SET TIME ALARM  
Setting the alarm and activating the alarm are separate actions.  
1. Hold the ALARM button for 2  
seconds to enter alarm time set  
mode.  
The letters “AL” will replace the  
seconds and the alarm hour will  
flash.  
2. Press the UP or DOWN buttons  
to adjust the alarm hour.  
3. Press the ALARM button to  
confirm and move to the alarm  
minutes.  
4. Press the UP or DOWN buttons  
to adjust the alarm minutes.  
5. Press the ALARM button to confirm and exit.  
Note: After 10 seconds the clock will default to regular time  
mode.  
Alarm Time setting order:  
1. Hours, 2. Minutes  
ACTIVATE/DEACTIVATE TIME ALARM  
Press the ALARM button once to enter alarm mode.  
The letters “AL” will replace the seconds  
Press the ALARM button again to activate the alarm.  
Once activated, the bell icon appears.  
Press the ALARM button again to deactivate the  
alarm. The bell icon will disappear.

SNOOZE (SILENCES ALARM TEMPORARILY)  
When alarm sounds, press the SNZ button to silence the  
alarm for 10 minutes.  
The snooze icon Zz will flash.  
In snooze mode, press any button to stop alarm for one  
day.  
Note: The alarm is crescendo sound. The alarm will sound for 2  
minutes and then shut off completely if no buttons are pressed.

WWVB (ATOMIC) TIME MANUAL SEARCH  
Hold the DOWN button for 3 seconds to start or  
stop a WWVB signal search.  
WWVB Icon will flash when searching.

ATOMIC SIGNAL SEARCH:  
When batteries are inserted, the alarm clock will start  
searching. If there is no WWVB reception, the alarm clock will  
search the WWVB time signal every 2 hours until the WWVB  
time is received. After reception, this alarm clock will only  
search for the atomic signal after midnight (UTC 7:00, 8:00,  
9:00, 10:00, and 11:00)  
POSITION THE ALARM CLOCK  
Position the alarm clock six feet from other electronics for  
best WWVB reception.  
Have the front or back of the alarm clock facing Colorado.

Do not mix old and new batteries  
Do not mix Alkaline, Standard, Lithium or  
Rechargeable Batteries  
Always purchase the correct size and grade of battery most  
suitable for intended use.  
Replace all batteries of a set at the same time.

Clean the battery contacts and also those of the device prior  
to battery installation.  
Ensure the batteries are installed with correct polarity  
(+and -).  
Remove batteries from equipment which is not to be used  
for an extended period of time.  
Remove expired batteries promptly.
