Make sure the sleeve you   use is easy to insert into your ear, fits comfortably, and is easy to remove from   your ear.   If the nozzle of your earphone is blocked, clean the nozzle using the supplied   wax removal loop.   Shure Incorporated (“Shure”) hereby warrants that this product will be free   from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two years from   the date of purchase. At its option Shure will repair or replace the defective   product and promptly return it to you, or refund the purchase price. You should   retain proof of purchase to validate the purchase date and return it with any   warranty claim.   Wax Removal Loop   Flex Sleeves   In small, medium, and large sizes. This will   damage the earphone sound filter.   Foam Sleeves   When using the foam sleeves, compress the sleeve between   your fingers before inserting it into the ear canal. Hold the   earphone in place for about ten seconds while the foam   expands and creates a tight seal.   If necessary, the supplied replacement nozzles may be used.
