1.0 DESCRIPTION
2.0 INSTALLATION
The PM2010/PSA is a 10-inch (25.4 cm) ceiling mount specifically designed for use
with the PT780-24SL/PPSA pan and tilt unit.
1. Using the 8.5" (21.59 cm) end of the mount as a template, drill holes in the
ceiling for attaching the mount. Also drill a center hole with a diameter of 1.75"
(4.45 cm) to bring wiring through the ceiling.
CAUTION: Make sure
the mounting surface is
capable of supporting four
times the weight of the
mount, pan and tilt unit,
enclosure, and camera.
2. Attach the mount to the ceiling (hardware not supplied). If necessary to pre-
vent water intrusion, apply sealant between the mount and ceiling.
3. Attach the PT780-24SL/PPSA to the mount (hardware not supplied). Bring all
wiring for the pan and tilt unit and camera enclosure through the center of the
mount.
