OPERATION  
Operating the Radio  
1. Plug the included earphones into the phone jack.  
2. Turn on the radio by rotating the Volume Knob in the  
midway position. The power led indicator will be turned on.  
3. Press the RESET button to go to the low end of FM radio.  
4. Press the FM SCAN button to search forward stations  
automatically.  
5. Be sure to turn off the radio after enjoying your  
program.  
Note:  
1. Avoid leaving the volume at minimum loudness with radio  
turned on. This will use up all batteries.  
2. If the unit is not to be used for a prolonged period, such  
as a month or longer, remove the batteries to prevent  
possible leakage.  
3. This product may need manual reset under high  
electrostatic discharge.

Battery Precautions  
1. Use only the size and type of batteries specified.  
2. Be sure to follow the correct polarity when installing the batteries as indicated in the battery  
compartment. Reversed batteries may cause damage to the device.  
3. Do not mix different types of batteries together (e.g. Alkaline and Carbon Zinc) or old  
batteries with fresh ones.  
4. If the device is not to be used for  
a
long period of time, remove the batteries to prevent  
damage or injury from possible battery leakage.
