Congratulations on purchasing this new PerfectDraft. From now on you can

enjoy the perfect taste of fresh, cold draft beer at home.The system keeps

your beer fresh and at exactly the right temperature so that you can pour

a cold beer whenever you feel like it. Several beer brands are available for

this system.You can ﬁnd the beer brands available in your country on the

box of the PerfectDraft system (also see chapter ‘Keg suppliers’ at the end

of user manual).You can visit our website at www.perfectdraft.com for

more information.

The PerfectDraft system is intended for home use only. It is not suitable for

professional use.

This user manual tells you how to use the PerfectDraft.

the appliance

If the mains cord is damaged, you must have it replaced by Philips, a

service centre authorised by Philips or similarly qualiﬁed persons in

order to avoid a hazard.

Check if the voltage indicated on the bottom of the appliance

corresponds to the local mains voltage before you connect the

appliance.

Do not use the appliance when the mains cord, the plug or the

appliance itself is damaged.

Keep the appliance out of the reach of children.The handle can be

removed for extra safety.

Put the appliance on a horizontal, even and stable surface. Leave at

least 10cm free space around the appliance for the best performance.

In an environment with an ambient temperature of 23°C, it takes

approximately 12 to 15 hours to chill an uncooled keg to the ideal

drinking temperature of 3°C.At higher ambient temperatures,

chilling the keg takes longer.

When you use the appliance above 32°C, the beer temperature may

rise above 3°C.When the temperature decreases to below 32°C, the

beer temperature drops to 3°C again.

Do not expose the appliance to direct sunlight.

Always clean the appliance before you store it for a longer period.

Do not lift the appliance by the tap handle.

Do not cover the appliance (e.g. with a towel) to prevent it from

overheating.

the keg

Always read and follow the instructions and safety warnings on the

keg before you install it in the appliance.

Do not shake the keg.

Store an open keg at the right temperature by leaving it in the

appliance. Make sure the appliance is switched on. If you switch

off the appliance because you are not going to use it for a longer

period (e.g. a holiday), always remove the open keg from the

appliance and put it in the fridge. Once a keg has been opened, the

beer stays fresh for 30 days.

Never store the keg in the freezer! Freezing may cause serious

damage to the keg.

To avoid the risk of explosion, do not expose the keg to direct

sunlight or temperatures higher than 30°C.

Always check the expiry date on the keg when you buy it and before

you install it.

Do not use the keg if the connection top is damaged. If the

connection top is damaged, the tap unit does not ﬁt onto it.

Unopened kegs keep best when you store them at a stable

temperature.The cooler you store the keg, the better.

The keg is under pressure. Do not remove the connection top or

pierce the keg with a sharp object.

Maximum working pressure: 1.5 bar.

Use the keg only for the HD3620/HD3600 PerfectDraft. Do not

connect other equipment to the keg.

Do not use kegs from other suppliers than the ones mentioned in

this user manual (see chapter ‘Keg suppliers’).

Do not use damaged kegs in this appliance, as this could harm the

appliance. Return a damaged keg immediately to the shop where you

bought it.

The kegs are not stackable.

Electromagnetic ﬁelds (EMF)

This Philips appliance complies with all standards regarding electromagnetic

ﬁelds (EMF). If handled properly and according to the instructions in this

user manual, the appliance is safe to use based on scientiﬁc evidence

available today.

Preparing for use

1 Put the appliance on a horizontal, even and stable surface. Leave at

least 10cm free space around the appliance for the best performance.

Note: Do not put the appliance in a place where it is exposed to direct sunlight

or to high temperatures (e.g. close to a cooker or an oven).

2 To store excess cord, push it into the storage compartment at the

back of the appliance.

3 Insert the plug into the wall socket.

4 Install the drip tray.

5 Attach the tap handle.

6 Place the preferred medallion on top of the handle.

Placing the tap unit onto the keg

Always clean the tap unit with hot water and, if necessary, with some

washing-up liquid before you place it on the keg and insert the tube.

1 Remove the protection cap and the tube from the keg.

2 Put the tap unit onto the connection top of the keg by pushing it

down ﬁrmly (‘click’).

If you snap the tap unit onto the keg correctly, it ﬁts nicely between the

two chimes of the keg.

Tip: If you can move the arm of the connection top freely up and down, the tap

unit is placed properly on the keg.

Placing the tube into the tap unit

1 Insert the ﬂexible tube into the tap body.

2 Slide the projections of the tube connector under the hinge points.

3 Push the tube connector into the opening in the tap unit (‘click’).

Placing the keg into the appliance

Never place the keg into the appliance if you have not assembled the tap

unit and the tube properly. See sections ‘Placing the tap unit onto the

keg’ and ‘Placing the tube into the tap unit’ in this chapter.

1 Slide the release button to the right to open the doors.

2 Lift the two blue locking levers completely.

3 Tilt the keg with the assembled tap unit slightly forward and put it

into the appliance.

First put the keg on the cooling plate of the appliance.

Then put the keg upright by sliding the tap unit between the blue

locking levers.

4 Push down the blue locking levers until they are in horizontal

position.

If you are unable to put the locking levers in horizontal position, you have

not put the keg into the appliance in the right position.Take out the keg

and follow steps 1 to 3 again.

After you have installed the keg (even the ﬁrst time), the pump runs

for a few seconds.

5 Close the doors.

After you have installed the keg, the appliance automatically starts to cool

the keg.

Note:At an ambient temperature of 23°C, chilling an uncooled keg takes

12-15 hours.

Tip:If you want to pour beer shortly after placing the keg in the appliance,

prechill the keg in upright position in the fridge for a while before you install it.

For more tips, see chapter ‘Troubleshooting’.

The display shows the temperature of the beer, the beer level inside

the keg and the freshness of the beer.

Wait until the temperature of the keg has dropped below 4°C before you

start to pour beer.The ideal drinking temperature is 3°C.

The colour of the temperature displayed tells you if the beer has reached

the right drinking temperature.

Red = the beer temperature is not yet ideal for consumption (above

4°C).The beer head may be too large.

Green = the beer has reached the right temperature (4°C or below)

for consumption.

level indication

The yellow-orange level indication on the display shows the amount of

beer left in the keg in eight steps.

Note: If you use 20cl glasses, you can pour approx. 30 glasses of beer from

one keg. If you use 33cl glasses, you can pour approx. 18 glasses.

Freshness indication

The freshness indication tells you how long the beer is still fresh.

When you place a new keg in the appliance, the freshness

indication shows that the beer in the keg stays fresh for 30 days.The

indication counts down from 30 to 0 days.

Once the keg has been opened, the beer stays fresh for 30 days if the

keg is stored in the appliance

Make sure the appliance is switched on all the time.

When 30 days have passed, the display shows that the keg needs to be

replaced.A dash and an exclamation mark appear on the display.

adapting the freshness indication

If you want to switch off the appliance for a longer period (e.g. a

holiday), store the opened keg in the fridge. Disconnect the tap unit,

rinse the top of the keg, rinse the tube and store the tube with the keg

in the fridge.

Always write down the date and the number of days that the beer inside

the keg is still fresh on the keg (see number of days on the display).

When you reinstall the opened keg, you can set the freshness indicator

to the correct number of days with the – and + buttons.

Tip: To calculate the correct number of days: compare the date with the one

you have written on the keg and subtract the number of days the keg lay in

the fridge from the number you wrote on the keg when you stored it.

other indications

Besides the beer level and temperature, the display gives the following

information:

Green dash with no level indication visible = the tap unit is not present

on the keg.

Red dash with no level indication visible = no keg is installed.

Red or green dash with ﬂashing yellow-orange background light = the

tap unit and/or tube are not properly placed. Remove the keg and

check if the tap unit and the tube are properly placed. See chapter

‘Preparing for use’, sections ‘Placing the tap unit onto the keg’ and

‘Placing the tube into the tap unit’. If this does not help, try another keg

with a new tube.

other indications

Red indicator light ﬂashes = the tap unit and/or tube are not properly

placed.

How to pour a perfect beer

Follow the instructions below to pour a perfect beer.

cleaning beer glasses

Always use clean beer glasses when you tap beer.

1 Clean the glasses carefully in hot water with some washing-up liquid.

2 Rinse the glasses thoroughly with cold tap water.

In this way you remove all grease and soap residues, which allows you to

pour a beer with a good head.

3 Hold the glasses upside down to the light to check if they are free of

grease and soap residues.

The glasses are clean when the water runs down the surface evenly,

without revealing any stains.

Tip: If you clean beer glasses in the dishwasher, do not use a rinse agent. Rinse

agent residues may break down the foam head of the beer.

Pouring beer

1 You get the best results if you pour the beer in a cool, clean and wet

glass!

Note:A cool glass ensures a more stable beer head. It also keeps freshly

poured beer fresh longer and helps to retain its sparkling quality.

Note: For the best quality draft beer, always clean and rinse used

glasses before you use them again.This prevents foam residues of previously

poured beer from causing too much foam in freshly poured beer.

Note: When you have not poured beer for more than a week, it is

recommended to let beer ﬂow into the glass for 1 second.Then rinse the glass

with cold water before you ﬁll it with fresh beer.

2 Hold the glass by the bottom or in the middle to make sure it stays

clean.

3 Open the tap in one quick, smooth movement.

The beer only ﬂows properly into the glass if the tap is completely open.

If the tap is only half open, the beer is forced through the tap, causing it to

foam more strongly.

Let the beer to ﬂow down the inside of the glass.

4 To vary the size of the beer head, vary the angle at which you hold

the glass under the spout and vary the distance between the glass

and the spout.

The more upright and the closer to the spout you hold the glass, the more

foam you obtain.

Note: Do not let the end of the spout touch the beer glass, the beer or the

beer head.Any beer residues present on the spout affect the forming of the

beer head.

5 Slowly move the glass to vertical position while you pour your beer.

6 Fill the glass until the foam almost ﬂows over the rim of the glass.

7 Close the tap in one smooth movement.

Note: The pump may go on.

8 Europe (except Germany and the UK): For the best end result,

remove excess foam from the glass by moving a skimmer over the

rim of the glass at an angle of 45° in one smooth movement.

Note: Never leave the skimmer lying on the worktop, but put it in a clean glass

with fresh, cold water or rinse it right away. Only pass the skimmer over the

glass once, as further skimming has a negative effect on the quality of the beer

head.

1 Dry the bottom of the glass by passing it over a cloth.

2 Use a clean beer mat for your guest.

3 Pick up the glass in the middle and serve the beer on the beer mat.

of the appliance.

4 Press on the release buttons on both sides of the tap unit (1).The

tap unit is released from the keg with a click and you can remove it

(2).

You have to remove the tap unit from the keg before you can replace the

tube.

Always replace the tube when you install a new keg. Never use a tube for

more than 30 days.

cleaning

Clean the appliance when you replace the keg or when you store the

appliance for a longer period.

Never use scouring pads, scouring agents or aggressive liquids such as

petrol or acetone to clean the appliance.

1 Always unplug the appliance before you clean it.

2 Clean the outside of the appliance with a damp cloth.

3 Remove the spout.

4 Remove and disassemble the drip tray and the drip tray cover.

5 You can remove the tap handle by pulling it out of the tap body.

6 Clean the tap unit, the drip tray and the drip tray cover with hot

water and, if necessary, some washing-up liquid.

Hot water may cause burns.Always check if the water is not too hot

before you clean these parts under the tap.

Only the drip tray, the drip tray cover and the spout are dishwasher-

proof.

Environment

Do not throw away the appliance with the normal household waste

at the end of its life, but hand it in at an ofﬁcial collection point for

recycling. By doing this, you help to preserve the environment.

Disposal of the cooling element

The cooling element inside the appliance contains a substance

that may pollute the environment.Therefore you must remove

the cooling element before you discard the appliance.

You can also take or send the appliance to a Philips service centre.The staff

of this centre will remove the cooling element for you and will dispose of it

in an environmentally safe way.

Only remove the cooling element when you discard the appliance!

Be careful of the paste on the cooling element and adjacent parts. If this

paste ends up on your clothes, it causes a permanent stain.

Remove the cooling element in the following way:

1 Unplug the appliance.

2 Slide the release button to the right to open the doors.

There are two holes near the hinges of the doors on either side.

3 Remove the four screws located in these holes with a screwdriver.

4 Remove the back cover from the appliance.

5 Pull the cooling fan out of the appliance.

Now you see an aluminium plate with ﬁns on it and with two screw

holes.

6 Undo the screws with a screwdriver.

7 Remove the aluminium plate.

After you have removed the aluminium plate, you see a white plate

of approx. 4 x 4cm.This is the actual cooling element.

8 Place the ﬂat blade of a screwdriver behind the cooling element.

Twist the screwdriver to pry the cooling element off the back of the

aluminium plate.

9 Cut the wires attached to the cooling element.

Do not connect the appliance to the mains again after you have removed

the cooling element.

Never reassemble the cooling element once you have removed it.

Problem

Solution

The beer tastes bad.

Make sure you keep the appliance plugged in all the time. Once the keg

has been opened and is kept cool, the beer stays fresh for 30 days. Check

the expiry date on the keg before you install a new keg.

Always clean the tap unit and place a new tube into it when you install a

new keg.

Make sure you use clean glasses.

The temperature on the

Make sure that the doors are properly closed (see chapter ‘Preparing for

use’, section ‘Placing the keg into the appliance’).

During hot days, put the appliance in a cooler place.

Place the appliance in an environment with an ambient temperature

between 3°C and 32°C. Leave at least 10cm free space around the

appliance. Do not expose the appliance to direct sunlight.

Check if the fan outlet at the back of the appliance is free from dust

and/or other particles.

At an ambient temperature of 23°C, chilling the keg takes approximately

12-15 hours.

At higher ambient temperatures, chilling the keg takes longer.When

you use the appliance above 32°C, the beer temperature may rise

above 3°C.When the temperature decreases to below 32°C, the beer

temperature drops to 3°C again.

You can prechill the keg in upright position in the fridge for a while before

you install the keg.

Das gerät

Ist das Netzkabel defekt, darf es nur von einem Philips Service-

Center oder einer von Philips autorisiertenWerkstatt durch ein

Original-Ersatzkabel ausgetauscht werden, um Gefährdungen zu

vermeiden.

Prüfen Sie vor Inbetriebnahme, ob die Spannungsangabe auf

der Unterseite des Geräts mit der örtlichen Netzspannung

übereinstimmt.

Benutzen Sie das Gerät nicht, wenn das Netzkabel, der Netzstecker

oder das Gerät selbst beschädigt ist.

Halten Sie das Gerät außerhalb der Reichweite von Kindern. Der

Zapfhahn lässt sich als zusätzliche Sicherheitsmaßnahme abnehmen.

Stellen Sie das Gerät auf eine waagerechte, ebene und stabile

Unterlage. Für eine optimale Leistung sollte um das Gerät herum

mindestens 10 cm Platz frei bleiben.

Bei einer Umgebungstemperatur von 23°C dauert es etwa 12 bis 15

Stunden, bis ein ungekühltes Bierfass auf die idealeTrinktemperatur

von 3°C gekühlt ist. Bei höheren Umgebungstemperaturen dauert

die Kühlung des Fasses entsprechend länger.

Wenn Sie das Gerät beiTemperaturen von über 32°C benutzen,

steigt die Biertemperatur unter Umständen auf über 3°C an.

Geht die Umgebungstemperatur unter 32°C zurück, fällt auch die

Biertemperatur wieder auf 3°C.

Setzen Sie das Gerät nicht direktem Sonnenlicht aus.

Reinigen Sie das Gerät, bevor Sie es für einen längeren Zeitraum

wegstellen.

Heben Sie das Gerät nicht am Zapfhahn an.

ZurVermeidung von Überhitzung sollten Sie das Gerät nicht

abdecken (z. B. mit einem Handtuch).

Das Bierfass

Lesen und beachten Sie die Anweisungen und Sicherheitshinweise auf

dem Bierfass, bevor Sie es in das Gerät einsetzen.

Schütteln Sie das Fass nicht.

Lassen Sie das geöffnete Fass im eingeschalteten Gerät, damit es die

richtigeTemperatur behält.Wenn Sie das Gerät ausschalten, weil Sie

beabsichtigen, es über einen längeren Zeitraum (z. B. während des

Urlaubs) nicht zu benutzen, sollten Sie das Bierfass herausnehmen

und im Kühlschrank aufbewahren. Ein geöffnetes Bierfass ist 30Tage

lang haltbar.

Bewahren Sie das Fass niemals imTiefkühlfach auf! Das Einfrieren

würde dem Fass erheblichen Schaden zufügen.

Um das Risiko einer Explosion zu vermeiden, sollten Sie das

Bierfass weder direktem Sonnenlicht nochTemperaturen über 30°C

aussetzen.

Achten Sie beim Kauf und vor dem Einsetzen des Bierfasses immer

auf das darauf abgedruckte Mindesthaltbarkeitsdatum.

Benutzen Sie das Fass nicht, wenn die Oberseite defekt ist. Bei

beschädigter Oberseite lässt sich die Zapfeinheit nicht montieren.

Ungeöffnete Bierfässer halten am längsten, wenn sie bei

gleichbleibenderTemperatur gelagert werden. Je kühler Sie das Fass

aufbewahren, umso besser.

Das Bierfass steht unter Druck. Entfernen Sie die Oberseite nicht;

stechen Sie auch kein Loch mit einem spitzen Gegenstand in das Fass.

Maximaler Betriebsdruck: 1,5 bar.

Verwenden Sie das Fass ausschließlich für die PerfectDraft Modelle

HD3620/HD3600. Setzen Sie das Fass in kein anderes Gerät.

Verwenden Sie ausschließlich Fässer der in dieser

Bedienungsanleitung genannten Hersteller (siehe Kapitel

“Fasshersteller”).

Verwenden Sie keine defekten Bierfässer, um Schäden am Gerät

zu vermeiden. Geben Sie ein beschädigtes Bierfass gleich in dem

Geschäft zurück, in dem Sie es gekauft haben.

Die Fässer lassen sich nicht stapeln.

Elektromagnetische Felder (EMF; Electro Magnetic Fields)

Dieses Philips Gerät erfüllt sämtliche Normen bezüglich

elektromagnetischer Felder (EMF). Nach aktuellen wissenschaftlichen

Erkenntnissen ist das Gerät sicher im Gebrauch, sofern es ordnungsgemäß

und entsprechend den Anweisungen in dieser Bedienungsanleitung

gehandhabt wird.

Für den gebrauch vorbereiten

Das gerät in Betrieb nehmen

1 Stellen Sie das Gerät auf eine waagerechte, ebene und stabile

Unterlage. Für eine optimale Leistung sollte um das Gerät herum

mindestens 10 cm Platz frei bleiben.

Hinweis: Stellen Sie das Gerät nicht an einen Ort, an dem es direktem

Sonnenlicht oder hohenTemperaturen ausgesetzt ist (z. B. in der Nähe eines

des Geräts schieben.

4 Setzen Sie die Auffangschale ein.

5 Befestigen Sie den Zapfhahn.

6 Befestigen Sie die gewünschte Plakette oben auf dem Zapfhahn.

Die Zapfeinheit am Fass anbringen

Reinigen Sie die Zapfeinheit immer mit heißemWasser, bei Bedarf mit

etwas Spülmittel, bevor Sie sie auf das Bierfass setzen und den Schlauch

einführen.

1 Nehmen Sie die Schutzkappe und den Schlauch vom Bierfass.

2 Drücken Sie die Zapfeinheit fest auf die Oberseite des Fasses, bis sie

mit einem “Klick” hörbar einrastet.

Wenn die Zapfeinheit richtig auf dem Fass sitzt, passt sie genau zwischen

dessen beide Ränder.

Tipp: Die Zapfeinheit sitzt richtig auf dem Fass, wenn Sie den Arm der

Oberseite frei auf- und abwärts bewegen können.

Den schlauch in die Zapfeinheit einführen

1 Schieben Sie den biegsamen Schlauch in das Mittelstück der

Zapfeinheit.

2 Schieben Sie dieVorsprünge des Schlauchanschlusses unter das

Scharnier.

3 Schieben Sie den Schlauchanschluss in die Öffnung der Zapfeinheit,

bis er mit einem “Klick” hörbar einrastet.

Das Fass in das gerät setzen

Stellen Sie das Fass keinesfalls in das Gerät, bevor Sie nicht die

Zapfeinheit und den Schlauch korrekt zusammengesteckt haben. Siehe

hierzu die Abschnitte “Die Zapfeinheit am Fass anbringen” und “Den

Schlauch in die Zapfeinheit einführen” in diesem Kapitel.

1 Schieben Sie die Entriegelungstaste nach rechts, um die Klappen zu

öffnen.

2 Heben Sie die beiden blauenVerschlusshebel bis zum Anschlag an.

3 Kippen Sie das Fass mit der darauf montierten Zapfeinheit leicht

nach vorne und stellen Sie es in das Gerät.

Stellen Sie das Fass zuerst auf die Kühlplatte des Geräts.

Richten Sie dann das Fass auf, indem Sie die Zapfeinheit zwischen die

blauenVerschlusshebel schieben.

4 Drücken Sie die blauenVerschlusshebel nach unten, bis beide

waagerecht stehen.

Wenn es nicht möglich ist, dieVerschlusshebel waagerecht zu stellen, haben

Sie das Fass nicht richtig in das Gerät gestellt. Nehmen Sie es heraus und

folgen Sie anschließend erneut den Schritten 1 bis 3.

Nachdem Sie das Fass eingesetzt haben (auch beim ersten Mal), läuft

die Pumpe einige Sekunden lang.

5 Schließen Sie die Klappen des Geräts.

Die Kühlung

Sobald Sie das Fass eingesetzt haben, beginnt das Gerät mit dem Kühlen.

Hinweis: Bei einer Umgebungstemperatur von 23°C dauert es

12 - 15 Stunden, bis ein ungekühltes Fass gekühlt ist.

Tipp:Wenn Sie schon kurz nach dem Einsetzen des Fasses in das Gerät

Bier zapfen möchten, kühlen Sie das Fass in aufrechter Position eineWeile

im Kühlschrank, bevor Sie es in das Gerät stellen.

1 Warten Sie, bis das Bier eineTrinktemperatur von 4°C oder

niedriger erreicht hat.

DieTemperatur wird im Display grün angezeigt (siehe Abschnitt

“LCD-Display” in diesem Kapitel).

Im Display werden die Biertemperatur, der Füllstand im Fass und der

Frischegrad des Biers angezeigt.

temperaturanzeige

Warten Sie mit dem Zapfen, bis das Bier kälter als 4°C ist. Die ideale

Trinktemperatur liegt bei 3°C.

Die Farbe der angezeigtenTemperatur gibt Auskunft darüber, ob das Bier

die richtigeTemperatur erreicht hat.

Rot = Die Biertemperatur ist noch nicht ideal zumTrinken (über 4°C).

Das Bier schäumt unter Umständen noch zu stark.

Grün = Das Bier hat die richtigeTemperatur (4°C oder weniger) zum

Trinken erreicht.

Füllstandsanzeige

Die gelb-orange Füllstandsanzeige im Display zeigt die im Fass verbliebene

Biermenge in achtfacher Unterteilung an.

Hinweis:Wenn Sie Gläser mit einem Fassungsvermögen von 20 cl benutzen,

können Sie ca. 30 Gläser Bier aus einem Fass zapfen. Bei 33 cl Gläsern reicht

ein Fass für ca. 18 Gläser Bier.

Frischeanzeige

Anhand der Frischeanzeige sehen Sie, wie lange das Bier noch frisch bleibt.

Wenn Sie ein neues Fass in das Gerät gestellt haben, gibt Ihnen die

Anzeige an, dass das Bier im Fass noch 30Tage lang frisch bleibt.

Danach zählt die Anzeige von 30 auf 0Tage zurück.

Nach dem Öffnen des Fasses bleibt das Bier 30Tage lang frisch, sofern

das Fass im Gerät aufbewahrt wird.

Das Gerät muss die ganze Zeit über eingeschaltet bleiben.

Nach 30Tagen zeigt die Anzeige an, dass das Fass ausgewechselt

werden muss.Auf der Anzeige sind ein Gedankenstrich und ein

Ausrufezeichen zu sehen.

Die Frischeanzeige einstellen

Wenn Sie das Gerät für einen längeren Zeitraum ausschalten möchten,

z. B. während Sie im Urlaub sind, sollten Sie das geöffnete Fass im

Kühlschrank aufbewahren. Nehmen Sie die Zapfeinheit ab, spülen Sie

das Fass oben ab, spülen Sie den Schlauch durch und bewahren Sie ihn

mit dem Fass im Kühlschrank auf.

Vermerken Sie auf dem Fass immer das Datum und die AnzahlTage, die

das Bier im Fass noch frisch bleibt (= AnzahlTage auf der Anzeige).

Wenn Sie dann das geöffnete Fass wieder in das Gerät stellen, können

Sie die Frischeanzeige über dieTasten - und + auf die richtige Anzahl

vonTagen einstellen.

Tipp: So berechnen Sie die verbleibendenTage richtig:Vergleichen Sie das

aktuelle Datum mit dem, das Sie auf das Fass geschrieben haben, als Sie es

in den Kühlschrank stellten, und ziehen Sie davon dieTage ab, die das Fass im

Kühlschrank gestanden hat.

Grüner Gedankenstrich ohne erkennbare Füllstandsanzeige = Keine

Zapfeinheit auf dem Fass montiert.

Roter Gedankenstrich ohne erkennbare Füllstandsanzeige = Kein Fass

im Gerät.

Roter oder grüner Gedankenstrich bei blinkendem gelb-

orangefarbenem Hintergrund = Zapfeinheit und/oder Schlauch sind

nicht richtig aufgesetzt. Nehmen Sie das Fass heraus und überprüfen

Sie den richtigen Sitz der Zapfeinheit und des Schlauchs. Siehe

hierzu die Abschnitte “Die Zapfeinheit am Fass anbringen” und “Den

Schlauch in die Zapfeinheit einführen” im Kapitel “Für den Gebrauch

vorbereiten”.Wenn dies nicht hilft, versuchen Sie es mit einem anderen

Fass und einem neuen Schlauch.

Weitere anzeigen

Rot blinkende Betriebsanzeige = Die Zapfeinheit und/oder der

Schlauch sind nicht richtig aufgesetzt.

Bier perfekt zapfen

Wenn Sie ein perfekt gezapftes Bier ausschenken möchten, befolgen Sie die

nachstehenden Anweisungen.

Die Biergläser reinigen

Verwenden Sie stets saubere Gläser, wenn Sie Bier zapfen.

1 Reinigen Sie die Gläser sorgfältig mit heißemWasser und etwas

Spülmittel.

2 Spülen Sie die Gläser gründlich mit klarem, kaltem Leitungswasser

nach.

Auf diese Weise entfernen Sie alle Fett- und Spülmittelrückstände; das ist

wichtig, damit das Bier beim Einschenken den gewünschten Schaum bildet.

3 Halten Sie die Gläser nach unten gegen das Licht. So sehen Sie, ob

sie völlig frei von Fett- und Spülmittelrückständen sind.

Die Gläser sind sauber, wenn das Wasser gleichmäßig abtropft, ohne

Flecken am Glas zu hinterlassen.

Tipp:Wenn Sie Biergläser im Geschirrspüler reinigen, sollten Sie keinen

Klarspüler verwenden. Durch Klarspülerrückstände kann die Schaumkrone in

sich zusammenfallen.

Bier ausschenken

1 Die besten Ergebnisse erzielen Sie, wenn Sie das Bier in ein kühles,

sauberes und nasses Glas einschenken!

Hinweis: In einem kühlen Glas hält die Schaumkrone länger. Zudem bleibt

frisch gezapftes Bier auch länger frisch und spritzig.

Hinweis: Fassbier lässt sich am besten zapfen, wenn Sie die gebrauchten

Gläser vor dem erneuten Gebrauch reinigen und ausspülen. Dadurch

wird verhindert, dass sich beim neu gezapften Bier zuviel Schaum durch

Schaumrückstände im Glas bildet.

Hinweis:Wenn Sie länger als eineWoche kein Bier gezapft haben, empfehlen

wir, das Bier 1 Sekunde lang in ein Glas ﬂießen zu lassen und das Glas

anschließend kalt auszuspülen, bevor Sie es frisch füllen.

2 Fassen Sie das Glas unten oder in der Mitte an, damit es sauber

bleibt.

3 Öffnen Sie den Zapfhahn mit einer zügigen Bewegung.

Das Bier läuft nur richtig in das Glas, wenn der Zapfhahn ganz geöffnet ist.

Ist der Hahn nur halb offen, wird das Bier durch den Zapfhahn gepresst

und entwickelt zu viel Schaum.

Lassen Sie das Bier an der Innenwand des Glases hinab ﬂießen.

4 Die Schaumkrone können Sie durch denWinkel beeinﬂussen, mit

dem Sie das Glas unter den Auslauf halten, zudem durch den Abstand

zwischen Glas und Bierauslauf.

Je senkrechter und je näher am Auslauf Sie das Glas halten, desto mehr

Schaum erhalten Sie.

Hinweis:Achten Sie darauf, dass die Spitze des Bierauslaufs weder das Glas

noch den Bierschaum oder das Bier berührt, da Bierrückstände am Auslauf die

Bildung der Schaumkrone beeinträchtigen.

5 Richten Sie das Glas während des Zapfvorgangs langsam auf.

6 Füllen Sie das Glas, bis der Schaum fast über den Glasrand läuft.

7 Schließen Sie den Zapfhahn mit einer zügigen Bewegung.

Hinweis: Es kann sein, dass sich dabei die Pumpe einschaltet.

8 Europa (außer Deutschland und Großbritannien): Die besten

Ergebnisse erzielen Sie, wenn Sie überschüssigen Schaum zügig mit

einem Abstreifer in einemWinkel von 45° vom Glasrand streichen.

Hinweis: Lassen Sie den Abstreifer nicht auf der Arbeitsﬂäche liegen, sondern

tauchen Sie ihn in ein Glas mit frischem kaltemWasser oder spülen Sie ihn

sofort ab. Führen Sie den Abstreifer nur einmal über das Glas, denn weiteres

Abschöpfen würde die Qualität der Schaumkrone beeinträchtigen.

Sie haben jetzt ein perfekt eingeschenktes Fassbier.

1 Trocknen Sie den Glasboden, indem Sie ihn über einTuch streifen.

2 Nehmen Sie einen neuen Bierdeckel für Ihren Gast.

3 Heben Sie das Glas in der Mitte an und servieren Sie das Bier auf

dem Bierdeckel, wobei das Logo der Biermarke (sofern auf dem Glas

vorhanden) in Richtung des Gastes zeigt.

umweltgerecht entsorgt.

Nehmen Sie das Kühlelement nur heraus, wenn Sie das Gerät entsorgen!

Vorsicht! Die auf dem Kühlelement und den angrenzenden Geräteteilen

aufgebrachte Paste verursacht auf Kleidung Flecken, die sich nicht

entfernen lassen.

Bauen Sie das Kühlelement wie folgt aus:

Abschnitte “Die Zapfeinheit auf das Fass aufsetzen” und “Den

Schlauch in die Zapfeinheit einsetzen”).

beides wieder auf bzw. ein. Bleibt das Problem bestehen, bestellen

Das Gerät macht ein Geräusch.

Da da Gerät konstant kühlt, läuft auch derVentilator ständig.

Während Sie gerade ein Bier zapfen, schaltet sich möglicherweise

die Pumpe ein, um den erforderlichen Druck im Fass aufrecht zu

erhalten. Die Pumpe geht zu diesem Zweck gelegentlich an und aus.

neues einsetzen.

Das Bier schmeckt nicht.

Lassen Sie das Gerät ständig am Stromnetz. In einem geöffneten,

kühl gehaltenen Fass bleibt das Bier 30Tage lang frisch.Achten Sie

beim Einsetzen eines neuen Fasses auf das Mindesthaltbarkeitsdatum.

Reinigen Sie die Zapfeinheit und verwenden Sie bei einem neuen

Fass auch immer einen neuen Schlauch.

Nehmen Sie immer saubere Gläser.

mindestens 10 cm Platz frei. Setzen Sie das Gerät keinem direkten

Sonnenlicht aus.

Prüfen Sie, ob dieVentilatoröffnung hinten am Gerät frei von Staub

und Schmutz ist.

Das Gerät kühlt das Bier nicht

genügend

Bei einer Umgebungstemperatur von 23°C dauert es etwa 12 - 15

Stunden, bis das Fass gekühlt ist.

Bei höheren Umgebungstemperaturen dauert es länger, das Fass zu

kühlen.Wenn Sie das Gerät bei einerTemperatur von mehr als

32°C benutzen, steigt die Biertemperatur ggf. auf über 3° an. Geht

die Umgebungstemperatur auf unter 32°C zurück, sinkt auch die

Biertemperatur wieder auf 3°C.

Sie können das Fass in aufrechter Stellung im Kühlschrank vorkühlen,

bevor Sie es in das Gerät einsetzen.

Avant de brancher l’appareil, vériﬁez que la tension indiquée sur la

base correspond à la tension secteur locale.

N’utilisez pas l’appareil si la ﬁche, le cordon d’alimentation ou

l’appareil lui-même sont endommagés.

Tenez l’appareil hors de portée des enfants.Vous pouvez ôter la

poignée pour plus de sécurité.

Placez l’appareil sur une surface plate et stable et laissez un espace

d’au moins 10 cm derrière et sur les côtés.

Lorsque la température ambiante est de 23 °C, 12 à 15 heures

sont nécessaires pour que la bière refroidisse dans le fût et atteigne

la température de consommation idéale de 3 °C. La durée de

refroidissement augmente proportionnellement à la température

ambiante.

Si vous utilisez l’appareil à une température ambiante supérieure

à 32 °C, la température de la bière peut excéder 3 °C. Elle

redescendra à 3° C lorsque la température ambiante sera revenue

sous les 32 °C.

N’exposez pas l’appareil directement aux rayons du soleil.

Nettoyez toujours l’appareil avant de le ranger.

N’essayez pas de soulever l’appareil par la poignée.

Ne couvrez pas l’appareil (par exemple, avec une serviette), cela

pourrait provoquer une surchauffe.

Lisez et suivez toujours les instructions et les avertissements de

sécurité mentionnés sur le fût avant de l’installer à l’intérieur de

l’appareil.

Ne secouez pas le fût.

Pour conserver un fût entamé à bonne température, laissez-le dans

l’appareil.Assurez-vous que l’appareil est allumé. Si vous arrêtez

l’appareil sachant que vous n’allez pas l’utiliser pendant une période

plus longue (par exemple, lorsque vous partez en vacances), retirez

toujours le fût entamé de l’appareil et placez-le au réfrigérateur. La

bière d’un fût entamé se conserve 30 jours.

Ne placez jamais le fût au congélateur ! Le gel peut gravement

l’endommager.

Pour éviter tout risque d’explosion, n’exposez pas le fût directement

aux rayons du soleil ou à une température supérieure à 30 °C.

Vériﬁez toujours la date limite de vente du fût lorsque vous l’achetez

ou l’installez.

N’utilisez pas un fût dont la tête de connexion est endommagée. Le

robinet de tirage ne pourra pas être ﬁxé sur une tête de connexion

endommagée.

Les fûts non entamés se conservent mieux à température constante.

Il est conseillé de les conserver à une température basse.

Nettoyez toujours le robinet à l’eau chaude, savonneuse si nécessaire,

avant de le placer sur le fût et d’insérer le tuyau.

1 Retirez le capot de protection et le tuyau du fût.

2 Placez le robinet sur la tête de connexion du fût en poussant

fermement.Vous entendrez un clic.

Une fois le robinet correctement installé, il reste bien ﬁxé entre les deux

poignées du fût.

Conseil :Si vous pouvez lever et abaisser librement le bras de la tête de

connexion, le robinet est alors installé correctement sur le fût.

Mise en place du fût à l’intérieur de l’appareil

Ne placez jamais le fût dans l’appareil si le robinet et le tuyau ne sont pas

1 Ouvrez les portes en appuyant sur les boutons déverrouillage.

4 Abaissez les leviers de verrouillage bleus jusqu’en position

horizontale.

Si vous ne pouvez pas abaisser les leviers en position horizontale, cela

signiﬁe que le fût n’a pas été correctement introduit dans l’appareil. Sortez

le fût et recommencez les étapes 1 à 3.

Une fois le fût installé (même la première fois), la pompe

commencera à fonctionner immédiatement pendant quelques

secondes.

5 Fermez les portes.

L’appareil commence immédiatement à refroidir le fût installé.

Remarque : À une température ambiante de 23 °C, 12 à 15 heures sont

nécessaires pour refroidir un fût.

Conseil : Si vous souhaitez utiliser l’appareil rapidement après son installation,

placez au préalable le fût en position verticale dans le réfrigérateur pour le

refroidir.

indication du niveau

La jauge jaune-orange de l’afﬁchage indique la quantité de bière restant

dans le fût sur une échelle à 8 niveaux.

Remarque :Un fût a une capacité de 30 verres de 20 cl, ou 18 verres de 33 cl.

L’indication de durée de conservation vous informe sur le temps qu’il vous

reste pour consommer la bière.

Lorsque vous placez un nouveau fût dans l’appareil, la durée de

conservation est de 30 jours. Cette durée se décompte de 30 jusqu’à

0 jours.

Une fois le fût entamé, la bière se conserve pendant 30 jours si vous

laissez le fût dans l’appareil

et que celui-ci reste constamment allumé.

Une fois la période de 30 jours écoulée, un tiret et un point

d’exclamation sur l’afﬁchage indiquent que le fût doit être remplacé.

Si vous souhaitez arrêter l’appareil pendant un certain temps, par

exemple, lorsque vous partez en vacances, placez le fût ouvert dans

le réfrigérateur. Pour cela, débranchez le robinet, rincez la partie

supérieure du fût, rincez le tuyau et placez le tuyau avec le fût dans le

réfrigérateur.

Notez toujours la date et le nombre de jours restants pour consommer

la bière sur le fût (nombre de jours indiqué sur l’afﬁcheur).

Lorsque vous réinstallerez le fût ouvert, vous pourrez régler l’indicateur

de fraîcheur sur le nombre de jours appropriés avec les touches – et +.

Conseil : Pour calculer le nombre de jours, comparez la date à celle que vous

avez inscrite sur le fût et soustrayez le nombre de jours pendant lesquels le fût

est resté au réfrigérateur au chiffre que vous avez écrit sur le fût lorsque vous

l’y avez placé.

Outre le niveau et la température de la bière, l’afﬁchage peut indiquer les

informations suivantes :

Trait vert sans indication de niveau = pas de robinet sur le fût.

Trait rouge sans indication de niveau = pas de fût dans l’appareil.

Trait rouge ou vert sur fond lumineux jaune-orange clignotant =

robinet et/ou tuyau mal installé(s). Sortez le fût et vériﬁez si le robinet

ou le tuyau sont correctement installés. Consultiez les sections

« Fixation du robinet sur le fût » et « Insertion du tuyau dans le

robinet » du chapitre « Avant l’utilisation ». Si cela ne résout pas le

problème, essayez un autre fût avec un tuyau neuf.

nettoyage des verres à bière

Utilisez toujours des verres à bière parfaitement propres.

1 Nettoyez soigneusement les verres à l’eau chaude avec un peu de

liquide vaisselle.

2 Rincez-les soigneusement à l’eau froide.

Le verre est ainsi parfaitement dégraissé.Vous pourrez ainsi servir une bière

avec un col de mousse parfait.

3 Pour vériﬁer si les verres sont débarrassés de toute trace de graisse

ou de savon, examinez-les à l’envers à la lumière.

Les verres sont propres lorsque l’eau s’écoule de manière égale sur les

rebords sans révéler de traces.

Conseil : Si vous lavez vos verres au lave-vaisselle, n’utilisez pas de produit de

rinçage. Les résidus des produits de rinçage peuvent casser la mousse.

1 Pour obtenir une bière parfaite, servez-la dans un verre propre, rincé

à l’eau froide et non essuyé !

Remarque : Le col de mousse dure plus longtemps lorsque le verre est froid. Un

verre froid préserve aussi la fraîcheur et le pétillant de la bière.

Remarque : Lavez et rincez toujours les verres que vous réutilisez. Les résidus

de la mousse du verre précédent peuvent produire une mousse excessive dans

la nouvelle bière fraîchement tirée.

Remarque : Si vous n’avez pas utilisé votre pompe à bière depuis plus d’une

semaine, il est conseillé de laisser couler la bière dans le verre pendant une

seconde. Rincez ensuite le verre à l’eau froide et servez une nouvelle bière.

2 Manipulez les verres par le pied ou le milieu plutôt que par le rebord.

3 Actionnez la pompe d’un geste franc et précis.

La bière ne s’écoulera correctement dans le verre que si la pompe est

complètement ouverte. Si la pompe est ouverte à moitié, la pression de la

bière sera trop forte et produira un col de mousse trop important.

Laissez la bière couler le long du verre.

4 Vous pouvez agir sur la quantité de mousse en faisant varier l’angle

d’inclinaison du verre sous le bec de tirage et la distance entre le

verre et le bec de tirage.

Plus le verre est droit et proche du bec de tirage, plus le col de mousse est

généreux.

Remarque : Le bec de tirage ne doit toucher ni le verre ni la bière ni la mousse,

car les résidus de bière présents sur le bec de tirage affecteront la formation

de la mousse.

5 Redressez le verre doucement pendant le tirage.

6 Remplissez le verre jusqu’à ce que la mousse atteigne le bord du

verre.

7 Fermez la pompe d’un geste franc et précis.

Environnement

Lorsqu’il ne fonctionnera plus, ne jetez pas l’appareil avec les ordures

ménagères, mais déposez-le à un endroit assigné à cet effet, où

il pourra être recyclé.Vous contribuerez ainsi à la protection de

l’environnement.

Mise au rebut du composant réfrigérant

Le composant réfrigérant à l’intérieur de l’appareil contient

une substance polluante.Vous devez donc enlever le composant

réfrigérant de l’appareil avant de jeter ce dernier.

Vous pouvez également apporter l’appareil dans un

Centre Service Agréé Philips. Le composant réfrigérant y sera traité dans le

respect de l’environnement.

Retirez le composant réfrigérant uniquement lors de la mise au rebut de

l’appareil !

Attention à la pâte présente sur le composant réfrigérant et les pièces

voisines. Elle peut provoquer des taches indélébiles sur les vêtements.

Retirez le composant réfrigérant de la manière suivante:

1 Débranchez l’appareil.

blanche d’environ 4 x 4 cm. Il s’agit du composant réfrigérant.

Tournez le tournevis de manière à détacher le composant réfrigérant

de la plaque en aluminium.

9 Coupez les ﬁls du composant réfrigérant.

Ne branchez pas l’appareil sur le secteur après en avoir retiré le

composant réfrigérant.

N’essayez pas de remonter le composant réfrigérant après l’avoir retiré !

10 Portez le composant réfrigérant à un endroit prévu pour les déchets

chimiques.

Les jours de forte chaleur, placez l’appareil dans un endroit plus frais.

L’appareil doit fonctionner à une température ambiante comprise entre

3 °C et 32 °C. Laissez un espace libre d’au moins 10 cm tout autour de

l’appareil et ne l’exposez pas aux rayons directs du soleil.

Vériﬁez que la sortie du ventilateur à l’arrière de l’appareil est bien dégagée

(poussières ou autres particules).

L’appareil ne refroidit pas

sufﬁsamment la bière.

À une température ambiante de 23 °C, 12 à 15 heures sont nécessaires

pour refroidir un fût.

Si la température ambiante est plus élevée, le refroidissement du fût prend

plus longtemps. Si vous utilisez l’appareil dans un endroit où il fait plus

de 32 °C, la température de la bière peut s’élever au delà de 3 °C. Elle

reviendra à 3 °C lorsque la température ambiante descendra de nouveau

sous les 32 °C.

Pour refroidir le fût avant son utilisation, placez-le en position verticale dans

le réfrigérateur.

Gefeliciteerd met de aankoop van deze nieuwe PerfectDraft.Vanaf nu kunt

u thuis genieten van de perfecte smaak van vers, koud tapbier. Het systeem

houdt uw bier vers en op precies de juiste temperatuur zodat u een koud

biertje kunt tappen wanneer u maar wilt. Er zijn verschillende biermerken

beschikbaar voor dit systeem. U vindt de biermerken die in uw land

verkrijgbaar zijn op de verpakking van het PerfectDraft-systeem (zie ook

hoofdstuk ‘Biervatleveranciers’ achter in de gebruiksaanwijzing). Ga voor

meer informatie naar de website www.perfectdraft.com.

Het PerfectDraft-systeem is alleen bedoeld voor thuisgebruik. Het apparaat

is niet geschikt voor professioneel gebruik.

Het apparaat

Indien het netsnoer beschadigd is, moet u het laten vervangen door

Philips, een door Philips geautoriseerd servicecentrum of personen

met vergelijkbare kwaliﬁcaties om gevaar te voorkomen.

Controleer of het voltage aangegeven op de onderkant van het

apparaat overeenkomt met de plaatselijke netspanning voordat u het

apparaat aansluit.

Gebruik het apparaat niet indien het netsnoer, de stekker of het

apparaat zelf beschadigd is.

Houd het apparaat buiten het bereik van kinderen. U kunt de hendel

verwijderen voor extra veiligheid.

Plaats het apparaat op een horizontale, vlakke en stabiele

ondergrond. Laat aan alle zijden van het apparaat ten minste 10 cm

ruimte vrij. Onder deze omstandigheden werkt het apparaat

optimaal.

In een omgeving met een temperatuur van 23°C duurt het ongeveer

12 tot 15 uur om een ongekoeld biervat te koelen tot de ideale

drinktemperatuur van 3°C. Bij hogere omgevingstemperaturen duurt

het koelen van het biervat langer.

Als u het apparaat gebruikt bij temperaturen boven 32°C, is het

mogelijk dat de biertemperatuur hoger wordt dan 3°C.Wanneer de

temperatuur daalt tot onder de 32°C, zakt ook de biertemperatuur

weer naar 3°C.

Stel het apparaat niet bloot aan direct zonlicht.

Maak het apparaat altijd schoon voordat u het voor langere tijd

opbergt.

Til het apparaat niet op aan de hendel van de tapkraan.

Bedek het apparaat niet (met bijvoorbeeld een handdoek) om

oververhitting te voorkomen.

Het biervat

Lees en volg altijd de instructies en waarschuwingen op het biervat

voordat u het biervat in het apparaat plaatst.

Schud het biervat niet.

Bewaar een geopend biervat op de juiste temperatuur door het in

het apparaat te laten. Zorg ervoor dat het apparaat ingeschakeld

is.Als u het apparaat uitschakelt omdat u het langere tijd niet gaat

gebruiken (bijvoorbeeld omdat u op vakantie gaat), haal dan altijd het

geopende biervat uit het apparaat en plaats het in de koelkast. Na

opening van het biervat blijft het bier 30 dagen vers.

Bewaar het biervat nooit in de diepvries! Bevriezing kan ernstige

schade veroorzaken aan het biervat.

Stel het biervat nooit bloot aan direct zonlicht of aan temperaturen

boven 30°C om explosiegevaar te vermijden.

Controleer altijd de houdbaarheidsdatum op het biervat bij de

aanschaf en voordat u het installeert.

Gebruik het biervat niet als het aansluitpunt boven op het biervat

beschadigd is.Als het aansluitpunt beschadigd is, past de tapunit niet

op het biervat.

Ongeopende biervaten kunt u het best bewaren in een omgeving

met een stabiele temperatuur. Hierbij geldt: hoe koeler hoe beter.

Het biervat staat onder druk.Verwijder nooit het aansluitpunt en

doorboor het biervat nooit met een scherp voorwerp.

Maximale werkdruk: 1,5 bar.

Gebruik het biervat alleen voor de PerfectDraft HD3620/HD3600.

Sluit geen andere apparaten op het biervat aan.

Gebruik geen biervaten van andere leveranciers dan die

in deze gebruiksaanwijzing staan vermeld (zie hoofdstuk

‘Biervatleveranciers’).

Gebruik geen beschadigde biervaten in dit apparaat, want hierdoor

zou het apparaat beschadigd kunnen raken. Breng een beschadigd

biervat meteen terug naar de winkel waar u het hebt gekocht.

De biervaten zijn niet stapelbaar.

Elektromagnetische velden (EMV)

Dit Philips-apparaat voldoet aan alle richtlijnen met betrekking tot

elektromagnetische velden (EMV). Mits het apparaat op de juiste wijze

en volgens de instructies in deze gebruiksaanwijzing wordt gebruikt, is het

veilig te gebruiken volgens het nu beschikbare wetenschappelijke bewijs.

Klaarmaken voor gebruik

Het apparaat installeren

1 Plaats het apparaat op een horizontale, vlakke en stabiele

ondergrond. Laat aan alle zijden van het apparaat ten minste 10 cm

ruimte vrij. Onder deze omstandigheden presteert het apparaat

optimaal.

Opmerking: Plaats het apparaat niet op een plek waar het is blootgesteld aan

direct zonlicht of hoge temperaturen (bijvoorbeeld nabij een fornuis of oven).

2 Overtollig snoer kunt u opbergen door het in de snoeropbergruimte

aan de achterzijde van het apparaat te duwen.

3 Steek de stekker in het stopcontact.

4 Plaats de lekbak.

5 Bevestig de hendel van de tapkraan.

6 Plaats het gewenste medaillon op de hendel.

De tapunit op het vat plaatsen

Maak de tapunit altijd schoon met warm water en indien nodig een

beetje afwasmiddel, voordat u deze op het biervat plaatst en het

slangetje bevestigt.

1 Verwijder de beschermkap en het slangetje van het biervat.

2 Plaats de tapunit op het aansluitpunt boven op het biervat en druk

de tapunit stevig omlaag (‘klik’).

Als u de tapunit goed hebt geplaatst, past deze precies tussen de twee

opstaande randen van het biervat.

Tip:Als u de arm van het aansluitpunt zonder problemen omhoog en omlaag

kunt bewegen, dan is de tapunit op juiste wijze op het biervat geplaatst.

Het slangetje in de tapunit bevestigen

1 Steek het ﬂexibele slangetje in het tapkraanhuis.

2 Schuif de uitsteeksels van het koppelstuk onder de scharnierpunten.

3 Druk het koppelstuk in de opening in de tapunit (‘klik’).

Het biervat in het apparaat plaatsen

Plaats het biervat nooit in het apparaat als de tapunit en het slangetje

niet op juiste wijze zijn geïnstalleerd. Zie ‘De tapunit op het vat plaatsen’

en ‘Het slangetje in de tapunit bevestigen’ in dit hoofdstuk.

1 Schuif de ontgrendelknop naar rechts om de deuren te openen.

2 Til de twee blauwe vergrendelarmen helemaal omhoog.

3 Kantel het biervat, met de tapunit daarop bevestigd, een beetje naar

voren en plaats het in het apparaat.

Plaats eerst het biervat op de koelplaat van het apparaat.

Zet het biervat daarna rechtop door de tapunit tussen de blauwe

vergrendelarmen te schuiven.

4 Duw de blauwe vergrendelarmen omlaag tot ze in horizontale stand

staan.

Als u de vergrendelarmen niet horizontaal kunt krijgen, dan is het biervat

niet op juiste wijze in het apparaat geplaatst.Verwijder het biervat en voer

de stappen 1 t/m 3 nog een keer uit.

Nadat u het biervat in het apparaat hebt geplaatst (zelfs de eerste

keer), gaat de pomp enkele seconden lopen.

5 Sluit de deuren.

Koeling

Nadat u het biervat hebt geïnstalleerd, begint het apparaat automatisch het

biervat te koelen.

Opmerking: Bij een omgevingstemperatuur van 23°C duurt het koelen van een

ongekoeld biervat 12-15 uur.

Tip:Als u al bier wilt tappen kort nadat u het biervat hebt geïnstalleerd, koel

het vat dan alvast voor in de koelkast voordat u het gaat installeren. Plaats het

biervat rechtop in de koelkast.

Zie hoofdstuk ‘Problemen oplossen’ voor meer tips.

1 Wacht tot het bier een drinktemperatuur van 4°C of lager heeft

bereikt.

Het display toont de temperatuur van het bier, het bierniveau in het

biervat en de versheid van het bier.

Wacht tot de temperatuur van het biervat tot onder 4°C is gezakt voordat

u bier begint te tappen. De ideale drinktemperatuur is 3°C.

De kleur van de getoonde temperatuur laat zien of het bier op de juiste

drinktemperatuur is.

Rood = de biertemperatuur is nog niet ideaal voor consumptie (boven

4°C). De schuimkraag kan te hoog zijn.

Groen = het bier heeft de juiste temperatuur voor consumptie bereikt

(4°C of lager).

niveauaanduiding

De geeloranje niveauaanduiding op het display laat in acht stappen zien

hoeveel bier er nog in het biervat zit.

Opmerking:Als u glazen van 20 cl gebruikt, kunt u ongeveer 30 glazen bier uit

één biervat tappen.Als u glazen van 33 cl gebruikt, kunt u ongeveer 18 glazen

tappen.

Versheidaanduiding

De versheidaanduiding geeft aan hoe lang het bier nog vers blijft.

Wanneer u een nieuw biervat in het apparaat plaatst, geeft de

versheidaanduiding aan dat het bier in het biervat 30 dagen vers blijft.

De aanduiding telt terug van 30 naar 0 dagen.

Nadat het biervat geopend is, blijft het bier nog 30 dagen vers indien

het biervat in het apparaat wordt bewaard.

Zorg ervoor dat het apparaat altijd is ingeschakeld wanneer er een biervat

in zit.

Wanneer er 30 dagen voorbij zijn, geeft het display aan dat het biervat

dient te worden vervangen. Op het display worden een streepje en

een uitroepteken weergegeven.

De versheidaanduiding aanpassen

Als u het apparaat wilt uitschakelen omdat u het langere tijd niet

gaat gebruiken (bijvoorbeeld omdat u op vakantie gaat), bewaar het

geopende biervat dan in de koelkast.Verwijder de tapunit van het

biervat, spoel de bovenzijde van het biervat schoon, spoel het slangetje

schoon en berg het slangetje samen met het biervat op in de koelkast.

Schrijf altijd de datum en het aantal dagen dat het bier in het biervat nog

vers is op het biervat (zie het aantal dagen op het display).

Wanneer u het geopende biervat opnieuw installeert, kunt u de

versheidaanduiding op het juiste aantal dagen zetten met de – en +

knoppen.

Tip: Het juiste aantal dagen berekenen: vergelijk de datum met de datum

die u op het biervat hebt geschreven.Trek vervolgens het aantal dagen dat

het biervat in de koelkast stond van het getal af dat u op het biervat hebt

geschreven toen u het in de koelkast hebt gezet.

Behalve het bierniveau en de temperatuur van het bier kan het display ook

de volgende informatie geven:

Groen streepje zonder niveauaanduiding = de tapunit is niet

aangesloten op het biervat.

Rood streepje zonder niveauaanduiding = er is geen biervat

geïnstalleerd.

Rood of groen streepje met knipperende geeloranje

achtergrondverlichting = de tapunit en/of het slangetje is/zijn niet op

juiste wijze geplaatst.Verwijder het biervat en controleer of de tapunit

Een perfect biertje tappen

Volg de onderstaande instructies om een perfect biertje te tappen.

Bierglazen schoonmaken

Gebruik altijd schone bierglazen wanneer u bier gaat tappen.

1 Maak de glazen grondig schoon in warm water met een beetje

afwasmiddel.

2 Spoel de glazen daarna grondig af met koud kraanwater.

Op deze manier verwijdert u alle vet- en zeepresten, waardoor u een

biertje met een goede schuimkraag kunt tappen.

3 Houd de glazen ondersteboven tegen het licht om te controleren of

er nog vet- en zeepresten in zitten.

Een glas is schoon wanneer het water gelijkmatig langs het glas naar

beneden loopt, zonder dat er vlekken zichtbaar worden.

Tip:Als u bierglazen in de vaatwasmachine reinigt, gebruik dan geen

glansmiddel.Als er glansmiddel in de glazen blijft zitten, kan de schuimkraag

van het bier worden afgebroken.

Bier tappen

1 U bereikt het beste resultaat als u het bier in een gekoeld, schoon en

nat glas tapt!

Opmerking: Een koel glas zorgt voor een stabielere schuimkraag. Ook zorgt het

ervoor dat het vers getapte bier langer vers blijft en dat het zijn sprankelende

eigenschap behoudt.

Opmerking: Voor een tapbiertje met de beste kwaliteit is het belangrijk dat u

eerst gebruikte glazen schoonmaakt en uitspoelt voordat u deze opnieuw gaat

gebruiken. Hierdoor wordt voorkomen dat schuimresten van eerder getapte

biertjes teveel schuim veroorzaken bij het volgende versgetapte biertje.

Opmerking:Als u al meer dan een week geen biertje meer hebt getapt, raden

we u aan gedurende 1 seconde bier in het glas te laten lopen.Vervolgens spoelt

u het glas om met koud water voordat u het vult met versgetapt bier.

2 Pak het glas altijd aan de onderkant of in het midden vast om er

zeker van te zijn dat het schoon blijft.

3 Open de tapkraan in één snelle, vloeiende beweging.

Het bier stroomt alleen goed in het glas als de tapkraan volledig geopend

is.Als de tapkraan slechts half is geopend, wordt het bier door de kraan

heen geperst, waardoor het sterker gaat schuimen.

Laat het bier langs de binnenzijde van het glas stromen.

4 U kunt de hoogte van de schuimkraag variëren door de hoek

waaronder u het glas onder de tuit houdt en de afstand tussen het

glas en de tuit te variëren.

Hoe rechter en hoe dichterbij de tuit u het glas houdt, hoe meer

schuimvorming er optreedt.

Opmerking: Voorkom dat het uiteinde van de tuit in aanraking komt met het

bierglas, het bier of de schuimkraag, omdat bierresten op de tuit een nadelige

invloed kunnen hebben op de vorming van de schuimkraag.

5 Breng het glas langzaam in verticale stand terwijl u het biertje tapt.

6 Vul het glas totdat het schuim bijna over de rand van het glas loopt.

7 Sluit de tapkraan in één vloeiende beweging.

Opmerking:De pomp kan aanslaan.

8 Europa (Duitsland en hetVerenigd Koninkrijk uitgezonderd): voor

het beste eindresultaat verwijdert u overtollig schuim van het glas

door na het tappen een afschuimer onder een hoek van 45° in één

vloeiende beweging over de rand van het glas te bewegen.

Opmerking: Laat de afschuimer nooit op het werkblad liggen, maar zet deze in

een schoon glas met vers koud water of spoel de afschuimer gelijk na gebruik

af. Haal de afschuimer slechts één keer over het glas, omdat vaker afschuimen

een negatieve invloed op de schuimkraag heeft.

U hebt nu een perfect getapt biertje.

1 Droog de onderzijde van het glas door het over een doek te halen.

2 Leg een schoon bierviltje neer.

3 Pak het glas in het midden vast en zet het op het bierviltje met het

3 Kantel het biervat, met de tapunit daarop bevestigd, naar u toe en

neem het uit het apparaat.

4 Druk op de ontgrendelknoppen aan beide zijden van de tapunit (1).

De tapunit wordt losgekoppeld van het biervat (u hoort een klik).

Vervolgens kunt u deze verwijderen (2).

U moet de tapunit van het biervat verwijderen voordat u het slangetje

kunt vervangen.

Vervang altijd het slangetje wanneer u een nieuw biervat gaat gebruiken.

5 Houd de tapunit boven de gootsteen.

6 Druk op de blauwe slangontgrendelknop om het slangetje te

Maak het apparaat schoon wanneer u het biervat vervangt of wanneer u

het apparaat voor langere tijd opbergt.

Gebruik nooit schuursponzen, schuurmiddelen of agressieve vloeistoffen

zoals benzine of aceton om het apparaat schoon te maken.

1 Haal altijd de stekker uit het stopcontact voordat u het apparaat

schoonmaakt.

2 Maak de buitenkant van het apparaat schoon met een vochtige doek.

3 Verwijder de tuit.

4 Verwijder de lekbak en neem de lekplaat eraf.

5 Verwijder de hendel van de tapkraan door deze uit het tapkraanhuis

te trekken.

6 Maak de tapunit, de lekbak en de lekplaat schoon met warm water

en indien nodig een beetje afwasmiddel.

Heet water kan brandwonden veroorzaken. Controleer altijd of het

water niet te heet is voordat u deze onderdelen onder de kraan

schoonspoelt.

Alleen de lekbak, de lekplaat en de tuit van de tapkraan zijn

vaatwasmachinebestendig.

Milieu

Gooi het apparaat aan het einde van zijn levensduur niet weg met

het normale huisvuil, maar lever het in op een door de overheid

aangewezen inzamelpunt om het te laten recyclen. Op die manier

levert u een bijdrage aan een schonere leefomgeving.

Het koelelement verwijderen

Het koelelement in het apparaat bevat een stof die schadelijk kan

zijn voor het milieu. Daarom dient u het koelelement te verwijderen

voordat u het apparaat afdankt.

U kunt het apparaat ook naar een Philips-servicecentrum brengen of

verzenden. De medewerkers van dit centrum verwijderen het koelelement

voor u en zorgen ervoor dat het op een milieuvriendelijke manier wordt

verwerkt.

Verwijder het koelelement alleen wanneer u het apparaat afdankt!

Wees voorzichtig met de pasta op het koelelement en de omliggende

onderdelen.Als deze pasta op uw kleren komt, laat het een niet-

uitwasbare vlek achter.

Verwijder het koelelement op de volgende wijze:

1 Haal de stekker uit het stopcontact.

2 Schuif de ontgrendelknop naar rechts om de deuren te openen.

Aan beide zijden zitten twee gaten naast de schanieren van de

deuren.

3 Verwijder met een schroevendraaier de vier schroeven in deze gaten.

4 Verwijder de achterplaat van het apparaat.

5 Trek de koelingsventilator uit het apparaat.

U ziet nu een aluminiumplaat met ribben en met twee schroefgaten.

6 Verwijder de schroeven met een schroevendraaier.

7 Verwijder de aluminiumplaat.

Nadat u de aluminiumplaat hebt verwijderd, ziet u een witte plaat

van ongeveer 4 x 4 cm. Dit is het daadwerkelijke koelelement.

8 Plaats de platte kant van de schroevendraaier achter het

koelelement. Draai de schroevendraaier om het koelelement van de

achterzijde van de aluminiumplaat te wrikken.

9 Knip hierna de draden die aan het koelelement vastzitten door.

Sluit het apparaat niet meer aan op netspanning nadat u het koelelement

hebt verwijderd.

Monteer het koelelement nooit meer opnieuw in het apparaat nadat u

chemisch afval.

uit het stopcontact is geweest, zal de niveauaanduiding weer de juiste

waarde aangeven nadat u een paar glazen bier hebt getapt.

Het eerste glas kan meer schuim bevatten dan gewoonlijk. Probeer een

tweede glas te tappen.

Mogelijk werkt het slangetje niet naar behoren. Neem contact op met het

PerfectDraft-callcenter in uw land voor een nieuw slangetje.

Controleer of het vat meer dan 30 dagen open is en controleer of de

houdbaarheidsdatum van het vat is verlopen.

De gebruikte glazen waren mogelijk niet schoon genoeg. Maak de glazen

schoon met water en een beetje afwasmiddel. Spoel ze daarna grondig uit

met koud water om alle zeep- en vetresten te verwijderen.

Tap het bier zoals staat beschreven op het biervat en in deze

gebruiksaanwijzing (zie hoofdstuk ‘Een perfect biertje tappen’).

De schuimkraag zakt heel

snel in.

De gebruikte glazen waren mogelijk niet schoon genoeg. Maak de glazen

schoon met water en een beetje afwasmiddel. Spoel ze daarna grondig uit

met koud water om alle zeep- en vetresten te verwijderen.

Controleer of het bier koud genoeg is om te worden getapt. De

temperatuur op het display is dan groen.

Het biervat is gevallen.

Kan ik het nog steeds

gebruiken?

Als het een ongeopend biervat betreft zonder enige zichtbare schade, dan

kunt u het proberen te gebruiken.Als het biervat al open is, kunt u het

biervat niet meer gebruiken en dient u een nieuw biervat te installeren.

Het bier smaakt slecht.

Zorg ervoor dat het apparaat steeds op netstroom aangesloten blijft.

Wanneer een biervat geopend is en wordt gekoeld, blijft het bier 30

dagen vers. Controleer de houdbaarheidsdatum op het nieuwe biervat

voordat u het installeert.

Maak altijd de tapunit schoon en plaats een nieuw slangetje wanneer u

een nieuw biervat installeert.

Zorg dat u schone glazen gebruikt.

Koeling

De temperatuur op het

display gaat omhoog.

Controleer of de deuren goed gesloten zijn (zie ‘Het biervat in het

apparaat plaatsen’ in hoofdstuk ‘Klaarmaken voor gebruik’).

Op warme dagen is het beter om het apparaat op een koelere plaats te

zetten.

Plaats het apparaat in een omgeving met een temperatuur tussen 3°C en

32°C. Laat aan alle zijden van het apparaat ten minste 10 cm ruimte vrij.

Stel het apparaat niet bloot aan direct zonlicht.

Controleer of de luchtuitlaat van de ventilator aan de achterzijde van het

apparaat vrij is van stof en/of andere deeltjes.

alte richiedono un tempo superiore.

Se l’apparecchio viene utilizzato con temperature esterne superiori ai

32°C, la temperatura di consumazione della birra può essere superiore

a 3°C. Quando la temperatura scende sotto i 32°C, quella della birra

torna nuovamente sotto i 3°C.

Non esponete l’apparecchio ai raggi diretti del sole.

Prima di riporre l’apparecchio per un lungo periodo di tempo, pulitelo.

Il barile è un contenitore a pressione. Non rimuovete mai la parte

superiore di collegamento e non forate il barile con oggetti appuntiti.

riportate sul barile prima di inserirlo all’interno dell’apparecchio.

Non scuotete il barile.

Un barile aperto deve essere conservato alla giusta temperatura

all’interno dell’apparecchio.Assicuratevi che quest’ultimo sia acceso; se

l’apparecchio viene spento perché inutilizzato per un lungo periodo

di tempo (ad esempio quando siete in vacanza), rimuovete sempre

il barile aperto e conservatelo in frigo. Una volta che il barile è stato

aperto, la birra rimane fresca per 30 giorni.

Controllate sempre la data di scadenza sul barile al momento

dell’acquisto e prima di montarlo.

Non utilizzate il barile se la parte superiore di collegamento risulta

danneggiata. In questo caso, il rubinetto non può essere inserito

correttamente.

I barili chiusi si mantengono al meglio se vengono riposti in luoghi in cui

la temperatura rimane costante (le temperature più basse garantiscono

un risultato migliore).

Pressione di funzionamento massima: 1,5 bar.

Utilizzate i barili solo con i modelli PerfectDraft HD3620/HD3610/

HD3600. Non collegate altri apparecchi al barile.

Non utilizzate barili di fornitori che non siano quelli indicati nel

presente manuale dell’utente (vedere il capitolo “Fornitori di barili di

birra”).

Non utilizzate barili danneggiati per evitare danni all’apparecchio.

Restituite subito eventuali barili danneggiati presso il punto vendita in

cui sono stati acquistati.

I barili non sono impilabili.

Posizionamento del rubinetto sul barile

Pulite sempre il rubinetto con acqua calda e, se necessario, con del

liquido per piatti prima di posizionarlo sul barile e di inserire il tubo.

1 Rimuovete il cappuccio di protezione e il tubo dal barile.

2 Inserite il rubinetto sulla parte superiore di collegamento del barile

spingendolo con decisione ﬁnché non scatta in posizione.

Se l’inserimento del rubinetto è corretto, quest’ultimo risulterà posizionato

tra le due impugnature del barile.

Consiglio Il rubinetto è posizionato correttamente sul barile se i bracci della

parte superiore di collegamento si muovono liberamente in alto e in basso.

Posizionamento del tubo all’interno rubinetto

1 Inserite il tubo ﬂessibile sul corpo del rubinetto.

2 Fate scorrere le parti sporgenti del connettore del tubo sotto le

cerniere.

3 Spingete il connettore del tubo all’interno dell’apertura del rubinetto

ﬁno a che non scatta in posizione.

Posizionamento del barile all’interno dell’apparecchio

Non posizionate mai il barile all’interno dell’apparecchio se il rubinetto

e il tubo non sono stati inseriti correttamente.Vedere le sezioni

“Posizionamento del rubinetto sul barile” e “Posizionamento del tubo

all’interno del rubinetto” in questo capitolo.

1 Fate scorrere il pulsante di sgancio verso destra per aprire gli

sportelli.

2 Alzate completamente le due leve di bloccaggio blu.

3 Inclinate leggermente in avanti il barile con il rubinetto inserito e

posizionatelo all’interno dell’apparecchio.

Per prima cosa posizionate il barile sul piatto di raffreddamento

dell’apparecchio.

Successivamente inserite il barile in posizione verticale facendo

scorrere il rubinetto tra le due leve di bloccaggio blu.

4 Abbassate le leve di bloccaggio blu ﬁno a che non si trovano in

posizione orizzontale.

Se le leve non possono essere posizionate in orizzontale, il barile non è

stato inserito correttamente all’interno dell’apparecchio. Estraete il barile e

seguite nuovamente la procedura indicata nei passaggi da 1 a 3.

Dopo aver installato il barile (anche la prima volta), la pompa si avvia

per alcuni secondi.

5 Chiudete gli sportelli.

raffreddamento

Dopo aver installato il barile, l’apparecchio avvia automaticamente il

processo di raffreddamento.

Nota Ad una temperatura esterna di 23°C, sono necessarie dalle 12 alle 15

ore per raffreddare un barile non refrigerato.

Consiglio Se desiderate spillare la birra poco dopo aver inserito il barile,

refrigeratelo preventivamente posizionandolo in verticale all’interno del frigo

prima di installarlo nell’apparecchio.

Per ulteriori consigli, consultate il capitolo “Risoluzione dei problemi”.

1 Attendete ﬁno a quando la birra non ha raggiunto la temperatura

giusta.

HD3620: la temperatura viene mostrata sul display in verde (vedere

la sezione “Display LCD” in questo capitolo).

Il display mostra la temperatura della birra, il livello di quest’ultima

all’interno del barile e la relativa freschezza.

Attendete ﬁno a quanto la temperatura del barile si trova al di sotto di 4°C

prima di spillare la birra. La temperatura ideale di consumazione è di 3°C.

Il colore della temperatura visualizzato sul display consente di capire

quando si raggiunge la temperatura ideale di consumazione.

Rosso = la temperatura della birra non è ancora ideale per la

consumazione (sopra i 4°C). La schiuma potrebbe essere eccessiva.

Verde = la birra ha raggiunto la temperatura ideale (4°C o inferiore)

per la consumazione.

La spia di livello gialla-arancione sul display mostra la quantità di birra

rimasta all’interno del barile suddivisa in otto tacche.

Nota Se utilizzate bicchieri da 20 cl, un barile consente di riempirne massimo

30. Con bicchieri da 33 cl, è possibile riempirne massimo 18.

Le indicazioni della freschezza indicano per quanto tempo può ancora

essere consumata la birra.

Quando viene inserito un nuovo barile all’interno dell’apparecchio, le

indicazioni della freschezza mostrano un tempo massimo di 30 giorni

per la consumazione. Il conteggio dei giorni utili per la consumazione

parte da 30 e arriva a 0.

Una volta aperto il barile, la birra all’interno dell’apparecchio può

essere consumata entro 30 giorni.

Assicuratevi che l’apparecchio rimanga sempre acceso.

Una volta passati 30 giorni, il display indica che il barile deve essere

sostituito. Sul display compaiono un trattino e un punto esclamativo.

adattamento delle indicazioni della freschezza

Se desiderate spegnere l’apparecchio per un periodo di tempo più

lungo (ad esempio quando siete in vacanza), riponete il barile aperto in

frigo. Smontate il rubinetto, pulite la parte superiore del barile e il tubo,

quindi riponete quest’ultimo e il barile stesso nel frigo.

Annotate sempre la data e il numero di giorni che ancora rimangono

per la consumazione della birra all’interno del barile (fate riferimento al

numero di giorni indicati sul display).

Quando reinstallate il barile aperto, potete impostare l’indicatore della

freschezza sul numero corretto con i pulsanti – e +.

Consiglio Per calcolare il numero corretto di giorni: confrontate la data con

quella scritta sul barile e sottraete il numero di giorni in cui quest’ultimo è

rimasto in frigo da quello annotato sul barile quando è stato riposto.

Oltre ai dettagli sul livello della birra e sulla temperatura, il display fornisce

le seguenti informazioni:

Trattino verde con nessuna indicazione del livello visibile = il rubinetto

non è presente sul barile.

Trattino rosso con nessuna indicazione del livello visibile = non è

presente alcun barile.

Trattino rosso o verde con luce dello sfondo gialla-arancione = il

rubinetto e/o il tubo non sono inseriti correttamente. Rimuovete il

barile e veriﬁcate che il rubinetto e il tubo siano inseriti correttamente.

Vedere il capitolo “Predisposizione dell’apparecchio”, sezioni

“Posizionamento del rubinetto sul barile” e “Posizionamento del tubo

all’interno del rubinetto”. Se questo non risolve il problema, inserite un

nuovo barile con un nuovo tubo.

In questo modo potrete eliminare tutti i residui di grasso e sapone e

potrete spillare un bicchiere di birra con la giusta quantità di schiuma.

3 Capovolgete il bicchiere e guardatelo in controluce per veriﬁcare che

non vi siano più residui grassi o di sapone.

I bicchieri sono puliti quando l’acqua scorre uniformemente lungo lo loro

superﬁcie senza mostrare alcuna macchia.

Consiglio Se lavate i bicchieri in lavastoviglie, non utilizzate alcun detergente

per il risciacquo. Questi ultimi possono ridurre il giusto livello di schiuma della

birra.

come spillare la birra

1 I risultati migliori si ottengono spillando la birra in un bicchiere

freddo, pulito e umido.

Nota Un bicchiere freddo assicura una schiuma più stabile. Inoltre consente di

mantenere la birra fresca e frizzante più a lungo.

Nota Per una birra alla spina di ottima qualità, pulite e sciacquate sempre

i bicchieri usati prima di riutilizzarli. In questo modo si evita che i residui di

schiuma rimasti nel bicchiere non consentano di ottenere un livello ottimale

della stessa.

Nota Se non avete spillato la birra per più di una settimana, lasciatela scorrere

all’interno del bicchiere per 1 secondo, quindi sciacquate il bicchiere con acqua

fredda prima di riempirlo nuovamente di birra.

2 Tenete il bicchiere per la base o a metà per fare in modo che

rimanga pulito.

3 Aprite il rubinetto con un movimento rapido e omogeneo.

La birra scorre in maniera corretta solo se il rubinetto è completamente

aperto. Se il rubinetto è aperto solo a metà, la birra scorre in maniera

forzata aumentando la concentrazione di schiuma.

Lasciate che la birra scorra lungo le pareti interne del bicchiere.

4 Per variare la quantità di schiuma, inclinate in maniera diversa il

bicchiere sotto il beccuccio e la distanza tra questi ultimi.

Più il bicchiere si trova in posizione verticale e in prossimità del beccuccio,

maggiore sarà la quantità di schiuma nel bicchiere.

Nota Fate in modo che la parte terminale del beccuccio non tocchi mai

il bicchiere, la birra stessa o la schiuma. I residui di birra presenti sul

beccuccio possono incidere negativamente sulla formazione della schiuma.

5 Mentre spillate la birra, muovete lentamente il bicchiere in posizione

verticale.

6 Riempite il bicchiere ﬁno a che la schiuma non raggiunge il bordo.

7 Chiudete il rubinetto con un movimento rapido.

Il barile è vuoto quando esce solo schiuma. Solo per il modello HD3620: il

display indica che il barile è vuoto.

1 Premete il pulsante di sgancio verso destra per aprire gli sportelli.

Philips, che si occuperà della rimozione dell’elemento refrigerante e del

relativo smaltimento nel pieno rispetto dell’ambiente.

Rimuovete l’elemento refrigerante solo nel caso in cui si provveda allo

smaltimento dell’apparecchio.

Prestate attenzione alla pasta che si trova sopra l’elemento refrigerante

e alle parti circostanti poiché il contatto di quest’ultima con i vestiti

provoca delle macchie permanenti.

Rimuovete l’elemento refrigerante seguendo la procedura indicata qui

sotto:

1 Staccate la spina dalla presa di corrente.

2 Fate scorrere il pulsante di sgancio verso destra per aprire gli

sportelli.

In prossimità di entrambe le cerniere degli sportelli sono presenti

due fori.

3 Rimuovete le quattro viti che si trovano in questi due fori servendovi

di un cacciavite.

4 Togliete il coperchio posteriore dall’apparecchio.

5 Estraete la ventola di refrigerazione dall’apparecchio.

Potrete quindi vedere una piastra di alluminio con due alette e due

fori per le viti.

6 Rimuovete le viti con un cacciavite.

7 Rimuovete la piastra in alluminio.

Dopo aver rimosso la piastra in alluminio, compare una piastra bianca

di circa 4 cm x 4 cm. Si tratta dell’elemento refrigerante vero e

proprio.

8 Posizionate la parte piatta di un cacciavite dietro l’elemento

refrigerante. Girate il cacciavite in modo che l’elemento refrigerante

si stacchi dalla parte posteriore della piastra in alluminio.

9 Tagliate i ﬁli collegati all’elemento refrigerante.

Non ricollegate l’apparecchio alla presa di corrente dopo aver rimosso

l’elemento refrigerante.

Una volta rimosso, l’elemento refrigerante non può essere inserito

nuovamente.

10 Portate l’elemento refrigerante presso un punto di raccolta ufﬁciale
