Disconnect the outside aerial cable from

The menu language on your video recorder has been preset in the factory in French.

Some countries (Switzerland, Netherlands...) have staggered or half-channels. To receive the channels from your cable network, for each TV
channel you should enter the nearest channel (e.g. 45 for 45.5) and use the fine tuning in stage 6. Consult your cable operator to obtain the list of
the channels.
