• Locked Print helps keep unauthorized
users from seeing sensitive documents
lying in your output trays. The
MLP75n can restrict access to author-
ized personnel only, requiring users to
submit a password before they can
print confidential documents.

• Encryption solves the problem of login
passwords and address book information
being captured when you’re printing
through the network. Using Secure
Socket Layer (SSL) technology, this
feature creates an encryption key for

With its Embedded Software Architec-
ture , an innovative Java (J2ME)-com-

patible software development program,
you can create additional applications
that can dramatically enhance your
workflow. For example, you can
customize a wide variety of printer
features, including the operation panel,
printing, saving files and scanning. And
for even greater customization, a Device
Software Development Kit (Device SDK)

The large capacity tray holds 4,000 sheets of
paper, and can be converted to hold 2,500
