The MX-M232D document system provides several flexible copy features designed to grow with
your business. With speedy output, 11" x 17" capability, and electronic sorting, the MX-M232D
MFP is the smart choice for any small office or workgroup.

Full-Color Network Scanning
The optional MX-NB12 Network Expansion Kit turns the MX-M232D into a convenient full-color
network scanner. With the touch of a few buttons, you can choose different ways to distribute
your scanned documents. Scan to E-mail sends documents as an E-mail attachment. Scan
to FTP Server scans documents directly to an FTP server for storage. Scan to Desktop sends
scanned documents directly to your PC desktop*. And, Scan to USB Memory scans documents
directly to USB memory devices.

Convenient Card Shot feature
Now you can easily copy both sides of an ID or insurance card in 2 easy steps. The innovative Card
Shot function holds the first side of the card in memory, captures the reverse side, and then copies
both onto one side of the paper. This helps minimize paper costs by helping users save valuable
time through improved workflow efficiency.
Integrated Super G3 fax option
With the Super G3 Fax Module installed, the MX-M232D becomes a powerful workgroup fax
machine, offering advanced features such as duplex scanning, ledger-size document reception
and more. Ideal for high-volume faxing, the MX-M232D can also broadcast up to 200 destinations
and store up to 50 in total rapid and group dials, 300 one-touch dials, all of which can be
managed through the MFP Home Page.

Designed with a Strong Commitment to Help Protect the Environment
The new MX-M232D document system utilizes Sharp’s micro-fine toner technology, which offers
a lower consumption rate than conventional toners resulting in less packaging material and longer
replacement intervals. Additionally, all Sharp supplies are packaged using fully recyclable materials.
Power consumption on the new MX-M232D is among the lowest in the industry for its category
and supports two different energy saving modes to reduce or shut off power after a set interval.
All Sharp document systems belong to the Energy Star® program, and RoHS program.
Toner Recycling Program
As part of our commitment to helping preserve the environment, Sharp offers customers a toner
recycling program for all Sharp copiers and MFP products. Sharp encourages customers to recycle
their used toner cartridges by providing a pre-paid shipping label for their return to our facility.
An Economical, Low Maintenance Document System That Makes Sense
The new MX-M232D is designed to accommodate both small to mid-size environments. With
a compact design, the footprint of each base model is less than 23½" x 23½". Our long-life
consumable parts and supplies help minimize service intervals and down time, resulting in
