read these instructions for safe operation.  
Features  
• Charges AA and AAA Ni-MH rechargeable batteries.  
• Charge up to 4 AA or up to 2 AAA batteries.

Operating Instructions  
CHARGE INDICATOR LIGHT  
Light is on (steady) while charging and turns off automatically when charging  
is complete. A blinking light indicates a charging error—replace batteries; use  
only Ni-MH type.  
HOW TO CHARGE  
1. Place up to 4 AA or up to 2 AAA size batteries into the charger so that the  
+ (positive) and – (negative) ends (terminals) of the batteries correspond  
to the same + and – marking in the charger. When charging 2 AA batteries,  
insert them together into either end positions. For charging 2 AAA batteries,  
use inside positions.  
Note: For best performance, use only Kodak Ni-MH batteries.

2.Plug the charger into an electrical outlet of 100-240V AC. The charge  
indicator light is illuminated and battery charging begins. (NOTE: Do not  
insert or remove batteries during this charging process). The charging cycle  
time depends on battery type.  
3.Be careful when removing the batteries right after charging.The temperature  
of batteries can be high.

• For connection to a supply not in the U.S.A., use an attachment plug adapter  
of the proper configuration for the power outlet. This battery charger is  
intended to be correctly oriented in a vertical or floor mount position.  
CAUTION:  
• Charge only Ni-MH AA/AAA rechargeable batteries. Other types of batteries  
may burst causing personal injury and damage.  
• Risk of electric shock. Dry location use only.  
• Do not operate charger if it has been damaged.  
To reduce the risk of electric shock, unplug charger from outlet before  
attempting any maintenance or cleaning.  
• Insert batteries correctly by matching + (positive) and - (negative) ends  
(terminals) of the battery to the same + and - position in the charger.  
• Be sure to use charger with correct voltage: AC 100~240V.  
• Do not insert any objects (such as a screwdriver or metal wires) into the  
charger.  
• Do not modify or disassemble.  
• If something appears wrong with the charger and/or batteries, disconnect  
from the electric outlet immediately.  
• Keep out of reach of infants. Children may use only under strict parental  
supervision.  
• Store in a dry cool place.  
Ni-MH AA/AAA Batteries—  
CAUTION:  
• Do not use batteries with their + (positive) and - (negative) ends (terminals)  
reversed.  
• Do not modify or disassemble.  
• Never expose to heat or fire.  
• If any liquid from the battery comes in contact with clothes or skin, wash  
with clean water immediately and consult a doctor at once.  
• Stop using batteries immediately if you notice anything wrong with them  
(such as leakage, color change or deformity).  
• Do not use charged and discharged batteries together.  
• When charging do not mix Ni-MH type batteries. Use same brand batteries  
when charging.  
• When using 2 or more batteries in a device, make sure they were charged  
simultaneously.  
• Charge the batteries before using.  
• Do not allow batteries to touch metal objects such as keys or coins.

damage/leakage, overheating, explosion, or fire and can result in severe personal

mailing address. Send charger or batteries prepaid with your address and  
phone number, copy of proof of purchase and description of usage.  
Replacement charger or batteries will be mailed prepaid. No cash refunds will
