attachment not provided with the product or loss of parts or subjecting

INSTRUCTIONS  
The Charge Indicator Meter  
(Fig. 1) indicates the amount  
of charge remaining in  
rechargeable batteries. The  
highest number displayed  
on meter is the maximum  
percentage of capacity  
remaining (“40” means  
40%) and will be visible for
