder durch Reparatur oder Austausch
der fehlerhaften Geräte oder Teile der fehlerhaften Geräte
nachkommen.
Das ursprüngliche Kaufdatum gibt den Beginn der Garantiefrist an.

Die Garantiefrist wird nicht verlängert, wenn das Gerät von
Topcom oder seinen anerkannten Kundendiensten ausgetauscht
oder repariert wurde.
8.3. Garantieausschlüsse
Beschädigungen oder Defekte aufgrund falscher Behandlung oder
nicht sachgemäßem Betrieb und Schäden, die durch die
Verwendung von Teilen, die keine Originalteile sind, oder von nicht
von Topcom empfohlenem Zubehör entstanden sind, werden nicht
von der Garantie gedeckt.
Die Garantie deckt weder Schäden, die durch äußere Faktoren, wie
Blitzschlag, Wasser und Feuer entstanden sind, noch irgendwelche
Transportschäden.
Es besteht keinerlei Recht auf Garantieleistungen, wenn die
Seriennummer der Geräte geändert, entfernt oder unleserlich
gemacht wurde.
Alle Garantieansprüche werden ungültig, wenn das Gerät vom
Käufer oder von unqualifizierten, nicht offiziell anerkannten
Topcom-Kundendiensten repariert, geändert oder teilweise
umgewandelt wurde.
