Whether you want to display 16:9 (1.78:1), 1.85:1, 2.35:1, or 4:3
(1.33:1) aspect ratios, the HT1100’s technology supports them all.
It’s easy to set up and operate and comes with a full-function backlit
remote, so you can sit back and enjoy the show. And it’s extremely
quiet at <29dB in EcoMode™, so you’ll hear the movie, not the
projector.

overachieving picture quality.
If you’ve been looking for the right piece of equipment that produces
a picture with so much vibrancy and clarity that you’ll have to do a
double-take, look no further. The HT1100’s picture quality is simply
unforgettable. NEC’s extensive video enhancement technologies,
built around leading edge optics and Texas Instrument’s single chip
DLP, show-off a clear difference.

after SweetVision II
SweetVision II™ delivers exceptional picture management control
for both progressive and interlaced sources. This proprietary NEC
video processing circuitry also enables digital contrast and edge
detail enhancement, gamma adjustment, deinterlacing and 3:2 pull-
down resulting in vibrant colors and rich, realistic film-like blacks for
images that will draw you in. The phenomenal 3500:1 contrast ratio
is achieved through a variable IRIS that allows you to stop down the
IRIS and fine tune the amount of contrast. The enhanced 3D 10-Bit
video decoder offers black level expansion and adaptive gamma
correction. In turn, skin tones are reproduced accurately while
reducing video noise.
empowering optics.
Display images the way you want with a robust selection of aspect
ratios to choose from, including 16:9 (1.78:1), 1.85:1, 2.35:1, or 4:3
(1.33:1). Viewing images in 16:9 at 1024x576 resolution delivers over
30% more pixel resolution than WVGA projectors. The variable IRIS
allows for precise adjustments of image contrast with a 60-100%
range of luminance, making the HT1100 perfect for the finely tuned
home theater or light controlled living room.
