Attaching the Wrist Strap
1. Thread the small loop end of the strap through the Wrist-Strap Eyelet.
(Fig.1)
2. Pass the other end of the strap through the small loop. (Fig. 2)
3. Securely tie the strap onto the eyelet. (Fig. 3)
Loading the Batteries
1. Open the Battery Compartment by sliding the Battery Compartment Door in
the direction of the arrow. (Fig. 4)
2. Gently lift up on the Battery Compartment Door. (Fig. 5)
3. Insert two AA alkaline batteries into the battery
compartment, checking that the (+) and (-) on
the batteries are aligned according to the polarity
indication shown on the contact plate. (Fig. 6)
4. Close the Battery Compartment Door and slide
it back until it latches. (Fig. 7)

Do Not Use Ni-Cd batteries.
Always replace both batteries at the same time.
After the camera is powered on, the battery power level icon
will be
displayed on the LCD and will remain on the display when the battery is
full.

The battery power level icon
will blink when the battery power is
running low. Once this happens, please replace the batteries immediately.
When replacing batteries, remember to slide the Power On/Off switch to
‘OFF’.
When the camera is loaded with film, battery replacement must be done
within 1 minute.
When the camera is not loaded with film and not in use for a long time,
remove the batteries.
Power Save Function
If the camera is not in use for over 250 seconds, the camera will turn off
automatically to save battery power. To re-activate the camera, either press
the Shutter Release button lightly or slide the Power On/Off Switch to ‘OFF’,
then ‘ON’ again.
About the Film Speed
The camera is designed to use DX-coded ISO100,
ISO200 or ISO400 film. When the film is loaded
properly, the camera automatically sets the film
speed to ISO100 with ISO100/200 film and to ISO400
with ISO400 film by reading the black-and-silver
pattern on the film cassettes.

Loading the Film
1. Open the film compartment by pressing
downward on the Film Door Latch and gently
lifting up the film compartment door.
2. Insert a new roll of film into the Film Chamber
(Fig. 8).

3. Pull out the film leader across to the film tip mark
to reach the Film Take-Up Spool (Fig. 9).

4. Make sure the film perforations lie evenly
between the guide rails (Fig. 10)
5. Close the film compartment door
until it latches. The Film Take-Up Spool will
automatically take up the film.
6. Slide the Power On/Off switch to the ‘ON’
position (Fig. 11). The LCD will show “1”.
7. Your camera is now ready to take your first
picture.

Note: If the LCD panel does not show “1” and/or
the
icon is blinking, the film may not be
loaded properly. Please open the Film Compartment
Door and repeat the film loading procedures.
Taking photographs
1. Slide the Power On/Off switch to the ‘ON’ position to turn on the camera
(Fig. 11).
2. Hold the camera steady with both hands. Be careful not to block the Lens,
Flash and Flash Sensor with your fingers or hair.
3. Look through the Viewfinder Eyepiece and center the main subject in the
Viewfinder. To ensure sharp pictures, make sure your subject is at least
4.92ft. (1.5m) away from the camera.
4. To compose your picture using the power zoom feature, simply press one
of the power zoom buttons. By pressing the Tele Power Zoom button,
marked with “T”, the lens will extend outward toward the 70mm telephoto
setting to allow you to zoom in on your subject. By pressing the Wide
Power Zoom button, marked with “W”, the lens will retract back into the
camera toward the 35mm wide (normal) setting.
5. Once you have composed your picture, press and hold the Shutter Release
Button to take a picture.
6. The camera will advance automatically to the next frame.
About the Flash
This camera is equipped with a built-in auto flash unit that will automatically
activate and fire in the event of insufficient lighting conditions. The flash
icon
on the LCD will blink while charging. The green Flash Ready

LED will remain lit when the flash is ready (recharging usually takes about
10 seconds).
“Intelligent” Flash Interlock
This camera is featured with an “Intelligent” Flash Interlock function. If the
flash is not ready and the lighting level is low, the shutter will not fire even if
the Shutter Release button is pressed. This helps to prevent your pictures
from turning out too dark.
“Smart” Flash Ready Light
This camera is featured with a “Smart” Flash Ready Light that works with
the auto flash unit.
• The green Flash Ready LED will be lit whenever the flash is fully charged
and the auto flash icon
will be displayed on the LCD panel.
• Even if the flash is not fully charged, the green Flash Ready LED will
remain lit when the lighting condition is satisfactory to take a good picture
without flash. In this case, the flash icon
will not be displayed on the
LCD panel.
• If the flash is not fully charged and the level of lighting is insufficient to take
a good picture without flash, the green Flash Ready LED will not be lit. The
user will not be able to take a picture until the flash is charged, which will
be indicated by a lit green Flash Ready LED.

Using Red-Eye Reduction
This function makes it possible to minimize the red-eye effect that sometimes

occurs when taking portrait photographs with flash in low lighting conditions.
This feature is activated automatically once the built-in auto flash is activated
and fires, preventing you from forgetting to enable the red-eye reduction
function.
Note: Since the red-eye reduction feature is automatically activated when the
auto flash fires, there is a delay effect of about 1-2 seconds for the flash to
fire in order for the red-eye reduction feature to function effectively. Press the
Shutter Release button and hold the camera steady for 1-2 seconds until the
shutter releases.
Using the Night Portrait Mode
This camera is equipped with a night portrait mode,
allowing you to take a better picture at night or in dark
environments. In this mode, the shutter speed slows
down to 1/4 second and the flash remains on.
1. Slide the Power On/Off switch to the Night
Portrait Mode (Fig. 12).

Note:
•
When using the night portrait mode setting, it is recommended to mount
your camera on a tripod to prevent the camera from any jittery movement
that may cause blurred images.
•

Ensure that the subject remains still for a moment after the flash fires.
Remember to slide the Power On/Off switch back to the “ON” position
when you have finished using the night portrait mode.
Using the Self-Timer
This feature allows the photographer to join in on the picture. When using this
mode, the camera should be placed on a steady support (use of a tripod is
recommended).
1. Press the Mode button once, until the self-timer icon “
” is displayed
on the LCD Panel.
2. Place the camera on a steady support and focus on the subject. Make
sure your subject is at least 4.92ft. (1.5m) away from the camera and use

the tele or wide zooming buttons to compose your picture.
3. Press the Shutter Release button.
4. The Red-Eye Reduction LED will blink slowly for about 7 seconds, and
then blink quickly for the last 3 seconds before releasing the shutter
automatically.
Double Exposure
A double exposure occurs when, prior to development, an exposed piece of
film is re-shot with a second image on top of the first. This feature allows for
the same subject to appear twice on the same image and is normally used
to create a special effect to your images. When using this mode, the camera
should be placed on a steady support (use of a tripod is recommended).
1. Press the Mode button twice until the double exposure icon
is
displayed on the LCD panel.
2. Place the camera on a steady support and focus on the subject. Make
sure your subject is at least 4.92ft. (1.5m) away from the camera and use
the tele or wide zooming buttons to compose your picture.
3. Press the Shutter Release button. The film will not advance to the next
frame, allowing you to take a second picture of the same subject on the
same frame of film.
4. Press the Shutter Release button again to take your second picture of the
same subject. The film will then advance to the next frame, allowing you to
achieve the double exposure effect.
5. The camera restores to normal auto mode automatically.
6. To use the double exposure function again, repeat steps 1 to 4 in this
section.
Rewinding the Film
1. As soon as the end of the film is reached, the film will rewind automatically.
When rewinding, the frame digits on the LCD panel will count down.
2. To rewind the film in mid roll, press the Mid-Roll Rewind button.
3. When rewinding is complete, the motor stops automatically; the frame
digits on the LCD will display “0”.
4. Open the Film Compartment Door and remove the film for processing.

Do not open the Film Compartment Door if the film has not been completely

Fixation de la dragonne
1. Enfilez la petite boucle d’extrémité de la dragonne dans l’œillet de la
dragonne. (Fig. 1)
2. Enfilez l’autre extrémité de la dragonne dans la petite boucle. (Fig. 2)
3. Fixez fermement la dragonne sur l’oeillet. (Fig. 3)
Chargement des piles
1. Ouvrez le compartiment des piles en faisant glisser la trappe dans le sens
de la flèche. (Fig. 4)
2. Soulevez avec précaution la trappe de logement des piles. (Fig. 5)
3. Insérez deux piles alcalines AA dans le logement
des piles en vérifiant que les bornes (+) et
(-) des piles correspondent aux informations de
polarité indiquées sur la plaque de contact.

4. Fermez la trappe de logement des piles en
la faisant glisser dans le sens inverse jusqu’à ce

N’utilisez pas de piles Ni-Cd.
Remplacez toujours les deux piles à la fois.
Une fois l’appareil en marche, l’icône de niveau de charge des piles
s’affiche sur l’écran à cristaux liquides et reste affichée tant que les piles ne
sont pas usées.

L’icône de niveau de charge des piles
clignote lorsque les piles
commencent à être usées. Veuillez alors remplacer immédiatement les
piles.

Lorsque vous changez les piles, n’oubliez pas de positionner l’interrupteur

Lorsque l’appareil contient une pellicule, le remplacement des piles doit se
faire en 1 minute.
Lorsque l’appareil ne contient aucune pellicule et reste inutilisé pendant
une longue période, enlevez les piles.
Fonction Économie des piles
Si l’appareil photo n’est pas utilisé pendant plus de 250 secondes, il s’éteint
automatiquement afin d’économiser les piles. Pour réactiver l’appareil,
vous pouvez appuyer légèrement sur le déclencheur ou bien positionner
l’interrupteur marche/arrêt sur “OFF” (arrêt), puis à nouveau sur “ON”
(marche).
À propos de la sensibilité du film
Cet appareil photo a été conçu pour utiliser des pellicules codées DX ISO100,
ISO200 ou ISO400. Lorsque la pellicule est en place, l’appareil définit
automatiquement la sensibilité du film sur ISO100 avec une pellicule ISO100/
200 et sur ISO400 avec une pellicule ISO400 en lisant le motif noir et argent
sur les pellicules.

Chargement du film
1. Ouvrez le compartiment de la pellicule en
poussant le loquet du compartiment du film vers
le bas et en relevant doucement le couvercle.
2. Insérez une nouvelle pellicule à l’intérieur du
logement de pellicule (Fig. 8).
3. Tirez sur l’amorce du film jusqu’à la limite du film

pour atteindre la bobine réceptrice (Fig. 9).
4. Assurez-vous que les perforations du film sont
engagées uniformément dans les rails de
guidage (Fig. 10)

5. Fermez le couvercle du compartiment de la
pellicule jusqu’à ce qu’il s’enclenche. La bobine
réceptrice enroule automatiquement le film.
6. Positionnez l’interrupteur marche/arrêt sur
“ON”(marche) (Fig. 11). L’écran à cristaux
liquides affiche “1”.

Remarque : Si le chiffre “1” ne s’affiche
pas sur l’écran à cristaux liquides et/ou si

ne soit pas chargée correctement. Veuillez alors
ouvrir le couvercle du compartiment de la pellicule et
effectuez à nouveau les procédures de chargement
du film.
Photographie
1. Positionnez l’interrupteur marche/arrêt sur “ON”
(marche) pour mettre l’appareil en marche
(Fig. 11).
2. Stabilisez l’appareil en le maintenant des deux mains. Prenez garde de ne
pas bloquer la lentille, le flash ni le capteur du flash avec vos doigts ou
avec vos cheveux.
3. Regardez dans l’oculaire de visée et utilisez le viseur pour centrer le sujet
principal. Pour que votre prise de vue soit nette, veillez à vous placer à une
distance d’au moins 4.92ft. (1,5 m) du sujet.
4. Pour effectuer une prise de vue à l’aide de la fonction zoom motorisé,
il vous suffit d’appuyer sur l’un des boutons de zoom motorisé. Lorsque
vous appuyez sur le bouton zoom téléobjectif motorisé, portant le repère
“T”, l’objectif est réglé sur téléobjectif allant jusqu’à 70 mm pour vous
permettre de réaliser un zoom avant sur le sujet. Lorsque vous appuyez
sur le bouton zoom grand angle motorisé, portant le repère “W”, l’objectif

se rétracte pour revenir à un paramètre d’angle 35 mm (normal).
5. Dès que la prise de vue est composée, appuyez sur le déclencheur en le
maintenant enfoncé pour prendre la photo.
6. Le film avance automatiquement jusqu’à l’image suivante.
À propos du flash
Cet appareil photo est équipé d’un flash automatique intégré qui s’active et
se déclenche automatiquement dans des conditions d’éclairage insuffisantes.
L’icône du flash
clignote sur l’écran à cristaux liquides pour indiquer que
le chargement du flash est en cours. La LED verte d’enclenchement du flash
reste allumée pour indiquer que le flash est prêt à être utilisé (le rechargement
du flash dure en général environ 10 secondes).
Verrouillage du flash “intelligent”
Cet appareil est équipé d’une fonction de verrouillage du flash
“intelligent”. Si le flash n’est pas prêt et que le niveau de luminosité est
faible, le déclencheur ne fonctionne pas même si vous appuyez dessus.
Ceci vous évite ainsi de prendre des photos trop sombres.
Voyant d'enclenchement du flash “intelligent”
Cet appareil est équipé d’un voyant d’enclenchement du flash “intelligent”
fonctionnant avec le flash automatique.
• La LED verte d’enclenchement du flash s’allume lorsque le flash est
entièrement rechargé et l’icône de flash automatique
s’affiche sur
l’écran à cristaux liquides.
• Même si le flash n’est pas entièrement rechargé, la LED verte
d’enclenchement du flash reste allumée lorsque les conditions d’éclairage
sont suffisantes pour assurer une prise de vue correcte sans flash.
Dans ce cas, l’icône du flash
ne s’affiche pas sur l’écran à cristaux
liquides.
• Si le flash n’est pas entièrement rechargé et si le niveau d’éclairage n’est
pas suffisant pour garantir une bonne qualité d’image sans flash, la LED
verte d’enclenchement du flash ne s’éclaire pas. Vous ne pourrez pas
prendre de photo tant que le flash n’aura pas été rechargé, à savoir tant
que la LED verte d’enclenchement du flash n’est pas allumée.
En fonction de la sensibilité du film utilisé, les portées du flash sont les

Utilisation de la fonction de réduction des yeux rouges
Cette fonction permet de réduire l’effet yeux rouges qui intervient parfois
lorsque vous faites des portraits avec flash dans des conditions de faible
luminosité. Cette fonction s’active automatiquement dès que le flash
automatique intégré est activé et se déclenche. Ainsi, vous ne risquez pas
d’oublier d’activer la fonction de réduction des yeux rouges.
Remarque : Dans la mesure où la fonction de réduction des yeux rouges
s’active automatiquement lors du déclenchement du flash automatique, il
existe un effet retardateur d’environ 1-2 secondes avant que le flash ne se
déclenche permettant ainsi à la fonction de réduction des yeux rouges d’être
efficace. Appuyez sur le déclencheur et maintenez votre appareil photo
immobile pendant 1-2 secondes jusqu’au déclenchement de l’obturateur.
Utilisation du mode Portrait de nuit
Cet appareil dispose du mode Portrait de nuit, qui vous permet d’obtenir une
meilleure qualité photographique de nuit ou dans des
environnements sombres. Lorsque vous sélectionnez

ce mode, la vitesse d’obturation ralentit à ¼ seconde
et le flash reste allumé.
1. Positionnez l’interrupteur marche/arrêt sur le
mode Portrait de nuit (Fig. 12).
2. Suivez les étapes 2 à 6 de la section
Photographie.

Remarque :
•
Lorsque votre appareil est configuré en mode Portrait de nuit, il est
conseillé de le placer sur un trépied pour éviter tout mouvement brusque
de l’appareil pouvant occasionner des images floues.
Dites au sujet de rester immobile pendant quelques instants après le
déclenchement du flash.
N’oubliez pas de repositionner l’interrupteur marche/arrêt sur «ON» lorsque
vous avez terminé d’utiliser le mode Portrait de nuit.

Utilisation du retardateur
Cette fonction permet au photographe de se prendre lui-même en photo.
Lorsque vous utilisez ce mode, l’appareil doit être placé sur un support stable
(l’utilisation d’un trépied est recommandée).
1. Appuyez une fois sur le bouton Mode, jusqu’à ce que l’icône du retardateur
“
” s’affiche sur l’écran à cristaux liquides.
2. Placez l’appareil sur un support stable et effectuez la mise au point sur
le sujet. Veillez à placer l’appareil à une distance d’au moins 4.92 ft.
(1,5 m) du sujet et utilisez les boutons zoom téléobjectif ou grand angle
pour composer votre photo.
3. Appuyez sur le déclencheur.
4. La LED de réduction des yeux rouges clignote lentement pendant environ
7 secondes, puis rapidement pendant les 3 dernières secondes avant le
déclenchement automatique de l’obturateur.
Surimpression
Une surimpression se produit lorsque, avant le développement, une partie
impressionnée du film fait l’objet d’une nouvelle prise avec une deuxième
image sur la première. Cette fonction permet à un même sujet d’apparaître
deux fois sur la même image et est normalement utilisée pour créer un effet
spécial sur vos images. Lorsque vous utilisez ce mode, l’appareil doit être
placé sur un support stable (l’utilisation d’un trépied est recommandée).
1. Appuyez deux fois sur le bouton Mode jusqu’à ce que l’icône de
surimpression
s’affiche sur l’écran à cristaux liquides.
2. Placez l’appareil sur un support stable et effectuez la mise au point sur
le sujet. Veillez à placer l’appareil à une distance d’au moins 4.92 ft.
(1,5 m) du sujet et utilisez les boutons zoom téléobjectif ou grand angle
pour composer votre photo.
3. Appuyez sur le déclencheur. Le film n’avance pas jusqu’à l’image
suivante, ce qui vous permet de prendre une deuxième photo du même
sujet sur la même image du film.

4. Appuyez à nouveau sur le déclencheur pour prendre votre deuxième photo
du même sujet. Le film avance alors jusqu’à l’image suivante, ce qui vous
permet de réaliser ainsi l’effet de surimpression.
5. L’appareil revient automatiquement en mode normal automatique.
6. Si vous souhaitez utiliser à nouveau la fonction de surimpression, répétez
les étapes 1 à 4 de la présente section.
Rembobinage du film
1. Dès que vous atteignez la fin du film, ce dernier se rembobine
automatiquement. Lors du rembobinage, le compteur défile en sens
décroissant sur l’écran à cristaux liquides.
2. Pour rembobiner un film avant la fin, appuyez sur le bouton de
rembobinage manuel.
3. Lorsque le film est entièrement rembobiné, le mécanisme s’arrête
automatiquement ; le compteur affiche “0” sur l’écran à cristaux liquides.
4. Ouvrez le couvercle du compartiment de la pellicule et retirez la pellicule à
développer.
Remarque :
N’ouvrez pas le couvercle du compartiment de la pellicule tant que le film n’est
pas entièrement rembobiné. Il risquerait d’être détruit.
Précautions d’emploi

Conservez l’appareil photo dans un endroit frais et sec ;
N’exposez pas l’appareil photo à un niveau d’humidité ou de poussière

Para colocar la correa de la muñeca
1. Pase el extremo del bucle pequeño de la correa por el orificio de enganche
de la correa de la muñeca. (Fig. 1)
2. Pase el otro extremo de la correa por el bucle pequeño. (Fig. 2)
3. Asegúrese de que la correa esté bien sujeta en el orificio de enganche.

Cambie siempre las dos pilas al mismo tiempo.
Cuando se enciende la cámara, el icono que indica el nivel de carga de
las pilas
aparecerá en el panel LCD y permanecerá visible mientras las

Cuando se cambian las pilas, recuerde deslizar el interruptor de

Cuando la película esté colocada en la cámara, el cambio de las pilas
debe efectuarse en menos de un minuto.
Cuando no haya una película dentro de la cámara y no se use durante un
tiempo prolongado, retire las pilas.
Función para ahorrar carga
Si la cámara no se usa por más de 250 segundos, se apagará
automáticamente para ahorrar la carga de las pilas. Para reactivar la cámara,
presione levemente el botón de liberación del obturador o deslice el interruptor
de encendido/apagado a la posición “OFF” y luego a la posición “ON”.
Sobre la velocidad de la película
La cámara está diseñada para usar películas ISO 100, ISO 200 o ISO 400
codificadas para DX. Si la película está colocada correctamente, la cámara
ajusta la velocidad en forma automática a ISO 100 con una película ISO 100/
200 y a ISO 400 con una película ISO 400, leyendo el diseño negro y plateado
del cassette de la película.
Para colocar la película
1. Abra el compartimento de la película presionando

levante la puerta del compartimento suavemente.
2. Inserte un nuevo rollo de película en la cámara de
la película (Fig. 8).
3. Tire de la guía de la película hasta la marca del
extremo de la película para alcanzar la bobina

4. Asegúrese de que las perforaciones de la
película estén colocadas en forma uniforme

Para tomar fotografías
1. Deslice el interruptor de encendido/apagado a la
posición “ON” para encender la cámara (Fig. 11).
2. Sostenga la cámara firmemente y con ambas
manos. Tenga cuidado de no tapar las lentes, el flash ni el sensor del flash
con sus dedos o el cabello.
3. Mire a través del visor y centre el objeto principal en el visor. Para
garantizar fotos bien nítidas, asegúrese de que el objeto esté a una
distancia mínima de 1,5 metros (4,92 pies) de la cámara.
4. Para componer fotografías con la función de activación del zoom,
simplemente presione uno de los botones para activar el zoom. Si presiona
el botón de activación del zoom de telefoto, marcado con el símbolo “T”,
la lente se extenderá hasta la posición telefotografía de 70 mm y le
permitirá acercarse al objeto. Si presiona el botón de activación del
zoom de gran angular, marcado el símbolo “W”, la lente retrocederá hasta
la posición de gran angular (normal) de 35 mm.

Sobre el flash
Esta cámara está equipada con una unidad incorporada de flash automático
que se activa y se dispara en forma automática si no hay suficiente luz. El
icono del flash
que aparece en el panel LCD parpadeará si el flash se está
cargando. El LED listo del flash de color verde permanecerá encendido si el
flash está listo (tarda aproximadamente 10 segundos para volver a cargarse).
Bloqueo del flash “inteligente”
Esta cámara está equipada con una función de bloqueo del flash
“inteligente”. Si el flash no está listo para ser utilizado y la luz es escasa,
el obturador no se disparará aunque el botón de liberación del obturador
esté presionado. Esto ayuda a evitar que sus fotografías sean muy oscuras.
Luz de flash listo “inteligente”
Esta cámara está equipada con una luz de flash listo inteligente que
funciona con la unidad de flash automático.
• El LED de flash listo de color verde se encenderá cuando el flash esté
completamente cargado y el icono de flash automático
aparezca en
el panel LCD.
• Aunque el flash no esté completamente cargado, el LED de flash listo de
color verde permanecerá encendido cuando haya suficiente luz como para
poder tomar una buena fotografía sin flash. En este caso, el icono del flash
no aparecerá en el panel LCD.
• Si el flash no está completamente cargado y la luz es insuficiente para
tomar una buena fotografía sin flash, el LED de flash listo de color verde
no se encenderá. El usuario no podrá tomar una fotografía hasta que el

Para usar la función de reducción de ojos rojos
Esta función permite minimizar el efecto de ojos rojos que se produce algunas
veces cuando se toman fotorretratos con flash en lugares con poca luz. Esta
función se activa automáticamente cuando el flash automático incorporado
se activa y se dispara, y evita que usted se olvide de activar la función de
reducción de ojos rojos.
Nota: Dado que la función de reducción de ojos rojos se activa
automáticamente cuando se dispara el flash automático, hay un efecto de
retardo de entre 1 y 2 segundos para que se dispare el flash a fin de que
esta opción funcione adecuadamente. Presione el botón de liberación del
obturador y mantenga la cámara firme durante 1 ó 2 segundos hasta que se
libere el obturador.
Para usar el modo Retrato nocturno
Esta cámara está equipada con el modo “Retrato nocturno”, que le permite
tomar mejores fotografías de noche o en ambientes
oscuros. En este modo, la velocidad del obturador
se reduce a ¼ de segundo y el flash permanece
encendido.

Para usar el disparador automático
Esta función permite que el fotógrafo salga en la fotografía. Cuando use
esta función, la cámara debe estar colocada sobre un soporte firme (se
recomienda el uso de un trípode).
1. Presione el botón Mode una vez hasta que el icono del disparador
automático
aparezca en el panel LCD.
2. Coloque la cámara sobre un soporte firme y enfoque el objeto. Asegúrese
de que el objeto esté al menos a 1,5 metros (4,92 pies) de distancia de la
cámara y use los botones de zoom de telefoto y zoom de gran angular
para componer la fotografía.
3. Presione el botón de liberación del obturador.
4. El LED para reducir los ojos rojos parpadeará lentamente durante
aproximadamente 7 segundos y después lo hará rápidamente durante 3
segundos antes de liberar el obturador automáticamente.
Exposición doble
La exposición doble se produce cuando, previo al revelado, una parte
expuesta de la película se vuelve a disparar y superpone una segunda
imagen sobre la primera. Esta función permite que el mismo objeto aparezca
dos veces en la misma imagen y se usa normalmente para crear un efecto
especial en sus imágenes. Cuando use esta función, la cámara debe estar
colocada sobre un soporte firme (se recomienda el uso de un trípode).
1. Presione el botón Mode dos veces hasta que el icono de exposición doble
aparezca en el panel LCD.
2. Coloque la cámara sobre un soporte firme y enfoque el objeto. Asegúrese
de que el objeto esté al menos a 1,5 metros (4,92 pies) de distancia de la
cámara y use los botones de zoom de telefoto y zoom de gran angular
para componer la fotografía.
3. Presione el botón de liberación del obturador. La película no avanzará
hasta el próximo cuadro. Esto le permitirá tomar una segunda fotografía
del mismo objeto en el mismo cuadro de la película.
4. Presione nuevamente el botón de liberación del obturador para tomar
la segunda fotografía del mismo objeto. La película avanzará hasta el

5. La cámara vuelve al modo auto normal automáticamente.
6. Para volver a usar la función de exposición doble, repita los pasos 1 al 4
de esta sección.
Para rebobinar la película
1. Cuando alcance el final de la película, ésta se rebobinará
automáticamente. Cuando la película se esté rebobinando, los dígitos de
cuadros en el panel LCD aparecerán en cuenta regresiva.
2. Para rebobinar la película en la mitad del rollo, presione el botón de
rebobinado en la mitad del rollo.
3. Cuando el rebobinado haya finalizado, el motor se detiene
automáticamente. Los dígitos de cuadros en el panel LCD indicarán “0”.
4. Abra la puerta del compartimento de la película y extraiga la película para
procesarla.
Nota:
No abra el compartimento de la película si no está completamente
rebobinada, de lo contrario, la película podría estropearse.

Anbringen der Handschlaufe
1. Ziehen Sie die kleine Schlaufe der Handschlaufe durch die
Befestigungsöse die sich an der Kamera befindet. (Abb. 1)
2. Ziehen Sie nun das andere Ende der Schlaufe durch die kleine Schlaufe
(Abb. 2)
3. Ziehen Sie nun die Schlaufe fest. (Abb. 3)
Einlegen der Batterien
1. Öffnen Sie Batteriefachabdeckung in dem Sie die Batteriefachabdeckung in
Pfeilrichtung schieben. (Abb. 4)
2. Heben Sie nun die Batteriefachabdeckung vorsichtig an. (Abb. 5)
3. Legen Sie zwei AA Alkali-Manganbatterien
ein. Überprüfen Sie ob die Batterien
entsprechend der Polarität (+) und (-) die auf
der Innenseite auf der Kontaktplatte angegeben
sind, eingelegt sind. (Abb. 6)

Bevor Sie die Batterien austauschen, denken Sie bitte daran, vorher den
Ein-/Ausschalter zu betätigen und die Kamera abzuschalten.
Wenn sich in der Kamera ein Film befindet, muss der Austausch der
Batterien innerhalb von einer Minute stattfinden.
Wenn sich kein Film in der Kamera befindet und Sie diese für längere Zeit
nicht benutzen möchten, können Sie die Batterien entnehmen.
Energiesparfunktion:
Nach 250 Sekunden ohne Aktivität, wird sich die Kamera automatisch in den
Standby-Modus versetzen. Um die Kamera wieder einzuschalten, können Sie
nun entweder den Auslöser oder den Ein-/Ausschalter von „OFF“ auf „ON“
schalten.
Über die Filmempfindlichkeit
Die Kamera ist für die Verwendung von DX-Filmen mit einer Empfindlichkeit
von ISO100, ISO200 oder ISO400 entwickelt worden. Wenn der Film
richtig eingelegt wurde, kann die kann die Kamera durch das Erkennen der
entsprechenden Filmempfindlichkeit von ISO100 bei ISO100/200 Filmen und
ISO400 bei ISO400 Filmen diese entsprechend einstellen.
Einlegen des Films
1. Öffnen Sie die Rückwand durch

Die Filmaufnahmespule wird nun den Film
automatisch einziehen.
6. Schieben Sie den Ein-/Ausschalter auf die „ON“-
Position (Abb. 11). Im LCD wird nun die „1“ für
das erste Bild angezeigt.

und/oder das Symbol

Fotografieren
1. Schieben Sie den Ein-/Ausschalter zum
Einschalten der Kamera auf die „ON“-Position
(Abb. 11).
2. Halten Sie die Kamera ruhig mit beiden Händen
fest. Achten Sie darauf, nicht das Objektiv, den Blitz oder den Blitzsensor
mit den Fingern oder Haaren zu verdecken.
3. Schauen Sie durch den Sucher und zentrieren Sie das Hauptmotiv im
Sucher. Um scharfe Bilder zu erhalten, müssen Sie zwischen dem Motiv
und der Kamera mindestens einen Abstand von 1,50 m einhalten.
4. Um das Bild mit Hilfe des Zooms zu gestalten, müssen Sie
lediglich einen der beiden Zoomschalter betätigen. Durch das Betätigen
des Telezoomschalters, der mit einem „T“ gekennzeichnet ist, wird
der Zoom bis zu einer maximalen Einstellung von 70mm herausgefahren
und ermöglicht es Ihnen das Objekt heranzuholen. Durch Betätigen des
Weitwinkelschalters, der mit einem „W“ gekennzeichnet ist, wird das
Objektiv in die Kamera zurückgefahren und zwar bis zu einer Einstellung
von 35mm (normal).
5. Sobald die Einstellungen wie gewünscht vorgenommen worden
sind, betätigen und halten Sie den Auslöser zum Erstellen der Aufnahme

durchgedrückt.
6. Die Kamera wird nun den Film bis zur nächsten verfügbaren Aufnahme
weitertransportieren.
Über den Blitz
Diese Kamera ist mit einem eingebauten Automatikblitz ausgerüstet, der
automatisch aktiviert und ausgelöst wird wenn die Beleuchtungsbedingungen
um das Motiv herum dies verlangen. Das Symbol für den Blitz
im LCD
blinkt während des Ladevorgangs des Blitzgeräts. Die grüne Blitzbereitschafts-
LED wird sobald der Blitz bereit ist konstant grün leuchten (das Aufladen des
Blitzes dauert normalerweise rund 10 Sekunden).
„Intelligente“ Blitzauslösesperre
Diese Kamera ist mit einer „intelligenten“ Blitzauslösesperre ausgestattet.
Wenn der Blitz noch nicht bereit und die Beleuchtung nicht ausreichend ist,
können Sie zwar den Auslöser durchdrücken aber keine Aufnahme erstellen.
Das unterstützt Sie dabei Aufnahmen zu machen, die unterbelichtet oder viel
zu dunkel sein würden.
„Smarte“ Blitzbereitschaftslampe
Diese Kamera ist mit einer “smarten” Blitzbereitschaftslampe ausgerüstet
die in Verbindung mit dem Blitz arbeitet.
• Die grüne Blitzbereitschafts-LED wird immer dann leuchten, wenn der Blitz
voll aufgeladen ist und das Symbol für den automatischen Blitz
dann im LCD angezeigt.

Verwenden der Rote Augen Reduzierung
Diese Funktion ermöglicht es Ihnen den Effekt der „roten Augen“ der immer
dann auftreten kann wenn Sie Porträtaufnahmen bei dunkler Umgebung

Hinweis: Da die Rote Augen Reduzierung jedes Mal wenn der automatische
Blitz ausgelöst wird, aktiviert wird gibt es eine Verzögerung beim Auslösen des
Blitzes von 1-2 Sekunden. Dies geschieht, da es notwendig ist die Funktion
der Rote Augen Reduzierung auszuführen. Betätigen Sie daher den Auslöser
und halten Sie diesen für 1-2 Sekunden gedrückt, bevor Sie den Auslöser
ganz nach unten durchdrücken.
Einsatz des Nachtporträtmodus
Diese Kamera ist mit einem Nachtporträtmodus ausgerüstet, der es Ihnen
ermöglicht, eine bessere Aufnahme bei Nacht oder dunkler Umgebung
aufzunehmen. In diesem Modus ist die Belichtungszeit verlängert auf einen
Wert von einer ¼ Sekunde. Der Blitz bleibt aktiviert.

Denken Sie daran den Ein-/Ausschalter auf die normale „ON“-
Position einzustellen nachdem Sie die Benutzung des Nachtporträtmodus
abgeschlossen haben.
Einsatz des Selbstauslösers
Diese Funktion erlaubt es dem Fotografen sich selbst zu fotografieren. Wenn
dieser Modus verwendet wird, sollte die Kamera auf jeden Fall auf einem
festen Untergrund, am besten aber auf einem Stativ, montiert werden.
1. Betätigen Sie den Mode Schalter ein Mal, bis das Symbol für den
Selbstauslöser “
” im LCD angezeigt wird.
2. Plazieren Sie die Kamera auf einem festen Untergrund und fokussieren Sie
das Motiv. Achten Sie dabei darauf, das sich das Objekt mindestens 1,50
m von der Kamera entfernt befindet. Zum Einrichten der Aufnahme können
Sie dabei auch die Zoomschalter verwenden.
3. Betätigen Sie nun den Auslöser.
4. Die Rote Augen Reduzierungs-LED wird nun für 7 Sekunden langsam und
dann für weitere 3 Sekunden schnell blinken. Erst dann wird der Auslöser
automatisch ausgelöst.
Doppelbelichtung
Eine Doppelbelichtung liegt dann vor, wenn vor der Entwicklung des Films,
ein bereits belichteter Teil des Films ein weiteres Mal belichtet wird. Diese
Funktion erlaubt es Ihnen das gleiche Motiv zwei Mal aufzunehmen. Damit
soll normalerweise ein besonderer Bildeffekt erzielt werden. Wenn Sie diesen
Modus verwenden, sollte die Kamera auf jeden Fall auf ein Stativ montiert
werden.
1. Betätigen Sie den Mode Schalter zwei Mal bis das Symbol für die
Doppelbelichtung
im LCD angezeigt wird.
2. Plazieren Sie die Kamera auf einem festen Untergrund und fokussieren Sie
das Motiv. Achten Sie dabei darauf, das sich das Objekt mindestens 1,50
m von der Kamera entfernt befindet. Zum Einrichten der Aufnahme können
Sie dabei auch die Zoomschalter verwenden.
3. Betätigen Sie nun den Auslöser. Der Film wird nun nicht bis zur nächsten
Aufnahme transportiert. So wird Ihnen ermöglicht dasselbe Motiv ein
weiteres Mal und dem gleichen Negativ zu belichten.
4. Betätigen Sie nun den Auslöser nun ein weiteres Mal und machen
Sie so eine weitere Aufnahme vom Motiv. Nun wird der Film zur

nächsten Aufnahme weiter transportiert und Sie haben die
Doppelbelichtung durchgeführt.
5. Die Kamera kehrt danach automatisch in den Automodus zurück.
6. Wenn Sie die Doppelbelichtungsfunktion nun mit einer weiteren Aufnahme
durchführen wollen, folgen sie bitte den Schritten 1 bis 4 im obigen
Abschnitt.
Rückspulen des Films
1. Sobald das Ende des Films erreicht ist, wird der Film
automatisch zurückgespult. Während des Rückspulvorgangs wird die
Anzahl der Aufnahmen im LCD rückwärts zählend angezeigt.
2. Um den Film vor Erreichen des eigentlichen Filmendes zurückzuspulen,
betätigen Sie den Knopf zur vorzeitigen Filmrückspulung.
3. Wenn der Rückspulvorgang abgeschlossen ist, stoppt der Motor
automatisch. Die Anzeige im LCD zeigt die „0“ für das Erreichen des
Filmanfangs an.
4. Nun können Sie die Rückwand öffnen und den Film für die Entwicklung
entnehmen.
Hinweis:
Öffnen Sie keinesfalls die Rückwand wenn ein Film der noch nicht ganz
zurückgespult wurde sich in der Kamera befindet. Der Film wird sonst
geschwärzt und so unbrauchbar.

Fissaggio della cinghia
1. Infilare l’estremo più sottile della cinghia nell’apposito occhiello. (Fig. 1)
2. Passare l’altra estremità della cinghia attraverso il cappio formato

Sostituire entrambe le batterie sempre allo stesso momento.
Dopo l’accensione della fotocamera, l’icona del livello di carica delle
batterie viene visualizzato sul monitor LCD e vi rimane mentre le
batterie sono cariche.

Se il livello di carica delle batterie è basso, l’icona del livello delle batterie
lampeggia. Quando ciò si verifica, sostituire immediatamente le
batterie.

Al momento di sostituire le batterie, fare scorrere l’interruttore di
accensione On/Off verso la posizione ‘OFF’.
Quando la fotocamera contiene la pellicola, la sostituzione delle batterie
dovrà realizzarsi entro 1 minuto.
Quando la fotocamera non contiene la pellicola e non viene utilizzata per
un lungo periodo di tempo, si consiglia di rimuovere le batterie.
Funzione risparmio energetico
Dopo 250 secondi d’inattività, la fotocamera si spegne automaticamente in
modo da prolungare la durata delle batterie. Per riattivare la fotocamera,
premere il pulsante di scatto o fare scorrere l’interruttore di accensione On/Off
prima verso ‘Off’ e poi di nuovo verso ‘ON’.
Velocità della pellicola
Questa fotocamera è progettata per usare pellicole con codifica DX ISO100,
ISO200 o ISO400. Se la pellicola è stata caricata correttamente, la fotocamera
imposterà automaticamente la velocità della pellicola ISO100 a 100/200ISO e
a ISO400 con una pellicola ISO400, leggendo lo schema neroargento situato
sulla cartuccia della pellicola.

2. Inserire una nuova pellicola nello scomparto

basta perché l’estremità della stessa arrivi in
corrispondenza del rocchetto di presa (Fig. 9).
4. Verificare che i fori della pellicola siano tesi
uniformemente tra le guide laterali (Fig. 10).
5. Chiudere lo scomparto della pellicola fino allo
scatto. Il rocchetto di presa della pellicola
avanzerà automaticamente fino all’innesto della
perforazione sui denti del rocchetto.

6. Far scorrere l’interruttore di accensione On/Off
verso la posizione ‘ON’ (Fig. 11). Il monitor LCD
visualizzerà il numero “1”.
7. La fotocamera è pronta per scattare la prima
foto.
Nota: La mancata visualizzazione del numero “1”
sullo schermo LCD e/o il lampeggiamento dell’icona
, indica che la pellicola non è stata caricata
correttamente. Aprire lo scomparto della pellicola, e
ripetere la procedura di caricamento.

Scattare le fotografie
1. Fare scorrere l’interruttore di accensione On/
Off verso la posizione ‘ON’, per accendere la
fotocamera (Fig. 11).
2. Tenere stabilmente la macchina fotografica con entrambe le mani. Fare
attenzione a non coprire l’obiettivo, il flash o il sensore del flash con le dita
o con i capelli.
3. Guardare attraverso il mirino e centrare il soggetto nel mirino. Per ottenere
fotografie nitide, accertarsi che il soggetto sia ad almeno 1,5 m dalla
macchina fotografica.
4. Per comporre l’immagine utilizzando la funzione zoom motorizzato,
premere semplicemente uno dei pulsanti del zoom. Premendo il pulsante
zoom tele, indicato con la lettera “T”, l’obiettivo si estenderà verso
l’esterno di circa 70 mm, in modo da permettervi d’ingrandire il soggetto.
Premendo il pulsante zoom grandangolo, indicato con la lettera “W”,
l’obiettivo si ritrae nella fotocamera di 35 mm verso l’impostazione
(normale) grandangolo.

5. Una volta composta l’immagine, per acquisirla, premere e mantenere
premuto durante alcuni istanti il pulsante di scatto.
6. La macchina fotografica avanzerà automaticamente al fotogramma
successivo.
Uso del flash
Questa fotocamera è dotata di un’unità flash incorporata che, in caso di scarsa
illuminazione, si attiverà e scatterà automaticamente. Durante la procedura
di ricarica, l’icona flash
inizierà a lampeggiare sullo schermo LCD. Il Led
verde di flash pronto resterà acceso quando il flash è pronto (la procedura di
ricarica normalmente dura circa 10 secondi).
Dispositivo flash “intelligente”
Questa fotocamera è dotata di un dispositivo flash “intelligente”. Se il flash
non è pronto ed il livello d’illuminazione è scarso, il pulsante di scatto non si
attiverà nemmeno nel caso in cui dovesse essere premuto. Questo vi aiuterà
ad evitare di acquisire immagini troppo scure.
Spia di flash pronto “smart”
Questa fotocamera è munita di una spia di flash pronto “smart”, che
funziona con il dispositivo di flash automatico.
• Il Led verde di flash pronto si accenderà quando il flash è completamente
carico e l’icona del flash automatico
verrà visualizzata nel pannello
LCD.
• Anche se il flash non è completamente carico, il Led verde di flash rimarrà
acceso, sempre che l’illuminazione sia sufficiente da permettere di scattare
una foto senza flash. In tal caso, l’icona flash
non verrà visualizzata sul
pannello LCD.
• Se il flash non è completamente carico e l’illuminazione è insufficiente per
acquisire una foto senza flash, il Led verde di flash non si accenderà.
L’utente non potrà acquisire una foto prima che il flash sia carico. Una volta
che il flash è carico, si accenderà un Led verde di flash pronto.

Utilizzo della funzione riduzione occhi rossi
Questa funzione riduce l’effetto occhi rossi, che potrebbe verificarsi in caso
di fotografie scattate con il flash in condizioni di scarsa illuminazione. Questa
funzione si avvia automaticamente quando il flash automatico è attivato e
scatta, evitando così il rischio di dimenticarvi di attivare il sistema di riduzione
occhi rossi.
Nota: All’attivarsi la funzione riduzione occhi rossi automaticamente
all’accensione del flash incorporato, vi è un intervallo di circa 1-2 secondi
prima che il flash scatti, in modo da consentire l’esecuzione della funzione
stessa. Premere il pulsante di scatto e mantenere la fotocamera ferma durante
1-2 secondi, fino allo scatto.
Utilizzo della modalità Night Portrait (ritratto notturno)
Questa fotocamera è munita di una modalità ritratto notturno, che, in caso di
ambienti oscuri o di foto notturne, vi permetterà di acquisire foto migliori. In
questa modalità, la velocità dell’otturatore si riduce di
¼ di secondo ed il flash rimane acceso.

Utilizzo dell’autoscatto
Questa funzione permette al fotografo di posizionarsi nella fotografia. Quando
utilizzate questa funzione, la fotocamera dev’essere collocata su un supporto
stabile (è consigliabile l’utilizzo di un treppiedi).
1. Premere il pulsante di modalità fino a quando non viene visualizzata l’icona
dell’autoscatto “
” sullo schermo LCD.
2. Collocate la fotocamera su supporto stabile e mettete a fuoco il soggetto.
Accertarsi che il soggetto sia ad almeno 1,5 m dalla fotocomera ed
utilizzare il pulsante zoom grandangolo/tele per comporre la vostra
immagine.
3. Premere il pulsante di scatto.
4. Il Led del sistema di riduzione occhi rossi prima lampeggerà lentamente
durante circa 7 secondi, successivamente lampeggerà più velocemente
durante gli ultimi 3 secondi, prima che il pulsante di scatto venga premuto
automaticamente.
Doppia esposizione
Si parla di doppia esposizione quando, prima di essere sviluppata, una parte
della pellicola è nuovamente scattata con una seconda immagine sovrapposta
alla prima. Questa funzione permette che lo stesso soggetto appaia due volte
nella stessa immagine e di ottenere delle foto con effetti speciali. Quando
utilizzate questa funzione, la fotocamera dev’essere collocata su un supporto
stabile (è consigliabile l’utilizzo di un treppiedi).
1. Premere il pulsante di modalità due volte fino a quando sullo schermo LCD
viene visualizzata l’icona doppia esposizione
.
2. Collocare la fotocamera su un supporto stabile e mettere a fuoco il
soggetto. Accertarsi che il soggetto sia ad almeno 1,5 m dalla fotocomera
ed utilizzare il pulsante zoom grandangolo/tele per comporre la vostra
immagine.
3. Premere il pulsante di scatto. La pellicola non avanzerà al fotogramma
successivo, in modo da permettervi di scattare una seconda foto dello
stesso soggetto sullo stesso fotogramma.
4. Premere nuovamente il pulsante d’accensione, per scattare la seconda
foto dello stesso soggetto. La pellicola avanzerà fino al fotogramma
successivo, permettendovi così di completare l’effetto doppia esposizione.
5. La fotocamera ripristina automaticamente la modalità automatica normale.
6. Per utilizzare una seconda volta la funzione doppia esposizione, è

necessario ripetere i passi dal numero 1 al numero 4 di questa sezione.
Riavvolgimento della pellicola
1. Una volta raggiunta la fine della pellicola, questa si riavvolgerà
automaticamente. Durante il riavvolgimento della pellicola, la finestra dei
valori del pannello LCD inizia il conto alla rovescia.
2. Per riavvolgere la pellicola quando non è ancora terminata, premere il
pulsante di riavvolgimento a metà rullino.
3. Una volta terminata la procedura di riavvolgimento, il motore si arresterà
automaticamente e la finestra dei valori del pannello LCD visualizzerà il
numero “0”.
4. Aprire lo scomparto della pellicola ed estrarre la pellicola per svilupparla.
Nota:
Non aprire lo scomparto della pellicola se la pellicola non è stata
completamente riavvolta, in caso contrario essa rischia di essere danneggiata.

De polsriem bevestigen
1. Steek de kleine lus van de polsriem door het daartoe bestemde oog (fig. 1).
2. Steek het andere uiteinde van de riem door de kleine lus (fig. 2).
3. Trek de polsriem stevig tegen het oog aan (fig. 3).
Plaatsen van de batterijen
1. Open het batterijvak door de grendel van het batterijvakdeksel in de
richting van de pijl te schuiven (fig. 4).
2. Klap het deksel van het batterijvak voorzichtig open (fig. 5).
3. Plaats twee AA-alkalinebatterijen in het

Vervang altijd beide batterijen tegelijk.
Nadat de camera is ingeschakeld, wordt de batterij-indicator
op het
LCD-scherm zichtbaar en blijft dit zolang het batterijvermogen voldoende
is.

De batterij-indicator begint te knipperen als het batterijvermogen niet
meer volstaat. In dit geval dient u de batterijen onmiddellijk te vervangen.
Vergeet de camera niet UIT te schakelen met behulp van de aan/uit-
schakelaar voor u de batterijen vervangt.
Als zich een film in de camera bevindt, moet de vervanging van de
batterijen binnen één minuut gebeuren.
Als de camera geen film beat en voor langere tijd niet wordt gebruikt,
dienen de batterijen te worden verwijderd.
Energiebesparende functie
Als de camera meer dan 250 seconden niet in gebruik is, wordt hij
automatisch uitgeschakeld, om de batterijen te sparen. Om de camera weer
in te schakelen, drukt u ofwel zacht op de ontspanner of schuift u de aan/uit-
schakelaar in de stand OFF en aansluitend weer in ON.

Een film laden
1. Open het filmcompartiment door het slotje van
de filmklep omlaag te duwen en de klep van het
filmcompartiment voorzichtig op te tillen.
2. Steek een nieuw filmrolletje in de filmkamer
(fig. 8).

3. Trek de filmlip uit tot aan de filmopwikkelspoel

4. Zorg ervoor dat de filmperforaties precies tussen
de geleiderails liggen (fig. 10)
5. Sluit de klep van het filmcompartiment tot
ze inklikt. De filmopwikkelspoel zal de film
automatisch opnemen.
6. Schuif de aan/uit-schakelaar in de stand ON (fig.
11). Op het LCD-scherm verschijnt 1.
7. Uw camera is nu gereed om een eerste foto te
maken.

Opmerking: Als op het LCD-scherm geen 1
verschijnt en/of het icoontje
knippert, dan
is de film wellicht niet correct geladen. Open de klep
van het filmcompartiment en laad de film opnieuw
zoals in de gebruiksaanwijzing beschreven.
Foto’s maken
1. Schuif de aan/uit-schakelaar in de stand ON, om de camera in te
schakelen (fig. 11).
2. Houd de camera stevig vast met beide handen. Zorg ervoor dat u de lens,
de flitser en de flitssensor niet bedekt met uw vingers of haar.
3. Kijk door de zoeker en vang uw object centraal in de zoeker. Om scherpe
foto’s te kunnen maken, moet het object zich op ten minste 1,5 m van de
camera bevinden.
4. Om een foto te maken met behulp van de powerzoom, drukt u gewoon
op een van de powerzoomknoppen. Als u op de tele-powerzoomknop
(gemarkeerd met een T) drukt, wordt de lens uitgeschoven tot de 70mm-
telelensfoto-instelling, om op uw onderwerp in te zoomen. Als u op de
wide-powerzoomknop (gemarkeerd met een W) drukt, wordt de lens in de
camera teruggeschoven tot de 35mm-groothoekinstelling (normaal).
5. Als u uw onderwerp zoals gewenst in beeld hebt, drukt u de ontspanner in
en houdt u deze ingedrukt om de foto te maken.
6. De camera zal daarna automatisch doorspoelen naar de volgende foto.
Over de flitser
Deze camera is uitgerust met een ingebouwde automatische flitser, die bij
zwakke lichtomstandigheden automatisch wordt geactiveerd en afgaat. Het

flitsericoontje
op het LCD-scherm knippert tijdens het opladen. De groene
flitser-gereed-LED blijft branden als de flitser klaar is voor gebruik (het laden
duurt gewoonlijk ongeveer 10 seconden).
“Intelligente” flitservergrendeling
Deze camera beschikt over een “intelligent” flitservergrendeling. Als de
ontspanner wordt ingedrukt wanneer de lichtomstandigheden slecht zijn en
de flitser nog niet gereed is, dan wordt de sluiter niet in werking gesteld. Dit
voorkomt dat u onbedoeld te donkere foto’s maakt.
“Slimme” flitser-gereed-LED
Deze camera beschikt over een “slimme” flitser-gereed-LED, die werkt met
de automatische flitser.
• De groene flitser-gereed-LED brandt als de flitser volledig is opgeladen; het
icoontje van de automatische flitser
verschijnt op het LCD-scherm.
• Ook als de flitser niet volledig is opgeladen, blijft de groene flitser-gereed-
LED branden als de lichtomstandigheden voldoende zijn om zonder flitser
een goede foto te maken. In dit geval verschijnt het flitsericoontje
op het LCD-scherm.

zonder flitser een goede foto te maken, zal de groene flitser-gereed-LED
niet branden. U zult dan niet in staat zijn om een foto te maken, tot de

De rode-ogenreductie gebruiken
Deze functie maakt het mogelijk om het rode-ogeneffect te minimaliseren, dat
soms optreedt als bij zwakke lichtomstandigheden flitsfoto’s van mensen of
dieren worden gemaakt. Deze functie wordt automatisch geactiveerd zodra
de ingebouwde automatische flitser geactiveerd is en afgaat; u kunt dus niet
vergeten om de rode-ogenreductie in te schakelen.
Opmerking: Daar de rode-ogenreductie automatisch wordt geactiveerd als de
automatische flitser afgaat, is er een vertraging van ongeveer 1-2 seconden
voor de flitser ook echt afgaat, om ervoor te zorgen dat de rode-ogenreductie
doeltreffend werkt. Druk de ontspanner in en houd de camera ongeveer 1-2
seconden stil, tot de sluiter in werking wordt gesteld.
De nachtportretmodus gebruiken
Deze camera is uitgerust met een nachtportretmodus,
die ervoor zorgt dat u ‘s nachts of in donkere
omgevingen betere foto’s kunt maken. In deze modus

wordt de sluitersnelheid vertraagd tot ¼ seconde en
blijft de flitser ingeschakeld.
1. Schuif de aan/uit-schakelaar in de
nachtportretmodus (fig. 12).
2. Volg de stappen 2 tot 6 in het hoofdstuk “Foto’s
maken”.
Opmerkingen:
•
Als de nachtportretmodus wordt gebruikt, is het aanbevolen uw camera op
een statief te monteren, om te voorkomen dat de camera wordt bewogen
en onscherpe foto’s maakt.
•

Zorg ervoor dat uw onderwerp na het flitslicht een ogenblik niet beweegt.
Denk eraan om de aan/uit-schakelaar weer in de stand ON te schuiven als
u de nachtportretmodus niet langer wenst te gebruiken.
De zelfontspanner gebruiken
Met deze functie kunt u foto’s maken waar u ook zelf opstaat. Als deze modus
wordt gebruikt, moet te camera op een stabiele ondergrond worden geplaatst
(het gebruik van een statief is aanbevolen).

op het LCD-scherm verschijnt.
2. Plaats de camera op een stevige ondergrond en richt hem op het
onderwerp. Zorg ervoor dat uw onderwerp ten minst 1,5 m van de
camera verwijderd is, en gebruik de tele- of wide-zoomknop om het
overeenkomstig uw wensen in beeld te brengen.
3. Druk op de ontspanner.
4. De rode-ogenreductie-LED knippert ongeveer 7 seconden traag,
vervolgens 3 seconden snel, en dan wordt de sluiter automatisch in
werking gesteld.
Dubbele belichting
Een dubbele belichting gebeurt als een belicht stuk film, alvorens het wordt
ontwikkeld, wordt belicht met een tweede beeld bovenop het eerste. Met deze
functie kan hetzelfde onderwerp tweemaal op dezelfde foto verschijnen, wat
meestal wordt gebruikt om speciale effecten te creëren. Als deze modus wordt
gebruikt, moet te camera op een stabiele ondergrond worden geplaatst (het
gebruik van een statief is aanbevolen).
1. Druk de modusknop tweemaal in, tot het icoontje van de dubbele
belichting
op het LCD-scherm verschijnt.
2. Plaats de camera op een stevige ondergrond en richt hem op het
onderwerp. Zorg ervoor dat uw onderwerp ten minst 1,5 m van de
camera verwijderd is, en gebruik de tele- of wide-zoomknop om het
overeenkomstig uw wensen in beeld te brengen.
3. Druk op de ontspanner. De film zal nu niet doorspoelen naar het volgende
beeld, zodat u op hetzelfde stuk film nog een tweede foto van het
onderwerp kunt maken.
4. Druk de ontspanner nogmaals in, om uw tweede foto van hetzelfde
onderwerp te maken. De film zal daarna doorspoelen naar het volgende
beeld. U hebt nu een foto gemaakt met het effect van een dubbele
belichting.
5. De camera keert automatisch naar de normale modus terug.
6. Om de functie van de dubbele belichting nogmaals te gebruiken, dient u de
stappen 1 tot 4 van dit hoofdstuk te herhalen.
De film terugspoelen
1. Zodra het einde van het filmrolletje is bereikt, wordt de film automatisch
teruggespoeld. Tijdens het terugspoelen, telt het beeldnummer op het

LCD-scherm af.
2. Om de film terug te spoelen voor het einde van het rolletje is bereikt, drukt
u op de filmterugspoelknop.
3. Als het terugspoelen is beëindigd, stopt de motor automatisch; het
beeldnummer op het LCD-scherm is 0.
4. Open de klep van het filmcompartiment en verwijder de film om hem te
ontwikkelen.
Opmerking
Open de klep van het filmcompartiment nooit als de film nog niet volledig is
teruggespoeld! Anders wordt de film onbruikbaar gemaakt.
