patented new master system you obtain
optimum image quality, while saving
on the cost of supplies. With a choice
of spot colour inks, print materials can
be produced on paper sizes up to A3,
with a strong visual impact.
Consistent High Quality
Exceptionally Easy to Use
The Priport™ JP4500 has a 400 x 400 dpi
resolution that delivers impressive quality prints
and copies. To ensure consistent quality, even
with long runs, an automatic sensor adjusts
the print pressure according to machine speed,
local environment temperature and humidity.
The retry paper feed mechanism also helps
ensure streamlined paper handling reliability
on long print runs. A series of image modes
guarantee this same high quality on photos,
graphics and tints, enabling users to create
professional looking documents. The advanced
design of the new master system creates a
solid image. Surprisingly, this high quality is
achieved by using less ink. In terms of consum-
ables this results in a lower cost per page.
From the large and straightforward LCD control
panel or from the PC screen, the Priport™
JP4500 is exceptionally easy to operate. Step-
by-step symbols and instructions guide you
through every stage of the operation. Even a
first time user can operate the Priport™ JP4500
with complete confidence. A lightweight drum
design and an improved loading mechanism
further enhance the ease of use.
The Impact of Colour
and Document Creativity
No one can doubt the impact of colour. Now,
with a choice of 11 spot colour inks (including
black), the Priport™ JP4500 gives you the
power to add cost-effective colour to your
documents and other printed materials. A 50%
tint mode further enhances colour creativity.
In addition, a unique colour matching option
allows you to print or copy in your company
colour. Furthermore, users can copy two
originals onto one page or overlay one on top
of another. To highlight specific sections, you
can reduce or enlarge images between 50%
and 200%.
Versatile Print and
Copy Productivity
With the ability to print and copy up to A3,
this device can handle a wide range of daily
documents and other print material needs,
for example posters, newsletters, leaflets and
brochures. These can be produced on a variety
of paper weights, including thin paper types
and cards. With a large paper capacity, even
high-volume runs are effortless.
Optional PC Connectivity
With the optional printer controller, the Priport™
JP4500 can be quickly connected to your
network, providing PC users with instant access
to a high-speed network printer. A wide range of
graphics and layouts, using desktop publishing
applications, can be created with ease. Further-
more, connected printing provides users with
a higher quality and more economic alternative
to copying.
